Well I was very happy at the beginning when they opened & it just went down hill. I always order the kids meal and get 2 chicken tenders. Well I noticed that the last time the chicken tenders were as small as my pinky & I asked if I can get another one and one girl said, yes no problem, but another girl just had to butt in & say well it's the kids meal, what else can you expect And I told her I usually get this and it's never as tiny. That comment was just plain stupid. Fortunately the first girl had good customer service, but if their manger said to give small tenders for the kids meal, this place is going to lose business or get angry customers. Lately, I've been noticing more Potato Corners opening in malls, but I never felt compelled to give it a try. I mean fries are fries, right? WRONG. I decided to give it a try and was overwhelmed by all the choices. Who knew there were so many ways to eat potatoes until its all right in front of you. They have tater tots, loopy fries, chips, sweet potato and original. And don't even get me started on all the flavors they had. Being the indecisive person that I am, you can imagine the struggle I must've had. But the cashier showed me such great customer service. She was extremely patient and offered me samples so I could get a taste of what I might commit myself to. Pro tip: you can mix the flavors together. After careful consideration, I decided to go with the tater tots mixed with BBQ and garlic. Overall, the potatoes are great, price is great, and the customer service is out of this world. fries were good, but i like my fries slightly over seasoned so watch out for that, then garlic fries will leave your breath kicking though so watch for that too. the guys that just so happened to work when we decided to try it were super disorganized and swamped so the trash was overfilling. No free refills which sucks since it's a thirst fest. would i go again? definitely maybe when they get it together and understand that free refills should be standard for a sodium based business and hire more people to keep up. read more

Tried this place for the first time today. Tots were very crunchy and when seasoning was added they were delicious. They allow you to do half and half on the seasonings on the larger orders. Employees were friendly and they cook the tots fresh so you have to wait just a few minutes. read more

Today was my 1st time trying this place, we ordered wings, seasoned fries & sweet potato fries. We didn't like the sweet potato fries so I asked Andrew for an exchange, there's a handwritten sign that says no refunds & I didn't want a refund I just wanted something the same price as what I ordered. The cup of fries was $4.99 & the cup was full. Andrew was very rude, I told him we didn't like the fries & he said that wasn't their fault & I could buy something else but they weren't going to replace them. I asked to see their policy where it says that & he said they didn't have one but they don't do that & he kept smirking like he was laughing @ me, finally after going back & forth for a while & Andrew thinking this incident was funny, Alex walked over & apologized & said he would take care of it! If I could I would give no stars and advise those who love potato corner and have the gas money,then take the trip to Tyler mall it will be well worth it. The customer service here is just as bad as the food. The manager/owner could not put a complete sentence together in order to explain to me how they run their business. While here I decided to order a wing meal w/ original fries and a kids meal w/ original fries as well, only to find out after completing my order that they ran out of original fries and only have enough to complete one of my orders. They had the nerve to still charge me 30 cents because I had to get loopy fries instead. Not my fault they ran out of fries. My fries end up being very soggy and not crispy and tasted as they they were not cooked all the way. Not only was my mean nasty and tasteless my friend who accompanied me was just the same...
