I find that most of the Denver local sandwich. Places are really that good honestly but overall, my experience with potbelly both here and other states have been great. It follows a standard that I think it is universal and their training shows. I'm not cold sandwich or cold Cute type of gal so I do demand a toasty sandwich with cheese with flavor. I don't like just two pieces of bread and meat in between that's not gonna cut it potbelly however hits the mark each and every single time. I got the skinny Italian Sandwich - salami, old-world capicola, pepperoni, mortadella, provolone ... very good. And the Corn Chowder Soup which tasted more like taco soup ... not sure if I got the wrong order or their version is different than what I'm used. Bacon was rare and had to pull it off and microwave it for 2 & 1/2 minutes before it was mostly cooked. It doesn't state anything about it being peppercorn crusted bacon either. Ordered a sandwich on flatbread, no capicola, double cheese. Got a sandwich on white bread, with capicola, no cheese. They pretty much immediately sent me a link to a survey so I filled it out, I was disappointed. So, I got a call from the store manager asking how they could make it right. She said they would refund me for my order and if I came in again, she would give me a free sandwich. They did not refund me for my order. So when I pulled up Uber Eats and saw a Potbelly I was super excited. And then I saw they don't have that salad. Super bummed. This is one of my go to places when I'm at work, I like the fact that I can order via the app and customize my sandwiches. They always have great service and their food is always spot on, they have lots of choices for all food types. I usually get the veggie sandwich or the tuna, and love getting them toasted with BBQ chips, they also have soups and salads. If you are looking for a quick bite this place is worth it, and you can also earn free sandwiches and cookies. On this day, 3/11 at 2:00PM we visited this establishment to get some food. Long lines, which we cannot control which we weren't upset about. But we needed to use the restroom for our kid. Locked bathroom and we went to the front of the line to ask while we wait. But after 10 minutes, no acknowledgment what so ever. Secondly, we order two sandwiches which were "similar" exact words. The woman working possibly got that word mixed up and make them similar. We get our food and it is wrong. But while making it, she was talking shit right in front of me while making it. Talking to an another employee saying these people are "on one today". Really!??
