This is the place to come for bruschetta, little toasts with toppings for those who don't know. They have a huge variety of bruschetta, but they have other food as well. We got the bruschetta sampler and the mushroom fondue to share. I got the Blackberry Smash - blackberry with green tea and my friend got the Apricot something with black tea. Both drinks were refreshing and tasty! I would say I like the apricot one a bit more based off of personal preference. For the sampler, you're able to choose four different ones. We got the Brie, Apple & Fig Spread, Warm Artichoke Spread, Burrata Bacon Arugula & Tomato, and the Smoked Salmon & Pesto. They were all really good! They also have this fun thing where they call "Battle of the Bruschetta" where they have two different ones for the month and whichever one has the most orders wins! The mushroom fondue was really good too! So perfectly cheesy with big pieces of mushrooms in there. It comes with four pieces of focaccia which is not enough for the amount of fondue you get. We asked our server for more pieces of bread and he brought us some sourdough and focaccia. Shout out to our server bc he was one cool guy! He was attentive and very friendly! My companion and I wanted a little nibble after seeing Beautifica at Fiske Planetarium. We arrived shortly after 9 and were promptly seated at a 2-top outside. The waitress was eager to take our order before we had a chance to examine the menu. We saw the battle of the bruschetta options but instead chose the table cheese and shrimp scampi. I ordered wine and it was delivered quickly. However, the waitress did not seem very informed about the differences in options. The toast on the Table Cheese was pretty hard, and I do like a nice artisan crostini. This was just premade toast. The outdoor seating was relatively quiet at that time of night, even though the patio was full. Overall a decent place for a late night snack, if a little pricey for the quality. read more

I went for a lunch date here and took the girlfriend for her first time, even at an off hour on a Monday the service was super attentive and friendly, with everything very clean and the decor very well put together. It has a nice modern feel with a fun light menu, they had French onion soup as a soup of the day, it paired wonderfully with my panini main but the real standout dish was the salmon platter we got as an appetizer. It was super delicious and will be a huge reason to come back her with friends for drinks and shareables. Small detail, but speaks volumes of how much they care here, my girlfriend accidentally ordered something with tree nuts on it even though she was allergic and they made it right immediately, no questions asked, no extra charge, thanks for a great meal. First time at Postino in Boulder. They are on the east end of the Pearl St pedestrian mall at 15th Street. I came for the last day of this summers Bruschetta Challenge. They were offering 2 dessert oriented boards, Hot Honey Sweet Potato and Cherry Cannoli. The Cherry Cannoli was better. I paired both with a glass of 2024 Mother Block orange wine from Australia. It is a dry unfiltered white wine. I was still hungry. I got a 1/2 order of the Nine Iron Panini on Ciabatta with an 1/2 order of their Brussel Sprouts salad. I added a glass of 2024 Novia Azul Malbec from Argentina. Almost all glasses of wine b4 5pm are $5 each. They do have 4 Select Pours at regular prices of $16-$20. I sat in the back and watched the restaurant fillup around noon. The bright yellow unbrellas & Pearl St Mall trees kept the patio shaded. I was served by 3 different servers in the 1+ hours I was there. No automatic service charge. read more

This hit the spot as a late lunch post our 3 mile hike! Came in here during happy hour and it was a bit busy but we were seated within 10 mins. No problem passing time since this is right off Pearl Street so plenty of shops to look at. My sisters capitalized on the happy hour $6 wine glass and each got two glasses. I'm not drinking, but they had a pretty good selection of mocktails to pick from. Everything is very family style sharing. We got the smoked salmon board, various bruschetta, the omg grilled cheese, and my cousin got the half sandwich and soup. I think our fav was the grilled cheese because the tomato soup was so flavorful. All the options are pretty bread forward and heavy, but I guess it makes sense if you're drinking. Stopped by Postino's while I was in town with my classmate from Introduction to Feline Orthodontics class! It was a busy Friday, however we were seated outside (our request) within ten minutes! Me and my classmate ordered the Italian Beef Dip sandwich on ciabatta with a side salad. The beef dip sandwich was delicious! The broth was so good my companion began sipping it as if it were tea! Haha, I didn't do that. But, it was delicious! However, the side salad had no dressing, and consisted of wilted romaine and two tomatoes (disappointing). Next time, we will opt for the chips or soup! We also got the mushroom fondue. This was a perfect dish for a cheesy fungi (fun guy) like me ;). It was cheesy, spicy, herby, and had a GREAT earthy mushroom flavor. In fact we ate so much, we didn't have mushroom (much room) for dessert! The outdoor patio is beautiful, and a wonderful place to enjoy a nice drink. The seasonal aspect changes what surrounds the burrata. Today it was juicy grape tomatoes with sautéed onions drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The top off was the jam to go with the bread. It may be a starter but don't plan on sharing it! I would've loved to try the bruschetta as it looked like variations on avocado toast with different toppings. Ambience/Decor/Service: like everything on this street the decor was unique. Having mainly been to the locations in Arizona, I knew I needed to come to this location. It wasn't too busy, but I went ahead and made a reservation just in case. There is street parking outside with a very short walk to the restaurant. My roomie and I were seated at a small booth. I loved the dark ambiance and the various types of booths and lounge seating this location had. Of course being here we ordered a bruschetta board and both ordered a different type of sandwich. My grilled cheese was made to perfection with scratch made tomato soup. The pickles on the side were a perfect compliment. The food was good but that was truly the only positive part of the experience. We were a group of 9 for lunch and got there a little before noon, and they sat us immediately. We waited for about 10 minutes and luckily the host brought us over some water, but not one other person acknowledged us. After another 5-10 minutes I asked a host if we were supposed to order at the bar because no one has come over yet and he said he would get a server over. After another 5 minutes I went to the bartender to ask if we could order with her. At this point it had been 25, almost 30 minutes with no one coming up to us. The bartender said she would take our order if we wanted to stay so she starts our order and tells a server. At this point we're fine because the mistake was acknowledged. The executive chef came up to our table and said they would be giving us free dessert. They took our orders and the food came out eventually (one person had to remind them that she never got her food. She was waiting an extra 10 minutes after everyone else.) one person asked for chips and never got her chips. They poured one person the wrong wine. Then we waited another 25 minutes for our check and we had to flag someone down to pay the bill. They didn't comp one single item and never gave us the dessert they promised. Part of our party had been to this restaurant in a different city and only had good things to say, but the service at this location was the most disappointing restaurant experience I'd been to. As someone who has worked in restaurants for over 10 years I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but the constant mistakes and neglect was just awful. We are from out of town so maybe the expectations are different, but there seem to be so many other restaurant options in the area, so I would highly suggest exploring other options if they are available. read more
