Fast and efficient service with a smile. Metered parking. Closed on Sundays. I was in the area and needed a key made so I quickly popped in. I've been here a few times and no matter who's at the counter, they're always friendly. In particular, there's a young curly haired associate who's always nice, as well as a gregarious gentlemen, who reminds me of an actor btw, who is always very pleasant. Anyhow, I was in and out for $5 and in less than 5 minutes, and I didn't even have to remove my key from the keychain-sweet! In addition to standard postal services, they have these really cool hand-crafted Quilling Cards. Although they're on the pricier side at ~$9-$10, they really make a lasting impression. You can also get passport photos here for $17+, but as I've recently learned, you can actually use your own phone for passport photos as long as are renewing electronically and you have a non-textured white or off-white background. It took a number of tries to get the sizing right without any background shadows, but it was definitely worth saving $17. These days, I tend to use this location for package drop offs. The staff is friendly and they've got shipping stock for when needed. I like not having to go to the post office, but I do pay for my shipping costs online because I do think it's a little higher here. I've sent faxes and had items printed in a pinch. The price for these services in particular is a bit high but the convenience of it being in the neighborhood and not needing to invest in a fax/printer myself is worth it to me. read more

Absolute 10/10 rating for the guys working at the shop this evening! I called in- a half hour before they closed- in a panic (of my own creation). I found out there was a change of ownership so after a break from using their services I have been returning again to use them. Karl and Katie? I feel horrible for not 100% remembering were incredible. They helped me last second get passport photos (like i was in and out in less than 5 minutes) and then yesterday I had a project where I needed to get an ornament printed and they helped me resize, cut it and was just so great to deal with. First time I had them send in documents to the state they were never received .. and a month later I had to repeat at a fed ex location . Second time I went for Notary service ... they crossed out the field for notary and wanted to leave it unfilled on a Florida state form. They said California LAW would. Not allow them to fill it out and had to use their own form. Of course I didn't mind then adding their own form and attaching it to the date form but was uncomfortable having them mark out with black ink the actual document the state required . I asked the to simply fill it out and include their own "California form". They said that's illegal ... so I went to another nearby notary who said "that's ridiculous " and happily notarized the form and included their California form . If it's convenient of course give them a try... but be prepared to do everything twice . I have them a 2nd. Try . 0 for 2. Convenience without quality is worthless read more

When she rang up my package I even commented on how high the price seemed for USPS ground and she said it was because of the holidays... but then when I got home I plugged in the info from the receipt intro the Postal services website calculator and was appalled to find out the real price should have been much lower.
