The employees are rude and far from helpful at the UPS on 1336 n Moorpark near Ralph's I had a really frustrating experience at the UPS Store on Moorpark near Ralphs. I stood in line for about 15 minutes on a Saturday, fully expecting to return an Amazon package, only to find out after waiting that the store had no internet, so I couldn't even pull up my Amazon return QR code. This wasn't posted anywhere or mentioned while people were waiting in line. The employee helping me (a kid who clearly didn't care) told me I could go next door to Carl's Jr. to try to get online since he's not allowed to give his Internet access out. Seriously? That's not a solution. To make matters worse, the UPS Store in Newbury Park has closed, and Amazon is no longer offering Kohl's in Newbury Park as a return option -- so this location was my only reasonable choice. Instead of being helpful, they wanted to charge me $4.50 just to print the label, after already wasting my time. The young man's service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The employees seemed inexperienced and completely uninterested in customer service. I won't be returning to this store. Poor communication, poor service, and zero concern for customers. Also, when I told him I would be writing a yelp, he told me he wouldn't serve me.... Good luck UPS store. I won't be returning or ordering from Amazon anymore. Apparently, the UPS store near me closed. I went to two CVS UPS drop off locations, only to find I needed to drive an extra 15 minutes to find one that could fulfill my needs. The store was clean and inviting. The gentleman that assisted me was professional and friendly. The only reason this store gets 2 starts is because the staff were very kind and helpful. However, $4.50 to print a shipping label (1/2 sheet of paper) is absolutely ridiculous! I would NOT recommend this store to anyone simply due to their absurd "convenience" fees! read more

I was instructed by Amazon to take my return to the UPS store at 1543 N Moorpark Rd in T.O. I placed the item back in the envelope that it was shipped in and took it to this store. The line was long as well as the wait. When it was turn I gave the employee my package and she said I had to seal it. I asked if she could give some packing tape (which was right by her) and she said no. She then asked the other employee who said we only provide tape for customer boxes. Now I wasn't asking for much tape - maybe 8" of tape and they refused to help me. This is horrible customer service. Even the Post Office will give you tape. I will not use this location again except now that I've gone all the way home for 8" of tape I have no choice but go back. if the owner of this location sees this you should be ashamed if this is your policy! read more

Unfortunately, every time I go to this location the workers don't have enough knowledge to help people like today. I had things to return and they said you need to pack this even though I had a barcode to show and I had another package.as well which they said they can't take either because this box was the original box. They even offered me to buy a box to put that in there!!! So I decided to leave and go to another UPS next to my house and they did not need any of these and easily Took my returns and gave me the receipt. It was not the first time they were giving me wrong information hopefully they will educate themselves a little bit more so that way clients don't need to turn around. read more

Use to always come here and print stuff and one page black and white double sided usually was under a dollar, at most 1.50. But I guess I came in on a Wednesday and some guy said he just bought the store so now they charge a service fee of 3-4$ even if it's one page? I told him I'm a long time customer and normally I don't get that price but he insisted. Seemed like pretty bad customer service. Went to staples in westlake and printed for .75 cents. Guess I'll be taking my business there now. **INSTEAD of doing the print as a 1 time customer service gesture but informing me about the new policy he insisted on his price. No negotiation either.
