From the second I walked in to drop off my car to the second I picked it up, the staff at this body shop was beyond professional. Chris ensured me that all i needed to do was give him my keys and insurance information (some guy reversed into me so luckily his insurance paid for it) and that he would take care of the rest. He set me up with email updates so that i knew what phase of the reparation my car was in at all times. I could not be happier with the results of the their work (despite my paint being ever-so-slightly two different colors now...but its not his fault, it's my cars old paints fault, *sigh*). the car looks even cleaner than when i left it there too, so im assuming they detailed the car inside and out, which is AWESOME. i've never had a place do that before and not charge extra. This is a long over due review. I got into a horrible accident where my entire front was caved in. I thought it'd be a couple weeks before I got it back, but nope. I took my baby here after being rear-ended at near freeway speed by some moron. And by baby I really mean it--an out of production sports car, the first new car I've ever owned, a car I could only just barely afford to make payments on, a car that I wash once a week and detail with a toothbrush a couple times a year. Car had body damage but was perfectly driveable and I didn't realize the extent of the damage at the time of the accident. Precise had done some very minor paint work on the front bumper after previous minor tap at a filling station, so I took it to them and asked that they keep an eye on the insurance appraiser and do any necessary tear down for an accurate estimate. Estimate comes back, it's much more than anyone expected and insurance company declares my car a total loss. I am a little freaked out since the car is not replaceable, had been maintained to look as if it was brand new, and is something I had intended to pay off and drive for years. Plus I had been working for years to make the payments on it and I didn't relish the thought of going through that again with another comparable car. And even more frustrating, the car had no damage to the engine, suspension, or really anything mechanical--it was the body. I told Precise that the insurance co wanted to total it and they were like, "that's absolutely ridiculous. Don't worry, we'll fix it." Long story short, I battled with insurance co over the value of the car, salvage price, and even if you can believe it sales tax--they wouldn't cop to the fact that CA sales tax is 9%--until I could ultimately buy it back, and turn it over to Precise. Throughout that whole process that took weeks, it sat--torn down--at the Precise shop. Precise was in my corner the entire time, and their priority was always just getting the car fixed and looking beautiful. They did terrific work--you would never know it had been in the accident. The paint and bodywork they did looks entirely factory, they were cool with the amount of time it had to sit on their lot while I fought with the insurance company, they started getting their parts orders in a few days before I even got them the first repair payment, and the car was ready when they said it would be. AS GOOD AS IT GETS. These guys are honest, reasonable, nice AND do beautiful work! I brought in my Fiat for some body work a couple of years ago, and their quote was nearly HALF of the other highly-rated autobody shops in the area. A lot of shops don't even work on Fiats, but they took it on and did a great job. Almost two years later, I called Mike when AAA said my starter was broken. He remembered me AND my car. I went to Precise after a multiple car accident I was involved in and had to have my front end replaced. I was surprised and disappointed at how inferior the job they did was. First they replaced my GM radiator with a Chinese one which didn't last a year before it failed, and they did a really bad job replacing the front end of my car. After almost a year, I had to replace the Chinese radiator with a GM one because it began to leak. --after only a year!!!! Now the front end constantly comes apart at the seam on the driver's side. When I took it back to them, they actually blamed it on the manufacturer!!!, saying that the car was too low and this coming apart at the seam was common. I didn't buy it. That never happened before I went to have my car repaired there. So now I have to constantly push the front end back in line because it constantly bulges out. Also the spoiler or rake at the bottom end of the front of the car needed replacing and again they did a lousy job and Mike only fixed it grudgingly after I complained. I used them on a car I had before with different results, but now, I don't feel I will use them again should I need auto body repairs. I was/am very disappointed with Precise Auto Body. read more

