I had to ship a computer part for RMA, so came to this PostalAnnex due to its wonderful reviews. A wonderful little store as you walk in with postcards and various other items on racks for display. I was immediately greeted by Dhiren, but was served by another employee, Brandon since Dhiren was busy helping another customer. Brandon handled my needs with speed and excellence, taking the time to find a fitting box and required packing supplies in addition to helping me pack the entire thing up and apply the labels. I did forget to bring my coupon printout from their website, but Dhiren gave me the discount anyways! I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes with no hassle! 11/10 would totally come back and highly recommended to all! read more

Dhiren (pronounced Duran, like the group) always welcomes me with a smile and makes sure I don't stand in line when he sees I'm just dropping off a package. I have such mixed feelings about my visit here to obtain a photograph for a government application. There were three men behind the counter. Two wearing masks and one with the mask under his chin. When I asked if he'd put on his mask they all said oh, yeah, of course. He proceeds to prepare me for the photos (blond ponytail guy with no mask) and gets within a couple of feet of me-I was extremely uncomfortable and got up to leave- the owner (I'm guessing) stepped in and said he'd take the photo - why not just have your employees where their mask!? I wanted to leave, but he was so insistent - in a kind way- that he would do the photo and pony tail guy just walked off- NEVER putting on his mask as they all promised me. I'm highly immunocompromised-and I'm a caregiver so we're very high risk. This was just an awkward experience. Signs at the door asking all to wear masks- I guess this does not apply to the employees here. Just be aware, especially if you care about stopping the spread of the virus. Otherwise, they were attentive and quick for photos. read more

I came in to drop off a pre-paid FedEx package and asked for a drop off receipt. Postal Annex told me they could not give me a drop off receipt; only FedEx could. I then posed the question, "How do I prove I dropped off the package? What's to prevent you from taking my package home and saying you never saw me before?" At this point, they told me they actually could give me a drop off receipt but it would cost a dollar. WTF?? Based on this exchange, I do not feel comfortable doing business here. I took my package and went to the FedEx store. I would recommend others stay away from this Postal Annex. read more

Incredibly helpful, these folks go above and beyond! The owners helped me on the spot to print out an extra page I needed for a passport application, saving me a trip back home. They provided notary services as well as quickly taking a passport photo for my son. Altogether exceptional service that is rare these days- while I was there someone brought in a package that might not scan well and the owner offered to take down the sender's info in case there were any issues. Go here for notary services! I took my 90+ year old parents into have some legal documents notarized. It is very hard for them to see and sign, but the staff was so patient and helped us get it done. It is the Gold standard for exceptional customer service and friendliness. Dhiren is an absolute gentleman. I have been doing business here for over 10 years and I consider the people here not just as people I do business with, but as friends. The store is constantly being cleaned and is immaculate. Customer service is second to none.
