    I had an outstanding experience working with Israel and his manager, Matt. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Israel kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything was handled exactly as promised. Buying a Porsche should be a special experience, and thanks to Israel and Matt, it truly was. Their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service exceeded my expectations.

    This was our last stop on a tragic tour of dealerships searching for my husband's next SUV. We arrived late and were greeted warmly by reception who connected us with a young, charming salesman named Isreal. Even though it was close to closing time he took his time with us, answering every silly question with a smile. My husband got his dream car to drive home that night! They made everything so easy. If you are lucky enough to do business with Isreal and Sahndeep, it won't feel like buying a car. It will feel like hanging out with friends and leaving with a car you love and the peace of mind knowing you got it from people who care. I'll be coming back when it's my turn to get a new car.     I just got my first 911 Carrera S from Brad. This guy is unbelievable. He built up the anticipation leading to our arrival at the showroom by sending pics of the car shrouded, waiting for the reveal. He noticed from my drivers license that I just had my birthday and deduced that the car was a birthday gift. When we arrived to do the paperwork, he has a birthday cake ready for me! He documented the entire experience of picking up the car like a friend would, taking photos and videos. He's super personable and passionate not just about the car, but about our experience before, during, and after picking it up. He delivered Hospitality with a capital H.     Last week I had already determined that a Porsche was out of the equation for me and I had settled on a BMW. Upon telling my friend of my disposition, he recommended that I speak with Sevan. After 24 hours, I was driving off in my new Porsche Cayenne. This only happened because Sevan made it happen. Prior to meeting him, I had visited a couple of Porsche dealers and inquired several brokers; it seemed like it was impossible. Somehow Sevan made it work for me. He took my request seriously, offered me options that made financial sense to me, and walked me throughout the entire process taking several hours.... ON A SATURDAY. The entire purchasing process from this dealer and Sevan was immeasurably refined and comfortable. Roberto and Sandeep were fantastic as well.     Porsche Long Beach is the newest Porsche dealership in the Fletcher Jones Automotive Group. They have 18 dealerships and we had the opportunity to experience their recent renovation at their grand opening party on September 18th. Their location now has a two story facility with a showroom, service area, customer service area and lounges. This is a state of an art facility! We hope that their service and sales department is as great as their grand opening party!

    I went in for 40k mile service. They added tons of items that aren't even recommended, including engine crankcase cleaning which I later found out could have caused damage to my engine. The price is also ridiculous. They also scratched up my wheels and windshield. How could it get any worse?

    2026 Porsche Taycan 4S Black Edition

    I took delivery of my 2026 Porsche Taycan 4S Black Edition today. All I can say is WOOOOOOOW! It's such an amzing ride. Now I know why it was Car and Driver's 2025 EV of the Year. It's a rocketship. Porsche really did this special edition right! As great as the car is, the Dealership experience was even better. My sales professional (Brad), sales manager (Matt) and finance manager (Sandeep) were all over the top knowledgable, professional and easy to work with.

She kept us updated throughout the process, and our car arrived right on schedule in March. Going into delivery day, I was honestly prepared for the typical dealership experience where you have to say no over and over to extended warranties and add-ons. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The whole process was smooth, fast, and very respectful. Angel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, professional, and didn't feel predatory or salesy, which we really appreciated. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade-in for my beloved 11-year-old Prius which made the transition feel a lot easier. Overall, everything felt transparent and low stress. We're very happy with our new Grand Highlander and would absolutely recommend Tara and the team at Cabe Toyota.

I hate buying cars, feeling like vultures ( the salesmen) swarm on you when you enter the car lot , do tricky things to keep you there for hours , then having to do the whole haggling thing while they try to upsell you on all these things . For me, it's just always a bad experience . We went here on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago , checked out some Toyota sequoia's , no one swarmed on us, we found a very helpful salesman Anthony that didn't pressure anything , helped us find what we were looking for and did a test drive with us -with my whole family of 5 in the car . We got a great trade in rate for our car ,from the manager Donnie , who was so pleasant , no tricks , very transparent , looked at our car in a timely manner because I needed to get going . My husband closed the deal that night with Donnie , financing with Macy who was so helpful, and then the cherry on top is that Anthony came to our home to finish the paperwork and bring the car . Concierge service !!!!! We didn't have to stay at the lot for hours ! This blew our mind. To top off this amazing experience , Anthony called us a few days later just to see how we were liking the car and if everything was going well so far. Hands down , BEST car buying experience of our lives ! And we've bought a lot of cars over the years . This will be the place we go to for any future needs . Highly recommend this place! However, after we signed for our used 2015 Audi Q3, things quickly went downhill--and now we're stuck dealing with a very problematic vehicle. From what I understand, it's the dealership's responsibility to keep a vehicle's registration current. Despite this, we ended up having to pay over two years' worth of late registration fees on top of our own registration costs because the dealership failed to keep it up to date. After signing, we were informed that the vehicle had been in a "moderate" accident that required the rear bumper to be replaced--something that should have been disclosed upfront. We were also told that Audi of Long Beach had repaired a malfunctioning backup camera. However, when I contacted Audi of Long Beach directly, they stated that West Coast Toyota declined to authorize a full safety inspection, despite us being told otherwise before signing. Audi only performed a visual inspection at no cost to the dealership. They even offered to provide service records, which confirmed they did not repair the backup camera--instead, they only fixed a latch. Within the first year of owning the vehicle, we ended up paying approximately $3,000 in repairs--many of which could have been identified if a proper safety inspection had been completed. To make matters worse, we never received follow-up calls from the service department or the GM, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Would I return to purchase another non-certified vehicle from this dealership? Absolutely not. If you're considering buying a used car from this location, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and having the vehicle independently inspected before signing anything.

I'm simply trying to confirm whether the dealership is registered with the IRS Clean Vehicle Program and whether the required time-of-sale report was submitted, which is necessary for me to file my taxes. This should be a straightforward question, yet I can't seem to get a clear or knowledgeable response from anyone. For a large, well-known dealership, the lack of communication and understanding around the EV tax credit program is disappointing. I expected much better follow-through and customer support, especially on something this important and time-sensitive. At this point, I'm just looking for accountability and a clear answer. I hope someone from management reaches out and helps resolve this.

When I arrived, however, I was told it would be at least another hour. Apparently, the text had been sent by an AI and not by an actual employee. Around 5:50 PM, I watched an employee pull my car out of the service garage. Instead of bringing it to the customer pickup area like every other vehicle, they drove it around the block and parked it in a customer lot on the far side of the dealership. At 5:55PM, as the service department was closing, they finally handed me my keys. I asked why my car had been left so far away when every other customer's vehicle had been brought directly to the pickup area. They insisted this was completely normal. When I reached my car, I discovered that my windshield had been cracked. Unfortunately, the service department had already closed for the day. I returned the following morning to report the damage, but they immediately denied responsibility, insisted the crack must have happened somewhere else, and even implied that I was being dishonest. And they are offered to give me a quote price to replace then windshield they damaged. Total scumbags!! Friends and neighbors had told me to avoid Long Beach Honda for service because of its poor reputation. I wish I had listened before bringing my car there. Now

On the day I test drove the Outback, Robert was very knowledgeable about Subarus and helpful in answering my questions on this model.
