Purchase Experience: I purchased a Porsche from Jay, and the experience was truly exceptional. He went out of his way to get the deal done the same day--completely hassle-free. Jay thoughtfully scheduled the pickup on a day when he could personally walk me through every feature of the car, which made a huge difference. The delivery felt special and memorable: a personalized digital display, the car revealed under a sheet with a ribbon on top, a champagne toast (which I appreciated even though I don't drink), and a printed photo of the car to take home and display. It was polished, personal, and unforgettable! Service Experience: The service team is just as impressive. Alan is a seasoned professional with excellent customer service and perfect timing--he got us in for a 10 a.m. appointment the very next day. Cameron, the expert video technician, quickly identified a nail in the tire. The tire replacement (2) and alignment were completely expertly. On another occasion, Nabil in Service was attentive, fast, and reliable. The car was hand-washed, and a personalized note was left inside--a small but meaningful touch that really stood out. Overall, Porsche Tysons Corner delivers excellence from purchase to service. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with Porsche Tysons Corner and would not recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a Porsche online. I found a 2019 Porsche Carrera T listed on the official Porsche website as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle it also showed on there website as Certified Pre Owned. After two days of back-and-forth negotiations, mostly about the trade-in value of my 2018 BMW M3 (they were lowballing me), I asked for a written quote. To my surprise, they added a $1,985 "ceramic coating" charge -- something I never requested and that was not disclosed earlier. We went back and forth another day trying to get that unnecessary fee removed. When we were finally close to finalizing the deal -- only about $1,000 apart -- I called my local Porsche dealer in Miami to verify the certification status. They told me the car was not certified, even though it was clearly advertised as such and both Manager Nick Oneal and sales associate Kley had told me over the phone that it was. Carfax also showed the vehicle as "Certified Pre-Owned," which is why I trusted the listing. I was lucky to have called my local dealer before closing otherwise I would have bought under false pretenses. I encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to do your homework: verify certification independently and watch for undisclosed add-on charges. Between the false advertising about certification and the sneaky $1,985 ceramic coating fee, I feel completely misled from the beginning. This dealership was not transparent and wasted a lot of my time. I will never do business with Porsche Tysons Corner again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this dealer and the shady manager who offered false advertisement and wasted my time.

I went to Porsche Tysons Corner to order a Macan S. I worked with Matt St. Croix, who was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. When it was time to finalize the order there was an additional $1,985 fee added on for "Interior and Exterior Protect- Premier." I asked that this fee be removed as I did not want the additional protective coating and accompanying "warranty" for the exterior/interior finishes. I was told that they would not remove the additional $1,985. I left and went to another Porsche dealer who placed the order for me without insisting on any additional markup. I felt that Porsche Tysons Corner tried to take advantage of me as a female car buyer. After leaving the dealership I discovered that the price they provided was based on pricing for the 2024 model buildout, not 2023 which I was ordering. I can understand marking up a car if it is rare or hard to find an allocation, but that is not the case for the Macan. Do your due diligence before purchasing a car from Porsche Tysons Corner. Due to the way I was treated, I would not recommend this dealer to other car shoppers, especially females.

The worst Porsche dealership. They only nice when they want to sell their cars and after that good luck. Very unorganized and careless.

The staff was incredibly attentive, honest, and welcoming from the start. Even though it's a smaller shop, they have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee, snacks, and water, which was a really nice touch. What really stood out to me was their honesty and generosity -- they even told me my next oil change would be free, which I've never experienced before. I've been to dealerships and many other auto service places around the Washington area over the past 20 years, and I can truly say this level of service is rare. This was my first visit, but based on this experience, they've earned my five stars. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

At first I was thrilled as the service manager was nice enough and I enjoyed going there. -This past weekend it changed dramatically and NOPE will never go back. Backstory- called roughly 2 weeks ago because my car needed some items done. We agreed that because the parking lot is small, I'd swing the car over to have them look at it so they could order the parts Saturday- stopped in and someone I've never seen before essentially refused to look at my broken mirror. Saying "well I can tell you now you need a new mirror" ironic considering he hadn't step foot from behind the counter. As he was "too busy" LUCKILY A SHOP WASNT "TOO BUSY"- walked out of there vowing to never go back and called another shop in Falls Church. The gentleman said "bring it on by. Happy to look at it" went to that shop and the nice guy not only looked at it but showed me the parts online to order (spoiler I don't need a new mirror) so I could save money from buying through a dealer. He then went as far as to remove the hanging pieces so they wouldn't damage the paint In conclusion- Schmitz managed to lose out on a broken mirror (purchase and replacement) fixing the cable for the gas tank, oil change, emissions and state inspection, and a car wash all because the guy "was too busy" I suggest finding other places that value customers

When I found out the genuine dealer replacement parts (cat converter/resonator combo) were only $1000, Midas suddenly tried to negotiate. When I suggested Midas' $1000+ repair cost was high considering dealer-replacement cat converter/resonator combo was only $1000, Midas became sarcastic and said "you do you", said I should come pick up the car.