This body shop sucks they took wks for my vehicle to be "repaired". When I picked up my car dents in my front bumper were still noticeable, point being the whole entire area of where the damages were made was not fixed and my vehicle remained in bad conditions. Precise Auto Body is amazing and the service was great and professional. I did business with Mike and he really went above and beyond his duties to make sure that everything was taken care of. The car was done in two days and delivered all nice and clean like promised. He even stayed after and waited for my neighbor to come and pick up the car after work. Mike came to my apartment complex to do an estimate since it wasn't my car and I couldn't drive it to the shop to get an estimate. The price was great and the whole process was easy and painless and they really know how to take care of their customers. I was recently in a car accident that did some pretty serious damage to the passenger side of my car. The accident was the other persons fault and their insurance sent me to Precise. I wasn't sure what to expect as the place was picked by the other parties insurance, and I was a little concerned because my car is a 2003 and getting parts might be difficult. But Precise was great, Mike was super helpful he made sure he identified all the issues that were present with my car when I dropped it off in to insure everything was repaired. Once my car was repaired, he notified the Insurance Company, since it was late in the day he also went out of his way to have the insurance company provide me with and additional day on my rental so I didn't have to rush over at the last minute before they closed to get my car. When I arrived to pick up my car I was shocked, the passenger side looked amazing. You'd never know that it had previously been totally crunched! He painted the entire side of my car so the paint matched and blended (I had to fight for this with a previous insurance company and body shop when my car had been hit and was BRAND NEW, Precise did it right without argment). In addition to the repairs covered by the insurance, Mike and his team noticed that my headlight was wobbling, so they fixed it at no charge. But the most amazing thing they did for me, was while making repairs they noticed that the button and motor to my back passenger side window no longer worked. They happened to have an extra motor and button in the shop so they replaced that too at NO CHARGE!! These guys really went above and beyond, it was an amazing experience. I'd also like to add that my car needs some additional work due to a fender bender I had previously been in, I asked Mike for a rough estimate, but these guys did not push or harass or try to sell me on anything other than the service I came in for. If I don't buy a new car I'll be using Precise to fix the damage from the fender bender without a queestion. Great Service and Great People serioiusly it doesn't get any better!! read more

I had never needed body work done on a car but got into an accident and realized I now had to delve into the sludge of one of the shadiest business netherworlds around; auto body shops. After looking around on Yelp for decent sounding shops that my insurance company had relationships with, I decided to bring my car into Precise Auto Body. I was beyond satisfied with my experience. Mike, the shop manager, did a hell of a job finding parts and matching/blending paints seemlessly between the newly painted parts and the preexisting parts that still have the car's original factory paint. The welding work under the hood was also of top quality. The car took a couple days longer than anticipated but not a huge discrepancy and a small price to pay for lasting quality work. It's a professional operation and I would definitely recommend it, especially to other Mercury policy holders, based on my experience. read more

On February 28th just before an exit to the high way I accidently touched a bumper of the car going in front of me. The speed was less than one mile per hour. The driver in that car came out claiming that two scrachers on the bumper, that I am not even sure are my fault, are totaly my job. Later on that same day the driver told me over the phone that as long as I give $700 in cash - we will be good. Few days later the driver contacted me informing me that got the bumper fixed with Precise Auto Body and it actually costed $968 BUT because she told me in the begining $700, she is ok with me giving her only $700 ( nice of her isn't).Next morning I personaly went to some certified body shops in my area in order to get an estimate and hopefully to solve it out. I got two estimates. One of them $260 and the second one is $268 which is 3.7 times less than Precise Auto Body estimate while the average market price to fix this kind of damage in California is between $150 to $300. 3.7 times less can you even imagine??!! Next morning I and my friend, whose car has much worse more and dipper scratchers on his car bumper, came to Precise Auto Body to get an estimate. We were absolutely shocked to hear and to get in writting from business owner an estimate for $404 which is still too high into comparison to the estimates I got but also too low into comparison to $968 estimate. My friend ended up fixing his bumper in Woodland Hills Quality Motors which is located in Reseda for the price if $202. Precise Auto Body is hugely overpriced that will be happy to charge his clients tripple than actual prices are. I will not recommend to any business with this shop but if you decide to do it anyways make sure to get at least couple of estimates. Beware!!! read more

Precise Auto Body was efficient and did great work. They delivered the car also freshly detailed with cleaned inside and out. The paint looks flawless and they did a great job of blending it with the surrounding area. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star review is some issues in communication. I had brought my car in and then they asked if I could come back the following week as they would be able to get my car back to my quicker. I was happy to oblige, but wish the gentleman I spoke with on the phone did not tell me it was fine to bring in. Additionally, they said they could arrange the rental (via Enterprise/All State) for me. I asked if I needed to make a reservation and they said they would take care of me. Unfortunately that meant they would call enterprise and get me a ride to the lot. I definitely appreciate the service, it was great. They should have let me make a reservation as the insurance covered me for an 'Intermediate car' and this particular enterprise did not have any on the lot. My options were to go to an enterprise that did have one or to pay the difference for the updgrade to an SUV. It wasn't a big deal, but had I made the reservation I would have had an intermediate car or been upgraded to the SUV for no additional cost. That said, the experience was great, the work quality is very high, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. read more

These guys are amazing! I was rear ended and my trunk was jammed shut. I called some auto body shops to ask if they would be able to open my trunk. Some wanted to charge up to $150.00 and weren't nearly as nice as the man I spoke to on the phone at Precise Auto Body. When I went to the shop Mike Keshishian took the time to explain what needed to be done to fix the rear of my car, what the insurance could and could not ask of me, AND he also informed me of all the things that were wrong with some work another Auto body shop had done. Mike and another mechanic opened my trunk for me and helped me load the stuff from my trunk in to the back seat. They could not have been nicer! Not to mention this was all free of charge!!!
