Called to see if this location provided passport photo services. The gentleman who answered was professional, polite and pleasant. Arrived 10 minutes later and was greeted by Justin. What a nice man! Any owner or manager should be proud to have someone like this representing a business. My passport photos were done quickly, but not rushed. He had a mirror ready for use and was kind enough to offer a choice of which picture I wanted to use. I also had a stack of papers that needed to be shredded and I had been looking for a spot to have this done for some time. Justin handled everything so efficiently. Thank you, Justin. They charged me $2.13 for one black and white single sided copy and the ink is not dark it's faded. That's a rip off AND I had to buy something else because I didn't have enough change since in my experience getting copies it's FIFTEEN CENTS and at the most I expected to pay maybe 30 cents. Dhiren was amazing to say the least! He was very welcoming and makes you feel at home. I went to get a live scan and the jurisdiction I had to get prints for, was transmitting an error that wasn't on his end. Although he had multiple customers in need of assistance, he was able to multitask, take care of me and other customers and call the service providers to get everything solved. He even went to the extent to follow up with the providers once again, to retrieve a confirmation code and called me later that day after I was gone, to ensure I had it.
