I'm being nice by giving this place a star because the food was awful. Ordered a Torta de milanesa the meat was super tough and chewie, one bite and all the meat came out. They also charge you extra if you want cheese and honestly there was not a lot of cheese in it, other places have better quality meat and aren't stingy. Ended up spending $17 for two of those and we had water not bottled just plain water. I would never come here again and I have had better tortas else where. read more

Really good food. Green salsa is on point as well as the chilaquiles rojos. The only thing that I would like to see improved is their coffee. The cafe de ills is tastey, just doesn't have enough kick and is just a tad bit too sweet. Other than that they don't have regular coffee. And the decaf sucks (it's instant). Tea as well is instant. We had the worst experience ever. Went in for the first time to this restaurant. The waiter that seated us and took our order by the name of "Jorge" I believe that was his name forgot about us. The waiter never bothered to see if we needed anything after he brought our food. He took are of everyone else except us. I needed other items and menu plus drink refills, nope never bothered to checked on us. When the waiter "Jorge" finally comes over to bring our check he asked "how was everthing?" I said, "you never came back to check on us and you didn't take care of us" and he answered very rudely to me and saids in Spanish "I had lot of orders to take as you can see I was busy! And then he giggled in a rude sarcastic way and I couldn't believe it. this waiter didn't care didn't and never apologized. I complained to another waiter how he treated us and told him it was my first and last time here and that I wanted to speak to the owner. Unfortunately, owner wasn't there. The food for what we payed for was not worth it beacuse the service by this waiter was terrible, I will never come back here again and I don't recommend it to anyone go somewhere where else. I wasn't impressed with the pozole here. In fact, I was a bit disappointed. They had run out of cabbage so they served it with lettuce. Also, the broth was very plain. I rarely put salt on anything but this time I had to add lots of chili and salt to make it flavorful. However, their service is very accommodating. Best tasting pozole around. My family and I come here when we need our pozole fix and too lazy to make it ourselves. Place is extremely small, so don' be surprised if you have to wait to be seated. But definitely worth the wait. My wife is also in love with their enchiladas in chipotle sauce. On our recent visit, I noticed the prices have gone up a bit and the service was a bit overwhelmed making us wait for drinks and our food longer than usual. This is based on two visits. The first visit service was great, we got extra napkins, my coffee was refilled three times, i received everything I ordered. Second visit, the server was impatient with us. The older lady did not give us cream or additional sugar for our coffee. We ordered the breakfast meals and they did not give us our tortillas or bread and they forgot an orange juice. They refilled our coffee maybe once. The first visit I went with my son. The second visit I went with my husband and son. My husband and I were speaking English, I think they didn't pay attention to us for that reason. read more

I've been dying to try this place . So I looked up the directions and it took me nowhere (don't blame the restaurant for this) but I called and ask to get directions and she said it was by where I was at by Metro pcs . She didn't say there was another Metro right by where I was at ! I got to the restaurant and wAs not greeted . Instead I was told there was a waiting list outside . I told her its a to-go order she said she would come back and take my order . About almost 15 minutes go by and no one takes my order . By this time there was another person behind me very upset that they wouldn't take our order . By this time I was really upset and so was the person behind me . The waitress would look at us and not say anything. I was honestly So confused and upset that ended up leaving . It's a shame that they have such limited employees and with terrible service . This place is delicious, the enchiladas with Salsa Verde are awesome. Perfect spice to them, filled with the right flavor. The Molletes are another treat to be had, buttery bread topped with beans, cheese and pico de gallo. Makes the old sauce box drool with anticipation. Also the aguas frescas appear to actually be fresca, who needs crappy sodas when they have a variety of fresh fruit juices!!! Chilaquiles were delicious! Ordered them with carne asada and green sauce. The chilaquiles were the perfect consistency, not too soggy and not too crispy. They have delicious cinnamon coffee as well. I drank like 5 cups! I cannot wait to come back to try other items on their menu. The service at this restaurant was very poor. I first entered and had sat by my service dog who was peacefully laying down. One of the employees approached me and told me I couldn't have my dog in here even if it's a service dog.
