The margherita pizza was amazing with a medium size crust mozzarella and basil. I had a glass of red wine and the selections were right on. I will go back to judge the wings. I will definitely go back and do brunch next time. They have bottomless mimosas & bloody Mary's and more on Sunday's. Great waiter who was very nice. It's a more upscale Applebees but the food is way worse. My wife and I both hated our entrees and didn't bother taking more than 2 bites. We were seated alone in an outdoor section of the restaurant. Others who came after us were seated inside. Staff seemed nice but the food is a no go for us. I wouldn't dine here again. read more

Steak was a bit tough but other than that, it was alright. Super loud music and crowd inside but we sat outside and it got a bit cold . The blinds came down later on the evening so it blocked out some of the winds. There were heat lamps but it was not turned on. Food was fresh and good but not spectacular where I would come back for it. There were small things that could've made the experience better. So why 5 stars? It's great to see a nice small crowd on a Thursday night in this quiet town, the girls at front were friendly, we changed out seats from indoors to outdoors because it was too noisy for our liking and they were so friendly about my request. Our waiter, Tony, was the star-he was running around but still came to joke and make sure we were happy! We will definitely come back with a bigger crowd jsut because it's hard to find a local spot with good food, good environment, good service! read more

I was excited to try this place. Went for a birthday brunch this past Sunday but unfortunately I don't think I will be back. The food was ok, drinks were good. Our waiter was very sweet and all, but the service was horrible!! I don't know if it's because they had him waiting on too many tables but everything took a VERY long time to come out. We waited over an hour for our food to come out, and once it did everything was cold. Then we finished eating and ordered a dessert platter for the table and that took 40 minutes to come out. Crazy! I understand they are very busy during brunch hours but they should somehow figure out a better way to get the food out faster and while it's still warm. They also sat us outside in the tent area, which I would not recommend. The vibe is very different than being inside. It was also very cold out there. We complained about the heat about 3 times to different people and they never turned on the heat out there. Everyone eating in the tent was wearing their jackets, including our whole table. We all ate with our jackets on, it was so cold. Lastly, there was an extra entre on our bill that we did not order. We told the hostess about it, since she was the only person around at the time and she said she would fix it.... 20 minutes later our waiter comes with the bill and the entre was still on there so we had to again let him know it was incorrect. All in all, brunch took 3 hours and we didn't even order apps, just entrees, drinks and a dessert platter. read more

I never leave reviews but I feel this should get around. I went to Prato 850 today with my parents today. We aren't picky people. We try and be as easy as possible to waiters because I work in the restaurant business so I know how things can be. We enter and the music was blasting very loudly. Fortunately we brushed that off because we didn't want to be "those people". We looked over the menu and ordered. I got a Classic Margarita Pizza but subbed regular crust for cauliflower crust. Food came out moderately fast for the most part. My parents meals were fine but my pizza, the cauliflower crust pizza was VERY well done. I could not cut through the pizza for my dad to try because it was so over cooked. Without being said, my dad told the waitress, who was incredibly kind, that my pizza should not be THAT well done. Again we rarely complain. She said that the pizza is frozen and that's why it didn't cook well and didn't rise. The waitress then said she would take off the pizza on the bill and gave us free cheesecake instead. When we were paying the bill, they apparently charged us a mysterious extra $4 which was not the tax. Listen, for being someone who works in this industry and deals with customers on a daily basis, I would never serve a pizza that looked that burnt unless it was requested. Please look over next time... Will not be returning. read more

Service was VERY bad. Food was even worse. I don't know how this place gets so packed but the wings were ice cold and not fully coated in the sauce. The hot chicken sandwich was SO bad. Probably the worse part of our meal. It had a very bad smell and taste, almost like a wet dirty mop. Our waitress Jamie, did not check on us once! We were dying of thirst, never asked for a refill or another beer. Never asked if everything came out good. The best think was my child's chicken fingers. Definitely don't recommend. Left with a belly ache and a bad taste in our mouths. Waste of calories and money. If we weren't so hungry after waiting an hr and a half for our food I wouldn't have even eaten it. So bad. The Calmari was great and so what the Tuna Tartare Then for the main dish the Tuscan Chicken Scarp delish! My Friend had the skirt steak frites and he liked it as well. I had made reservations for outdoor seating. When my friend & I got there, we were ushered to the side while the hostess went to the patio to check for our table. After about 10 minutes, we were brought all the way to the back by the literal garbage dump. The smell was horrific. There was a half filled cup directly next to my seat and tables next to us hadn't been cleared. There was a larger party seated next to us, and our menus were thrown down carelessly by the hostess. I walked back in & asked if we could be seated in the other outdoor area & was told there was a max seating limit, but she brought us over where there were multiple tables cleared & ready for seating. She claimed because there was a party at 4, that's why they didn't put us there (mind you our res was for 1:30). I assured her we didn't expect to be rushed because at that point it was already close to 2 & we knew our food would take time to come out. My friends glass was dirty and they had to bring her out another one. Our food was average at best, The saving grace was that our waitress was great, however the experience as a whole was not. This was my first time having brunch at Prato 850 but it was AMAZING!!! It's such an inviting place and the energy here is great! We started with bottomless mimosas which our bartender Virginia made (amazing bartender btw) then we got the margarita pizza and the Prato combo! All I can say is WOW!! I've been to Prato 850 and both times I enjoyed it! Ordered the drunken burrata pizza and loved it. For drinks I had the purple rain margarita and the jalapeño margarita. Both were flavorful and tasty! Highly recommend coming here with a reservation on the weekend. It was busy the entire time I was there. I came here after not having eaten for like 10 hours so I was starvin marvin. so we had some calamari which was good, or so i thought. in hindsight it was only good because i was so damn hungry, i coulda been eating rotten tin foil and probably would have liked it. but anyway. freaking cilantro caesar salad didn't have even the tiniest bit of cilantro in it or at least didnt taste like it. i dont even really like caesar salad. i mean i dont hate it but i would never order a caesar salad like c'mon now. but cilantro caesar salad? i mean that sounds good and interesting right? not right. it was total false advertising. aint no cilantro in there whatsoever. none. this is where things started going down hill. Scallop Entree. Terrible. I couldn't even eat it. We're talking about a $28 Scallop dish. On a Wednesday. So bad. Idk how to even describe it, just the seasoning was weird, tasted kinda burnt, smelled a little, the cauliflower puree crap it was on top of also tasted weird, not just because it was cauliflower puree crap - i like cauliflower puree crap - but this whole dish was seriously not good. i cant even put my finger on why it was bad it just tasted really bad. wife got pasta with pesto and burrata. yum pesto and burrata? in one dish? that sounds freakin delicious! it wasn't, it kinda sucked. pasta was overcooked, pesto tasted like it was out of a can, burrata is burrata i love burrata i'm not gonna talk smack about it, but the dish wasn't great. desserts. home-made cannolis my arse. those damn thangs aint home-made who is this place kidding. tasted like every other cannolis i've eaten my entire life. except it didn't taste like the cannolis i've eaten and really liked, that's for damn sure. rainbow cookie cake was the size of my freaking right arm and also tasted mediocre. this place has like a good menu but the food just isn't good. i'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 cuz the service was top-notch. not gonna lie the service was really freaking good. everything was on point service wise. gotta appreciate good service. i feel bad now writing this review and bashing this place but for the money they're charging it should be better. and i'm not saying that as some cheapo, i'm all for paying a lot for good food or even like somewhat-good food. won't be back. why play pop music too like wtf is that play something besides pop. ok that's enough i guess. read more
