This is the criminals place of business. Stay far away

Criminals! Charged me $5 to pick up my package from Amazon that was delivered here! Ridiculous the lady made me feel horrible! Pay the money or get no product! I called Amazon and reported them. I got no service but bad service. What a shame. You need $5 so bad and the box was right there in front of her face with my name on it. I hope that you are very successful with your business as if ants were crawling on honey.

Market Creek Plaza on Euclid Ave. Close to my house. First time here. Plenty of parking in front. Easy to find. Been open about a month. Came in today to do some postal business. Outstanding customer service. All went smooth. This location provides lots of great services. I highly recommend Postal Annex.

I called it hoping to get transferred to this specific San Diego Ship Center, but there's no way to reach a human -- not even through a phone tree. As it's set up now, the only way to talk to someone here is to show up in person. But even then, the only staff available are front-of-store employees who can't actually help -- they just point you back to the 1-800 number. That's unfair to them: it's not their job to absorb complaints they have no ability to resolve. And it's unfair to customers, who shouldn't have to jump through this many hoops just to get a problem addressed. The frustrating part is that my actual issue isn't complicated. But it's dragged on for days because FedEx has made it functionally impossible to reach anyone at this store who can address it -- and that's created a cascade of new problems on top of the original one.

I completely understand the frustration 100% but this specific shipping location I have nothing but good things to say. Arnold & Wes are absolute gems ! They both are extremely experienced, knowledgeable and provide some of the best customer service I've experienced at a shipping location. I've had multiple packages that require signatures over the last couple of weeks and even last year and I still remember Arnold because he has always been so consistent, helpful and professional. Both of these guys go above and beyond. I've watched them handle a busy line of customers quickly and efficiently while still making sure everyone feels taken care of. It's super refreshing to see people walk out smiling, laughing or feeling like their issue was actually handled. Arnold & Wes, you both deserve recognition because you make this location stand out. Give these guys a raise !! Great work, yall ! I'm sure you'll be seeing me again soon lol.

This valid review was removed. What a surprise. Yellow Pages has kept up negative reviews of Manila…read moreForwarder posted by other burned customers. After 20 years of using other companies to send boxes to the Philippines with no problems, ever, I sent a jumbo box in the Philippines using Manila Forwarder for the first time. And I was not happy at all with the service I received. Items were stolen out of my box. I called an agent named Cris. I asked for 2 jumbo boxes and was charged $5 each, which I didn't mind! I spent a few weeks driving around buying things and collecting lightly used clothes from friends and family to pack in a box. Cris picked up the box. On my receipt there were tracking numbers. My box arrived in the Philippines 2 months later. I gave two weeks length for deliveries to the destination in the province, but it didn't get there. I called the office in Manila and they said that my box was already in the warehouse, but they could not find it!? (First sign of trouble.) The guy I spoke to on the phone, named Herbert, asked me to give them a few days to deliver. A month later my box still had not arrived! I called Herbert again and he gave me the name of the other agent, the one who came and picked up boxes from warehouse. I did call this person and he said they will definitely deliver the next day. My box finally arrived, almost 3 months later after it left my house. My box arrived in bad shape. They sliced my box like a letter C on the side and re-taped it with green color tape. A lot of stuff got sliced inside including my mom's brand new purse, clothes and shoes! The purse has a long slice right on the bottom, so everything falls out. It is now worthless, thanks guys! I know I won't get anything back for what I lost. But this will be the first and last time I use this company. This was the worse shipping company I've ever used in 20 years of sending packages in the Philippines. I won't recommend it to anyone!!! I will make sure to tell everyone not to use Manila Forwarder!

If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.
