However, my overall experience was very disappointing. This installation ended up being our 3rd appt. because the door wasn't received on time. While delays can happen, what disappointed me most was the condition the project was left in. After the installation, Alex pointed out a noticeable gap at the bottom right corner of the garage door and explained that it was due to our uneven driveway and that there was nothing they could do. The problem is that we didn't have this issue with our previous garage door. With the new door, the gap is large enough that rodents could easily get inside the garage. I understand that an uneven driveway can create challenges, but I expected better customer service and a greater effort to find a solution. For example, offering a thicker bottom seal, a larger bulb seal, a multi-layer seal, or another adjustment to help minimize the gap would have shown that the company cared about delivering a finished product, not just completing the installation. In my opinion, a job isn't truly complete if there's an obvious problem that affects the function of the door. The new garage door should look and perform at least as well as the old one, but unfortunately, it actually looks worse because of the large gap. I appreciate Alex's installation work, but I'm disappointed that no effort was made to address the issue or offer possible solutions. The price was surprisingly low compared to what I expected based on google search (probably $50 - $150 less than others).
