Chili BBQ fries were ok. Giga size is priced well at about $9. Service was fast on because there was no one else in line. The major put off was that the guy preparing fries had gloves on but was frequently checking his cell phone, and even adjusted his pony tail while talking to a coworker all while still wearing the same gloves. The location is in the food court so it's busy and hustle-bustle during peak hours, but you shouldn't have too many issues finding a table to eat at. They also give out brown bags if you want to put your fries in there and snack while you walk around the mall instead! PARKING : Located in a mall food court so you'd just park in the big mall parking lots outside and go into the mall! FOOD/DRINKS : My order is always the same -- Original BBQ fries! Of course, there are plenty of parking at the mall, and you won't be able to miss this treat as you walk into the food court. We got the giga regular fries and split the flavors between the garlic Parm and the chili bbq. The staff here knows how to cook these fries to perfection and more importantly, how to coat them with the seasonings properly. You can enjoy these deliciousness at the food court or take them around the mall. The potatoes are nicely placed inside a paper bag and the Potato corner container so it is easy to bring them around. My boyfriend and I decided to give this spot a try. I've seen it several times when I'm shopping at the Tyler Mall. It stands out, towards the center of the mall on the food court. The gentleman that helped us, Joseph, was very welcoming and helped with recommendations since this was our first time trying Potato Corner and to add, we were there practically minutes before closing time. We decided to try their sweet potato fries and the chicken tenders meal. Their seasoning varieties all sound delicious, so we opted to try the chili bbq this time. I have to say, it was beyond expectations. Both the fries and the tenders were nice and crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. To add, the fountain drink was on point too. Not undercooked, not slightly pink--completely raw! This is beyond outrageous and a serious health violation. How does a place serving food to the public get away with this? To make matters worse, there's NO contact information for this kiosk anywhere! How is anyone supposed to report issues or get in touch when something like this happens? I don't even care about a refund, but serving raw chicken is an absolute NO. This place needs to be investigated ASAP before someone gets seriously sick. Avoid this place at all costs! I recently visited this location , and my experience was disappointing. The fries I received were dark brown, like they had been fried too long or needed a fresh batch of oil. When I brought this up to an elderly man working there, he laughed and asked if I had eaten a few (of course I had--just to see if they were still good!). He then tried to argue with me, saying he'd been selling them like that all day. I've been to other Potato Corner locations, and the fries are never that dark, so I know this wasn't normal. While they did refund me, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue.
