During our last visit we needed to use the restrooms and they were very unclean. My brain always connects dirty bathrooms to probably dirty kitchens. After another 10min of waiting to see if someone would come by to tell us of the issue, we decided to just get up and leave after being there for almost 30 minutes. On our way out, we handed some cash to a random staff member to pay for the OJ, but she didn't even seem to care. Although I was excited to try their breakfast items, their service (or lack thereof) has turned me away from wanting to visit again. I understand you're busy and having your systems offline added to the chaos, but the staff could have easily just made an announcement to the whole restaurant (it's a small restaurant) about the issue, thanking people for their patience, and letting us know what to expect.
