Updating to a one star due to the lack of professionalism from the OWNER. The way you speak to customers is appalling. If you can't take feedback maybe get out of the business. Every single negative review on here has a rude comeback from the owner. You would think being a new location you would take the criticism and improve rather than being rude and driving customers away. I declined the refund because that's not what I was looking for. Brand new cafe, we were excited to try! But, went for dinner today & half the items were not available. We ended up trying the "chicken tenders" for $5.99 per order. Needless to say, they were disgusting; even for vegan; and the amount per serving wouldn't feed a small child. Awful portion size and even worse flavor. We won't be repeat customers. Every smoothie I've had here is amazing - I've been here 4 times so far. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It'd give it a 5 - the only downside is it takes forever. Like, a really long time. Currently sitting the drive thru and I've been here for almost 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Update: I got my drink 10 more minutes after this, but - it's really good. Truthfully, if the service were better I'd come here everyday. Update #2: The owner reached out to me to make things right and was very kind about the situation. Apparently there was a credit card system malfunction at the time, so overall, despite the wait - pretty great customer service. The smoothies really are good, so at the off chance you might have the same experience as me, definitely give this place a chance. read more

I was super excited to finally have a gluten free fast food place in my area as I do eat gluten free. I've visited more than a couple times now. I'm super impressed with the smoothies, so far I've had Cloud 9 and Love Language - both super tasty. The reason for my 3 star review is because of the portion sizing and pricing. I understand gluten free food is typically smaller for a higher price (I'm okay with this normally and do pay extra), but the pricing is way too much for way too tiny of serving sizes. To order $55 worth of food + drinks + dessert and not feel the slightest bit full is disappointing. Each menu item I've ordered are super tiny in size (corn dogs/keto bomb/pizza/goodies), if it was a little cheaper, I could rationalize spending the money. You're better going off to Trader Joe's for 4 full size gluten free muffins instead of getting the tiny cupcake goodies (which are literally baby bite size) for cheaper. The cupcakes were literally the size of a quarter. Besides that, the food is pretty good tasting, especially the texture for gluten free food. At this point, I would only come back for the smoothies and not the food. read more

Drove out the way to try this new spot for the second time. First time was a weird experience, young female employee was at window and was very unwelcoming like she was irritated to take our order. Decided to try again tonight, we pulled up to drive thru and waited about 5 min and no one took our order. Proceeded to drive up and guess who it was .... " little miss attitude " they proceeded to tell us the speaker wasn't working WHATEVER!! Everyone in the building was on their cell phones no wonder no one took our order !!! We ordered our items and when we got home the bowl was made wrong. Spend $20 on a kids smoothie and a bowl. What a waste!! I tried the keto pizza and it was delicious. Highly recommend to try! The service was great everyone was so helpful and nice. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because other than the long wait, it was also hard to hear & order through the speaker. It felt like it was breaking up a lot and I couldn't order a smoothie bc the other person didn't hear me well enough so I just said the pizza by itself is fine. My wife and I went to PowerSoul Cafe last weekend and it was amazing! I have celiacs disease and it was the first time I've been anywhere, where I could pick anything on the menu and it be gluten free. How amazing is that? The food was fantastic too! My personal favorite was the Keto Pizza and the Vegan Pizza! So freaking good! For desert I love the chocolate chip sandwich cookies and I love the 9th island smoothie. The staff was awesome and friendly, my food was prepared in a timely manner, and the owner Dina was so knowledgeable and really seems to care about those with food allergies. Went here last week for the first time since it opened. I'm celiac and It was so nice to order from the menu without having to ask a single question about cross contamination or protocols. They are 100% gluten free and the owner makes sure her employees go through training to understand what they're doing and why. I wanted to try the chicken nuggets but they ran out of them. Instead, I tried the BBQ chicken pizza and the sausage waffle sticks. The pizza was decent, crust was really good, but it wasn't more than 6" in diameter. Kind of small for $12. I didn't love the BBQ sauce on it but I think I'd like a different pizza flavor. The sausage waffles were good but a little dry. I waited until I got home to dip them in real maple syrup. Overall, for a 24/7 drive through 100% GF menu, it was good. We need more of them and I'll certainly be back! read more

Terrible experience! I overheard a lady (assuming the boss) screaming at the employees while I was in the drive through. The staff is all teenagers and do not argue back. All her yelling slowed the line down, and almost made me late for a work. This behavior should not be tolerated, totally disrespectful! read more

This place has it together. I stopped by PowerSoul when they first opened up a week ago and yes, there were some hiccups. A long wait time, etc..everything you would expect with a brand new business. Now, things have changed. I was there today and it is a smooth-running operation. No wait time any longer than you would expect..and it is well-worth it. The smoothies are fantastic. Okay so to start off I was super excited when I saw a gluten free fast food restaurant was opening locally cause I have celiacs. But when I went here it was a complete let down. So I drove over: heads up it's about 30 minutes from my house another 30 minutes back. So an hour of my time and I didn't even end up getting food here. I had to go somewhere else. When I got to the restaurant I'm sitting at the drive thru sign waiting for someone to take my order. Okay I wait and wait, and like 7 minutes pass and now there's people behind me so I pull up to the sliding doors. I see two employees inside. They are standing there taking. Immediately the guy that was behind me and the box gets behind me I'm assuming no one took his order over the speaker either. Anyways so I'm waiting for these employees to notice that I'm there in my car. But no. Again I'm sitting there for like another 8 minutes now but I'm literally in front of them. Should I have honked my horn... maybe. But that's kinda rude I feel. Also I'm a bartender and I also serve for years now. I mean come on we live in Vegas we're all hospitality and service workers here. But this was the worst service. So not kidding about 16 minutes or so of being at this place these two guys walk by and see me at the window. I can see the guy yelling and pointing at my car, does this guy come and talk to me.... Nein. Instead he's eating and has his coworker come over and open the doors. When this kid opens the door, he goes" what can I help you with" I'm like I wanna place an order and he just stares at me. Like he has no idea what I'm saying. You can tell he's nervous and seems like he's never worked a day in his life. Nor has he maybe even talked to a stranger. Okay so I say I again I wanna order some food. He goes okay what can I get for you. I say I want a pizza. I was going to order a ton of stuff just to try it all. Also prices here are super expensive just beware. Also I've seen the pictures of the food at this point I'd say maybe just eat somewhere else cause the price and the food doesn't match up. Anyways this kid says they don't have pizza, all literally he says ALL they have is smoothies. Like wtf. I live right next door to a tropical smoothie. I love tropical smoothies. If I want a smoothie I will drive 5 minutes if that for a smoothie. But why, why did I drive an hour back and forth for a smoothie. I didn't. I said thanks, but no thanks. Like I'm out and drove off to get real food. This wasn't at no 3 or 4am this was like at 7pm at night. Normal hours. Customer service not good, no food? Over priced. I tried this place out yesterday and the customer service here was great I will definitely be coming back. The workers came out with my order fast and everything came out good. Their pesto pizza is amazing as well as their butterfly kisses smoothie. The girl at the drive through was very polite and positive, I think her name was Kaylin or Kaitlin I could be wrong. She had offered me one of their bowls to try for free saying they accidentally made an extra one and I thought that was nice.
