nice and professional! they really did a great job on my original 100 yr old tile floor in the vestibule. after the clean, the colors popped and the grout returned to it's natural color. i'm having them clean my stairwell as well. more clean and efficient then a mop. i also want to use them to clean the bathroom tile and grout in the future. the staff is very knowledgeable and easily problem solves. highly recommended! read more

He came over to clean a headboard, I had left it un-assembled to allow for the most thorough cleaning. By the time he and his associate left, it looked brand new! It is really hard to get anyone on the phone, but they do call you back eventually. Apparently the number listed goes to Leon's actual cell phone. Their website contact field does not work, either. So, they did not send me a confirmation of the time (in email, or otherwise) that they were coming, or the services rendered... OR a receipt after they were done. I had to call and request that one be sent. Even then, they sent me a "balance" which showed "$0" which is not a receipt, and did not help me. This was way more difficult than it should have been. I spent the good part of a day trying to get a simple thing done. That being said, the guys that actually cleaned my carpets were fine. The service was affordable and they were quick. read more

They managed to get ground-in, dirt-blackened Vaseline out of my toddler's white carpet - we were going to replace it but called them as a last-ditch effort. All I can say is "WHOA!" We had a snafu in the beginning because I forgot to give him my mother's last name so it was impossible for him to know what bell to ring. He called my cell and we straightened it out and it was smooth sailing from there. My mother's cat had stained her rug and he was able to get all the stains out and the entire carpet looked lovely. I decided to call this company based on their positive Yelp reviews. When I called, Leon answered and spent at least 15 minutes answering all my questions and giving me a great estimate of the cost. I was nervous that I was wasting my money trying to clean my 5 year old, filthy, cream colored microfiber couch. He conservatively estimated that he could get out over 80% of the stains. I honestly didn't think it was possible but liked him so much that I decided to give it a try. The next afternoon he came and cleaned my couch. I was beyond shocked and ecstatic that 99% of all the dirt and stains were GONE! I felt so relieved that I just saved $2k by not having to buy a new sectional couch. Just had these folks out to clean our carpets and was impressed at every step of the process. Scheduling was done through email and was easy and flexible. Leon and Oliver (I think those were the names) were very friendly and polite and did a very professional job. The were able to remove two stains from pet urine years ago that I was unable to remove renting carpet cleaners from Jewel on two separate occasions. Since they were here I had them do all the rest of the carpets and they all look great. The cleaning even pulled the pile up in high traffic areas where the vacuum was having difficulty doing so. I should have taken before and after photos. That carpet was foul. Just foul. The light beige pile was literally almost black in the areas where the dogs like to lie all the time, and stained all over the place, in addition to dark dingy stripes where traffic flows. The most I was hoping for was that the stains would get a little paler maybe. But I swear that thing looks new, and I'm not exaggerating. We were selling our house in the North Center area and needed a good thorough rug cleaning for all 4 bedrooms and our entire basement, I.e. A "move-out" cleaning. I, like most, looked on Yelp and found Leon's service to be both highly rated and nearby. From day one, Leon was responsive, courteous and transparent about his pricing. As I researched his services more, I found that Leon also did tile/grout cleaning, power washing as well as hardwood floor deep cleaning/polishing. I was considering all the above to get my house in listing condition. Leon came by for an estimate and was very open about what services in his opinion would be worth it and which ones were not based on the current condition of my home. My initial read on Leon's personality being trustworthy were further solidified upon meeting him as never once did I feel he was trying to "up-sell" me on services that I did not need. I VERY much appreciated that. On scheduled cleaning day, Leon's team showed up on time, worked efficiently, were careful about not damaging our fresh coat of paint to walls and baseboards and left my house looking absolutely pristine. Our carpets, deep cleaned hardwood floors, tile bathroom floors and even our outside concrete walkway (which we had power washed) came out looking great.
