I sideswiped a mailbox. My side view mirror was knocked off and was dangling, causing damage to the side window and door. At first I was given a completion date of one week. When insurance got involved the completion date became three weeks. Not sure why. The first problem I had was lack of response. I can't tell you how many times I called and received no response. Really awful. I needed to know when my car would be done because I had a trip planned and needed to know if the car would be done in time. I explained that on the messages I left, but it made no difference. No one called me back. A woman named Jennifer was supposed to have called me, but didn't. Finally, when the car was ready, I got a call from Jennifer. However, when I got to the dealership to pick up the car, the body shop was closed. It's important to know that the body shop is operated as a totally separate business from the sales and service departments. The Audi service department is great. No problems with them at all. The body shop is the problem. When I got there are 5:15 I was told that the body shop closed at 5:00, and no one in sales or service had a key to their office. The rest of the dealership closes at 6:00, but no one had told me that the body shop had different hours. I was stranded there with no way home. A nice gentleman from the dealership drive me home, a 30 minute drive each way. I returned the next day to pick up the car and found it with an empty gas tank. That is not how I left it. Again, no explanation from the body shop that made any sense. Really annoying. The day after I picked my car up, I learned that the body shop technician no longer worked there. I don't know what happened. Maybe he got tired of being blamed for the non-responsive habits of his co-worker Jennifer. I highly recommend the service department at the dealership. The hitch lights on my 2021 Porsche stopped working. The service manager told me my cars hitch, which they installed, was covered under the warranty. I live 2 hours away from this dealer, so I made an appointment. They charged me $182 for a diagnostic test and replaced 2 fuses. If it wasn't covered like he said then I would have had the work done at a local Porsche mechanic for less and saved myself 4 hours of driving. My wife read somewhere, that the service managers for Porsche dealerships get paid a commission on how much money they bring in...no matter how they treat their customer. I've been a customer of Flow twice; Mazda and then Porsche. Bought a pre-owned Porsche Macan with 20k miles. Recently had a tire puncture that necessitated replacing the tire. It'a been so difficult getting help from this dealership that I just bought a replacement Pirelli at Tire Rack (phenomenal service!). We then realized that they (Flow) sold us the car with no key for the wheel locks. Multiple calls to "Service" have been unproductive, so ordered a Porsche wheel key on Amazon. Called back a couple of weeks later and spoke to Ben. He said he would email me a list of recommended service items and an estimate. Nice cars should be paired with good service, they apparently do not have both. *Go find another dealership* if you want to get the pleasure you expect from a Porsche vehicle. My partner and I just picked up a brand new cayenne a few weeks ago, after six months of wait. The car arrived in June, but we were in California at that time. They kept urging us to make wire transfer to pay the car, saying that keeping a car to the next month (July) will hurt the business. We understood that and helped by wire transferring the total amount to pay the car off without being able to inspect it, which turned out to be a mistake. When we picked up the brand new car three weeks ago, the leather on the backseat was swollen with a big dent underneath. I asked and was told that it could smooth out over time, promising that they would take the car back if not. I believed them, which was again a mistake. Ten days after picking up the car, the leather did not recover on its own, and there were wavy wrinkles on the dash board. We went back to dealership to seek for help. After 3-4 hours wait, only thing we were told was that the leather cannot be covered by warranty, even tho the defect was there before we picked up the car. They simply said they can do nothing, and we should call Porsche customer service. Fine, we called and was told estimated cost was needed to proceed. Since then, we have been struggling to get that estimate from the dealership for about two weeks. Calls won't go through and texts have no response. Once you have paid, stop expecting help from them. We gave up dealing with them and decided to turn to other dealerships. Just go to Tysons, Chantilly, Euroclassics, or other dealerships, as I will suggest to all my friends. The time traveling to them will be worth it, since you will end up saving more time. read more

Worst dealership I've ever experienced!! Very unprofessional staff that is only concerned with making money by ripping you off!! Flow Porsche does not represent the standards of the Porsche brand! They supposedly had to fixed my transmission that was working great, only to charge my warranty $7,000. A month later, my center dust cover was covered in fresh transmission fluid. Had to take it to a honest and competent Porsche Dealership that fixed the bad leak caused by Flow Porsche of Charlottesville. I've dealt with their lies, bad service and many bad experiences for a year and a half now because there isn't another Porsche Dealership within an hour drive from this one. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to Flow Porsche under any circumstance! I had to drive over 2 1/2 hours to Porsche of Arlington and it was well worth it! Porsche of Arlington was a great experience, they were honest and professional and treated me like a customer, great folks working there in the service department, they fixed all the problems with my vehicle caused by Flow of Charlottesville. Drove 2 hours from Northern Virginia to buy a CPO Audi A6 they had listed for sale (had been on their website for almost a month). It was going to be a long drive so I wanted to speak to the GM about the car's availability and it being ready to go. He assured me the car would be detailed and ready for the next morning. Drove the 2 hours to Flow the next morning... got there around 11 AM, car not detailed as promised, test drove the car and decided to purchase although the extremely arrogant GM was more than willing to walk the sale over $100.00. I asked him why the car wasn't detailed and he told me it was (Maybe a month earlier it had been detailed based on the pictures on their website), there were leaves and pollen all in the door jambs and the car was a solid mess. Did the deal anyway. Had to wait for 2 hours while they slow walked the F&I paperwork to have the car detailed. Got home and realized that in the paperwork I received they had not included the CPO inspection sheet. Called the salesman Amanti, he wasn't available so I left a message about the missing paperwork. He returned my call the next day and left me a voicemail saying that he would get the copy of the inspection report and send to me. It has been almost a month since the purchase and still nothing from Amanti or Flow. Things I noticed at the dealer when I was there: VERY limited inventory, Not a customer in sight, arrogant attitudes by the management. I am just happy that I won't have to deal with this place for service. My recommendation based on my experience is to find another dealer for your Porsche/Audi needs. read more

I went here a few months ago with the hope of getting some hands on time with a Cayman, but unfortunately the inventory wasn't quite what I hoped for. In fact, there were no Cayman's here at all. That's really the only reason I',m not giving it more stars. The staff here were super friendly and helpful - they seems very knowledgeable about their brand and eager (but not annoyingly so) to help out. I am from New York City and made an emergency stop (no appointment) at Flow Porsche during my visit to Charlottesville, Va. The low oil indicator on my dashboard was lit which I found to be alarming as I had recently had my Porsche Cayenne completely serviced in New York. It did not make sense that the oil would be low since it had recently been filled and I had not driven too many miles since the service. I stopped at Flow Porsche and asked if they could fit me into their schedule. The team could not have been nicer. They accommodated my request immediately and I waited in their comfortable lounge. About 90 minutes later, a service representative sat down with me and explained their findings. There was no leak, fortunately, but it was apparent that the New York dealer had not added as much oil as they had promised. The Flow Porsche service representative was extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgable and professional. He told me that they had not only filled my car with oil, but they had also added other fluids that my car needed and also cleaned my car. To my great surprise, I was not charged a penny for the service---the total on my bill was $0. Flow Porsche will not benefit from my tremendous satisfaction as I live in New York and will likely buy my next Porsche up North (though now I am reconsidering that and may return to Flow to buy my next car). It is apparent that Flow Porsche is a reputable dealer and service provider as they treated me as if I was a very important customer---even though I had never done business with Flow beforehand. I am sure that my dealer in New York would not have serviced my car immediately without an appointment and the NY dealer would certainly have charged me for the service. I only wish that I could continue to do all of my Porsche business with Flow---from purchasing a vehicle to having it serviced. I give Flow Porsche my highest recommendation. AAA+++ read more
