This Ultimate BLT included choice of cheese. I chose Swiss cheese and sourdough bread for my medium BLT. I had it to go. I took a bite of the sandwich and it was dry. I guess I was supposed to mention that I wanted a bit of that mayo (my fault)... they put a generous amount of bacon in the sandwich but it was disappointing that the bacon was soggy even when the description on their menu board stated "crispy bacon." It was a bit messy to eat... shredded lettuce everywhere. I would order something else next time and get my BLT elsewhere. The ladies behind the counter worked as fast as they could. Wow, so glad I tried this place. Moved to Rocklin recently and was struggling to find a good sandwich spot. I work right down the road so figured I would try Port of Subs for lunch. I am so happy I did! The produce is fresh and super flavorful! Proportions are on point! Bread was soft and yummy! It really reminds me of an old hole in the wall deli that I grew up going to in San Francisco. The Smokey Cheddar Cheese was delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. read more

I decided to try Port of Subs the other day for lunch. The meal was brought to me via a delivery service. I ordered a Chef Salad and a bag of Lays Classic. Unfortunately for me, I was disappointed in the outcome. The Chef Salad included Sliced Pickles, Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Bacon, and Double Meat. I added some Avocado and two cheeses ... American and Provolone. The salad was dressed with Ranch, Red Wine Vinegar along with Olive Oil. The salad, which would likely have been good was absolutely "overpowered" with Ranch Dressing. There was so much of this dressing, the salad was soupy negating other flavors. To make matters worse, the ranch tasted more like plain mayo. Finally, I was given Sour Cream & Onion versus Classic Lays Potato Chips. Oh well .......... live and learn. read more

I stopped in for a quick meal and was greeted by a very nice man, he took my order for a 5 inch ultimate BLT, sorry no picture it was so tasty I ate it as soon as I got it. There were several people ahead of me in line, but they were taking care of extremely fast. While I ate several others came in and were all greeted with a smile and a good day. The place was very clean and if I am ever in the area again I would be very happy to come back in here. The food was very good and the service was amazing. This isn't your neighborhood subway, the meats and cheeses are slices fresh for each sub. I was very happy with mine. I even asked for extra toppings with zero complaints. Other places would only give you a couple small olives, on my 5 inch there were at least 10-12 slices of olives. I highly recommend stopping in. read more

After hard day needed something to eat, I noticed there was a Port of Sub close by so decided to eat there. Not really expecting much went in and was warmly greeted. The gentlemen asked about my day, very friendly. Actually had nice conversation as he asked what I wanted to eat. While waiting and chatting the store was well maintained and clean. It really had great ambiance, to go with the nice conversation I was having with the employee. When order was done I paid and took tome to eat. I was very happy with the 12 foot pastrami "hot" sandwich. Hands down, the best pastrami that I have had in awhile. I definitely will be going back, and highly recommend. read more

I have always loved port of subs. Very glad to see that there is one nearby now. Before the only time I could eat at one was when we went to Lake Tahoe. Anyways the service at this location is great. Very friendly and quickly gets your food ready. The sandwiches are delicious. I like the pastrami turkey and Swiss. I love how they slice everything fresh. Our family just tried Port of Subs and glad we did. The sandwiches had flavorful cheeses and meats, with fresh deli veggies, and yummy soft delicious bread. Great size sandwiches and quantity for the price. My husband tried the Chicken Melt and loved the taste. My daughter had the Turkey and Provolone and said she liked it more than Subway and she loves Subway. I had the Ham, Turkey, and Smoked Cheddar added extra vinegar and oregano. So good! Most importantly it's family owned and they had friendly customer service. Highly recommended giving it a try. read more

Just ordered takeout for lunch from Uber Eats. Order was completed relatively quickly and arrived promptly - No complaints there. The sandwiches were very good the ingredients seemed fresh. Only area of improvement I would say is the amount of meat you get on your sandwich-just one thin strip. Perhaps they do that to push the up-charge for extra meat. If so that would make it more expensive than the competition. I would not be opposed to ordering from this place again especially if there was a coupon or something to keep the cost down. read more

First and Last time! Worst Turkey Club sandwich ever! The bread was so dry and hard, I couldn't eat it. I had to remove the meat and produce and put it on my own bread at home. The turkey was processed and tasteless and the bacon strips were so small, and the cheese was sliced so thin I could see through it. The kicker was it came to ~$18 for just the one large sandwich! I was providing a meal for 27 people, 11 of which were children. I thought it would be fun to walk in with the 6 foot subs in the catering menu. The sandwich was good, the facility was super clean and you can tell the food was fresh.. BUT the customer service was poor and super awkward! I felt unwelcomed. Specifically, there was one girl that was rude, appeared to be annoyed with me just ordering a sandwich. The owner/manager appeared to be nice tho!
