I had been a service customer since 2022. Service has gone completely down hill since it became Fletcher Jones. They're subpar for the Porsche brand. I had a flat tire that needed service. When I called, they told me to "get it there however I could" and told me they could get me an uber ride home (thanks) or a loaner two weeks from now (how does that help me?). They also failed to mention I had Porsche Roadside complimentary to tow my car in. South Bay Porsche reminded me of that (more on that below). They also advertise flat bed towing to the service department, but told me that I wasn't eligible since I had a flat and my car wasn't "drivable." Not only does that not make any sense (you need towing most when your car isn't drive able), but it's completely misleading from what they have on their website. When I asked them why they didn't offer same-day loaners for emergencies like mine anymore, they told me that since they're "growing" the demand is higher than their inventory. If you've grown so much you've lost the ability to provide good service, you're doing it wrong. After 3 years of going to Long Beach for service, I Ieft and went to South Bay Porsche (where they took my car in and offered me a loaner same day, as it should be). South Bay not only got me into a loaner, but they had an electric car only and texted me the next day to see if I preferred gas or wanted to keep the electric. That's what you expect from Porsche. I did email the service manager and told him my experience. I got a polite reply and appreciate that, but I am leaving this review so that if you're in a bind like I was and need service right away, you don't have to go through what I did. They should, at the very least, not be dishonest about their "flatbed service." They should, at the very least, be able to provide a service loaner within days, not weeks. At least that's what it was like before they became Fletcher Jones. read more

Was ready to buy a car here thats been sitting on their lot for one month losing value. Was told sales manager might be able to make a deal if I came in; however the sales manager explained they lower prices to lure you in and switch you to more expensive cars on the lot versus make a deal on a car that's already lowered. His questions were about his dealership, not my budget or my offer. Very dissapointed in the sales manager here Calvin Lau, who should learn how to talk properly to customers On my way out I even tried to say good bye but no acknowledgement. I had a BMW m5 as my trade in and all he boasted about was how everyone knows his name at Irvine BMW and BMW dealerships. Really bad sales experience. Please learn how to value customers. Customers will look to make a deal so maybe learn tactics like meeting them half way or making them understand the value of the car or throw in some deal sweeteners but do not have an arrogant attitude. Sales is ok having a car lose value on its lot to a point where they have to transfer it to a dealership to have a new vehicle history versus making a deal with a customer prequalified with BofA and willing to make a deal. Really bad experience with the service department at Circle Porsche - sadly makes whole dealership look bad. I would definitely recommend taking your car to a different Porsche dealership for servicing which is what I will do going forward. Bought a new Macan here in 2021 from Sully - have to note that he was great and had no issues there. Problem is my car has only 10k miles on it as it's been very lightly driven. My rear brakes and rotors are very worn and need replacing at only 10k original miles. Porsche breaks should easily go 20-30k+ miles on originals and even longer for the rotors! Heard from 2 other dealerships that it's pretty much unheard of to see this kind of wear on these "high performance Porsche breaks/parts" and to need replacing at this mileage unless you are racing the car or from extreme use. Obviously that isn't the case for me as I'm a pregnant mom of 2 young kids and drive it minimally. Brought it here after getting 3 separate opinions on the matter since this was the dealership I purchased from, I thought they would take responsibility and investigate the issue thoroughly and at least attempt to get it fixed through warranty but they didn't even try. Derek Girling, the service manager was very dismissive and condescending to me on the phone and basically spent the entire conversation brushing me off and insinuating I was lying about getting a second opinion from another dealership, which I found really weird and of course offensive! The general manager here should also be aware that I called into the service department several months ago inquiring about purchasing their service/maintenance package and never received a call back from the service department manager. That was a lost potential sale as well as the business I will be taking elsewhere in the future. Don't think that if you purchase a vehicle here they will take care of you down the line because they won't. I took my Cayman S into Porsche of Long Beach to diagnose several minor issues I was having with the car. The service writer/professional, named Dominic, was extremely helpful. He took the time to personally determine what service was necessary on my vehicle to make things right again (ie. checking fuses, replaced a burnt out brake light bulb, etc). He advised on more ardous repairs that an appointment would be necessary at a later date. Extremely disappointed in my experience at Porsche LB. Drove over an hour to finalize a purchase on a CPO Taycan, was told upon arrival that somebody else had popped in 30-40 minutes prior and had interest in the car. I was then basically forced to wait around while the salesperson I was originally working with was showing the car I was supposed to purchase to somebody else, and wait to see if they decided to buy it? I wasn't even acknowledged by the salesperson I had an appointment to buy the car from. Once we got the news that the other interested party decided on moving forward, there was 0 apology for wasted time or any sort of resolution. Just a nonchalant "Thanks for coming out" The courteous and professional thing to at the very least would have been to give me some sort of heads up, but clearly Porsche LB doesn't believe in professionalism. So, if you're in the market to spend $100k+ on your next car and have 0 value for your time, Porsche Long Beach is definitely your go-to. Update in regards to their response: I want to clarify that I was called to confirm I was on the way, and drove over an hour in traffic to buy the car.
