Just needed to comment on how wonderful this store is for shipping either UPS or FEDEX. Over the years, I've been using various shipping stores, but never realized that so many are limited to either Fedex OR UPS. I called today to have 2 boxes picked up by UPS and 2 by Fedex . This is the only store in the area where you could do BOTH! The owner answered my phone call this morning and was so pleasant and welcoming for me to drop off my packages. I was there several months ago and used them to ship a heavy set of books . The agent took the time to compare shipping prices for both UPS and Fedex. He carefully packaged everything and it was shipped with no hassles for me. Really a great place . No need to use anyone else . They notarize as well. Went for a notary service, woman was incredibly invasive asking all sorts of irrelevant questions pertaining to the exact nature of the document. Then, when I said I was just there for them to verify it was me signing the document not review them, they had the nerve to say my attitude was bad. Will never return. read more

Today I went into the Postal Annex to send out my bridesmaid proposal boxes. I had 6. The Women who was helping was so helpful and made it such a smooth transaction. When I need to get a package or correspondence delivered at a specific time and place, this is my first choice because the staff provides me the best service and price. I am not a business, so every penny counts and this place has never failed to deliver the service they advertised. I do not know about their other business streams here, but I strongly recommend going elsewhere to rent a U-Haul. The customer service here was poor and I was inconveniently re-routed to the Dublin U-Haul facility last minute, in rush hour traffic, as a result. If you are in the market to rent a U-Haul - save your time and frustration - and choose a different facility. read more

My friend and I came here to mail out a few packages and a couple letters. There was only one guy working at the time. I don't know a lot about mailing things, but this guy did not fill me with confidence. He weighed my friends boxes even though they were flat-rate boxes and then tried to charge her more to ship them out. I only had to mail out a couple checks, but one of them came back to me because he failed to notice that I only put a return address on the envelope. I'll admit that was my mistake, but if I had gone to the post office they would've checked for and noticed something like that. Next time I'll just go there. read more

Be careful with this place, i tried to ship an envelope via fedex, when asked they claimed to have same rate with fedex store, upon checking the rate that I had paid was outrageously expensive, it is almost 3x the official fedex rate. They should not tell lies!! read more

I went to this store to ship a birthday package to my daughter overseas. Even though all of the mailing information was already in this business' system the package was mislabeled by one of this shop's employees. Because of this the package remains untraceable by USPS. My daughter now has no birthday gift. I contacted the post office several times and they cannot even verify if the package ever left Postal Annex. I will never return to this place. I hope others do not experience the same issue especially over the holidays. In addition, if you are being helped at this place get ready for other customers to be helped before you have completed your transaction. Buyer beware. read more
