If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They lost a package that contained 400 dollars worth of merchandise and refused to refund me the money. A week and a half later after calling me a liar and saying that I actually picked it up and lost it myself they mysteriously found it and gave it to me opened and with no packaging! I have packed and moved a lot. I hate it. I emptied out a storage box, the last of my west coast remnants, and was left with 10 boxes of family photos to ship cross country. I gritted my teeth and prepared to pay up the nose for ever piece of tape, bubble wrap, and box. But the owner and his very adept employee repacked and consolidated all of my boxes at NO charge. Other shipping places have charged me a king'a ransom for the service that they provided gratis. I cannot overemphasize my praise for this incredible and valuable service. I'm not talking about free labor, but we'll just hide it in making you use more expensive shopping options. The owner told me that he only charges for difficult packing like odd sized or shaped items. So they packed and shipped all of my stuff for way less money than I expected. Plus, they were careful, considerate, and strategic about packing and consolidating. The owner even let me park in front of his car since there was no other place. this place has changed since the original owner sunjay has left to india. his family is now runing it and they are less knowledgeable than him and verry unprofesional i was in for some documentation i had for vital n birth certificate and printing things also needed to get things notarized. anyway i was skipped over numerous times as if first come first serve didnt matter. waiting for over a hr for her to finish with other customers i told her id come back next day n she did the same thing skipped over me as if i was not a paying customer. you will waste your time here with unprofesional people who barely know what customer service is all about. they have lost my business and i have been going for years. unaceptable save ya money go to kinkos or another notary who knows better. i hope sunjay is reading these reviews as he is india and see his business isn't doing so good sunjay come back! we need your expertise back here. read more

Don't expect this place to be open exactly on time. It was 9:15am by the time the lady came to open the store. I was waiting out front. She saw me and didn't offer any apology when opening the door. A second customer who had also been waiting commented on her repeated tardiness recently. Apparently, other early bird customers had often just left in frustration and come back later in the day. read more

I went in there today to send a return to a vendor using a prepaid label, get a passport photo and send my application, photo and documentation for a China visa. They did a great job on the passport photo, gave me a tracking number for the prepaid return and packaged everything up for my visa application via FedEx. All in under 15 minutes. Post 'N More favorite place in Menlo Park (other than my work), no kidding! The customer service is pretty amazing, and all the workers and those who run the store are really friendly. I reached a point where two of them have my box number memorized after only going there about 10 times or so. Also, even when there's a line and others are waiting for service, they go out of their way to retrieve my packages and send me on my way out. Not that I'm a really impatient person, but I really appreciate the fact that they know all I need is my package and that they spare my wait by just taking 2 seconds to grab it. The automated notification system e-mails me when a package is delivered to the store, and I just have to take my own time to pick it up. Nice and easy. Post 'N More has great reviews and certainly a convenient location for submitting passport paperwork; one block from the Post Office. And it seems that the older gentleman who is usually there is WONDERFUL. BUT he was out the day I went in to get my photo for passport renewal, leaving his niece (as she identified herself) in charge. The photo she took was weird, and I now have for the next ten years a passport with photo that's mostly of my neck and shoulders with my face in shadows and that was BARELY large enough for the required size dimensions. What gets me is that when I questioned her about the size-proportions she told me "they enlarge it". She meant, I assume, the State Department Passport Office enlarges the photo, which is of course BULLOCKS, and I don't think a fib/or simply being ignorant of the facts is the way to go with customer service for PASSPORTS. Passports cost $$$ these days not to mention the time involved. And maybe it's not the case but I think she was using her personal cellphone to take my photo. In any case, it was a few minutes before Post Office closing and so I didn't want to re-do it. The super helpful employee at the Post Office concurred that he'd never seen a passport photo like that. read more

I came here to have my passport photo taken. The two people there who helped me was very patient. We tried a few different locations for best lighting. In the end I couldn't find a good photo. They referred me to the Fedex Store across the street and said that they would install better lighting. They even refunded me the $10 and let me keep the photos. Both times, the owner was bumbling, didn't know what he was doing (and in fact told me incorrect rules re: passport photos), and was quite rude to me. I come here often to mail parcels, since every time I go to the U.S. post office I am waiting in line and all bets are off as to the level of courtesy and assistance I'll actually receive. At Post N' More, by contrast, the employees are unfailingly helpful, polite and the line is never that long and moves quickly and efficiently. A number of times when I've come in to buy a box for the items I want to mail, the gentleman at the desk has said he happens to have a box in the back that may fit, and asked if I mind a used box, and when I said of course not, has come back with a box from the back that was the right size which he gave me for free.
