Yeah some things I didn't know the exact name of the fittings and the guy looked at me with attitude and was irritated because I didn't know the exact name of a fitting. Which Is unprofessional and uncalled for. I'm trying to get my jobs finished and up to NEC code, so I really don't deal with fittings or anything. I usually send one of my workers to get it, but this particular project, I had to go and grab material. The other associate who originally helped me was like and I quote " oh you are back again and laughed" as if I already knew him. Of course I'm back you guys are the closest store for electrical! Most definitely not coming back to this location. The other locations are amazing and professional.

What I really liked about Walters was the web site. We needed a landscape transformer right away -…read morethe contractor was onsite - and they were hard to find, sold out everywhere I looked. Our contractor steered us away from the transformers at the big box home stores, he said he's had problems with quality in the past. So I searched online. In this instance, Amazon did not come through, anything good was going to take at least a couple of days for delivery, and appeared to be drop-shipped from other vendors. Walters has a bunch of locations in the Los Angeles area. I went on their web site, found what I needed... and of course it was out of stock locally. But the web site listed other locations and the stock at each, very clearly. This feature on the Walters web site is superior to Home Depot and Lowe's web sites, where they restrict information, making it hard to find stock quantities at multiple locations. Long story shortened... I bought a nice 300-watt low voltage transformer at 10 o'clock at night and picked it up the next day. It was a bit of a drive but we got it. The price was not discounted, if I had more time I could have searched for a discount on something of similar quality, which I may or may not have found. When the contractor saw it he said, "that's a good one." So all-in-all a positive experience.

We're doing a bathroom remodel and the wife finds Ferguson carries a valve kit and trim kit that she likes. I call on a Friday morning and the sales rep tells me it's up in Stockton, CA but can be on hand and available for pick up on Monday around noon. Perfect. I make arrangements for the plumber to come out Monday afternoon. I'm told I'll get a message when the product is ready for pickup. Not hearing anything I called and spoke with another rep who informed me that the order never made the delivery truck, but would arrive today; Wednesday. And so l called mid-morning today only to be told initially I wouldn't get the part for another 7 days. After I raise a little Cain, I get patched through to someone else who says the parts left Stockton and may arrive today, but perhaps tomorrow. The rep says that she'll reach out and get a definitive answer by end of day and when the clock nears 5:00 p.m. I call to follow up. I get routed to another rep who looks up the order and tells me the order arrived and I could have picked it up today to have it installed. Not sure why that had to be so hard and why a rep would have promised Friday if that wasn't doable. I might not ordinarily care except I've got a contractor who is now delayed in completing the job and that costs me money.

I opened the plastic and it didn't work out nothing on the stem indicated wear or use I put it back in the plastic it came it and ended up having to replace the entire thing shower. Went to return it and the gentleman said no without making eye contact and pointed at the sign that said no returns or refunds. Over 12$ they lost any work I would bring to this local plumbing spot. I will be driving to red supply in Pasadena where they were more professional and had a better knowledge.

I kept it professional on my end, but he definitely made the whole place look bad. On top of that, they charged $2.95 per shoe cover--per shoe, not even per pair. Me and my partner needed them so we bought them, but that pricing is crazy. Overall, this place is just not it. Don't recommend any plumbers stopping by here.
