Called to see if this location provided passport photo services. The gentleman who answered was professional, polite and pleasant. Arrived 10 minutes later and was greeted by Justin. What a nice man! Any owner or manager should be proud to have someone like this representing a business. My passport photos were done quickly, but not rushed. He had a mirror ready for my use and was kind enough to offer a choice of which picture I wanted to use. I also had a stack of papers that needed to be shredded and I had been looking for a spot to have this done for some time. Justin handled everything so efficiently. Thank you, Justin. For reals, this is the Cheers of postal/notary service joints. Sent on a last-minute fools' errand by my own flesh and blood landed me here, desperately searching for both a notary public AND an overnight delivery service. The kind gentlemen at the front counter were eager to oblige. However, as I bumbled my idiot way through my paperwork and whatnot, every customer that came in after me was warmly greeted with a smile ON A FIRST NAME BASIS. The two delivery workers (one of whom was patiently waiting for my envelope, btw) eagerly hung out for a bit, shot the ish, and promptly took care of their own business. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes -- this included my dorky self filling out forms, getting them notarized, putting together my overnight FedEx package, AND faxing said forms out. The store is clean and clutter-free (unlike most similar places... y'all know what I'm talking about), and the mail services are both efficient and wallet-friendly. And SERIOUSLY! Such outstanding customer service. I'll never go anywhere else for these types of needs ever again. read more
