My service was almost 3 hours - foot rejuvenation (without parrafin, didn't want it), body polish and full body massage. The masseuse was really fantastic. She checked in with me regularly about pressure, etc., was very sweet and nice to talk with, but didn't talk too much. The spa itself is a small oasis in the middle of a residential area. Seeing how the weather forecasts predicted rain for 2 of the days I was in Key West, my friend and I decided to treat ourselves to Prana Spa. Having not had a deep tissue massage in many many years, nor ever having a facial, I was nervous, yet excited. From the consultation prior to starting the massage and through the whole 90 minutes, Tara was excellent. I left feeling relaxed and energized. The room setting was peaceful and tastefully decorated. The music was not too loud or annoying. The next day, I received a facial from Jennifer. Jennifer took the time to answer all of my questions. It was my 1st ever facial and I was down in Key West for a vacation by myself to relax and de-stress. This was my 1st day on the island a a great way to start to relax. Heaven.On.Earth. 'Nuff said. But why stop there? There isn't a thing about this place that isn't perfect. Even making the appointment was a pleasure. The staff is extremely friendly. And the spa is located in this cute house...looks very small from the outside, but is actually quite spacious - clean and modern, too. I selected the Prana Decadence package, which included a salt scrub treatment, 90 minute massage, paraffin foot treatment, 60 minute facial and oil treatment with scalp massage. Is your mouth watering yet? Ladies, gentlemen...it's been one month and I'm still feeling relaxed, clarified, aligned, pampered. Holy s**t (can I say that on here?). Best.Ever. I've been to many, many spas had multiple treatments and none can hold flame to my experience at Prana. I honestly don't think I'll ever be able to set foot in another spa. Prana...you've ruined me! My boyfriend and I went down to Key West for Fourth of July and I am now just making the time to write a review. He surprised me on our last day with a massage at Prana Spa. Dan was my masseuse and almost 3 months later, I still say "ugh, I need Dan in my life!" I would make the 3 hour drive down from Miami JUST to get a massage from Dan again. Every touch had a purpose. Did you know you could get knots in your feet?! Dan did. Magical. Best massage I have ever had.. and I have had quite a few!! Needless to say, I give this place 5 stars. read more

So relaxing. I got a 30 minute couples massage here, and it was an amazing relaxing way to start the vacation. The aromatherapy was soothing and the pressure was light enough for a first time- I would maybe want to increase that. I do however recommend the full body massage- I usually have tightness in my upper back but was really glad that I did the full body- it ended up feeling like I was floating on a cloud! I only took off a star because I think my male masseuse was a bit nervous and mentioned that he preferred focusing on an area instead of a full body massage (that sounds suggestive but promise it's not haha). I felt a bit nervous for him so that took me out of my massage a little so maybe next time I'd go female. Either way it was completely relaxing and forgot that there were other people in the room with me! If I lived in Key West I'd definitely entertain the idea of coming here regularly, the price is definitely affordable! read more

phenomenal massage from Regan. i have massages on a regular basis and can tell good technique from average. But when you find great technique with intuitive touch you are in for one of the best massages in your life. The spa is delightful and very comfortable as well as easy to get too. Prana Spa offers an intimate, clean, and relaxing space. The staff was so professional and friendly, and asked us all the right questions before our half-hour couples massage. For only being a half-hour, they were very thorough, and we left feeling relaxed after our long drive from Miami. However, it was a little deeper than we expected, even hurting at times, but I guess that's our fault for not speaking up. Overall, it was a great experience and reasonably priced. Took me several hours to completely wake up from this incredible experience. One block off Duval street in tiny and intimate bungalow with several private massage rooms. Couples massage is private room on second floor with bathroom and changing area. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, and wished I was closer than our home in Colorado.
