I reached out to a lot of companies and I'm so glad I decided to use these guys! The owner is very responsive and the workers were very honest and professional. They put down drop cloths and covered furniture while working and had a ton of equipment -- this wasn't someone with just a vacuum and a brush! My dryer had not been performing as well as usual and I suspected that it could be due to the dryer duct being dirty. I sent a message through Yelp and received a response within 20 minutes. Sean gave a courtesy call about half an hour prior to the service window and arrived exactly on time. Which, I truly appreciate. Sean was friendly and got straight to work. The ducting leading to the outside of the house was also too long, so he shortened it to the right length. Precision Air Duct Cleaning is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I made an appointment on Friday, and someone was able to come to my house between 8-9am on the following Monday to clean my dryer vents. Sean, the technician, arrived with a mask and was very professional and so friendly. After Sean arrived, he got right to work on the cleaning process, but unfortunately, my house is complicated and we could not find the exit vents, so it was really impossible to clean the dryer vent. He was so thorough, and tried many different ways to clean the vent.....He even climbed up to the roof and into a crawl space in the basement.... But to no avail. This process took 2 hours!!! Sean told me that since he couldn't properly clean the vents, he would feel bad charging me. What a wonderful person and company. Precision is the most honest company!! Precision Air Duct Cleaning restored clean air to our house. My son and I seem to sneeze more and more lately and my wife suggested maybe it was dust in the home and that we should address that. It had been quite a while since we had the air ducts cleaned at our house so we took to Yelp to get some quotes. Garrett was quick to respond to us about providing a quote and he ended up matching a competitors price for us and was able to book us quickly for the cleaning. Two days later, Jason and Nick arrived at the exact appointment time agreed upon. (After speaking to the guys later, I realized that they got their a lot earlier than expected, but did not bother us before the agreed upon time because it was too early in the morning and they did not want to disturb us. My family usually sleeps in on the weekend, so we appreciated that.) The two guys were extremely friendly, they even removed their shoes as we requested, and they worked quickly and diligently to get all the air ducts cleaned, dryer vent cleared and the a/c unit cleaned. I had a water filled, sub-slab, vent duct for the dryer that was not allowing my dryer to work properly. The dryer smelled like mildew and wouldn't dry clothes, but I could tell the heating element was working. I first had them come out to clean my condo dryer vent, and Sean impressed me so much with his tireless work ethic (it took over an hour to find the dryer vent because I have a loft style unit with 14 foot ceilings in a modern building that is TALL inside and out, he scaled up the outside wall 20 feet like Spider-Man and finally found the vent) that I had his team come back and clean my entire HVAC system. After calling a couple air duct cleaners local to my area (one's found through Google searching) and getting unprofessional, BS treatment (like "oh I can't quote you a final price. It'll depend on what the tech says at then end". KICK ROCKS!). Anyways, I did what I should have from the start and searched on Yelp. I reached out to Precision Air Duct for a quote via yelp. They were quick to respond and with very detailed pricing and steps to the cleaning process. I called in the morning (weekday) to schedule an appointment for a furnace and (10ea) duct cleaning. I was delighted they were able to come out same day. A team of 2 arrived in company-branded polo T-s. They were pleasant, professional, answered all my up front questions, and any I had during the service. They placed fabric covers to protect my new hardwood floors from scratching without me having to ask. They even put out plastic corner guards for walls and doors to prevent their hoses from scratching. A little over-kill, but appreciated. The cleaning service itself took about 4 hours and they left little to no mess. Their pricing was fair and what I was initially quoted. While they're not an HVAC company, I will be hiring them again for future cleaning maintenance. Me and my family can now enjoy our central heating during this cold, rainy, and quarantine weather. It had been at least six years since my ducts had been cleaned, so I used Yelp's "Request a Quote" feature to contact several companies in my area. Garrett from Precision answered almost immediately. Later that day, after I had gotten several more estimates, they clustered into two groups: a) barebones services, and b) more thorough services. Precision was in the thorough group. We scheduled an appointment for the morning of following business day. Sean and Bob cleaned the ducts, the forced air blower unit (at my furnace), and the a/c compressor outside. I also asked them to use a biocide in the ducts that kills any bacteria or fungus. Since I have allergies, better safe than sorry. When reattaching the duct grilles, they cleaned them with something and readjusted the louvres to the position that will keep the rooms cool the longest. I also hired Precision to clean my clothes dryer duct a few days later. Easy, done, and Sean mentioned that the duct cover on the outside wall was gone. Birds can make a nest inside and block the duct, so I just bought a new one at the hardware store. They will be emailing me a reminder in five years, and I will certainly hire them again. read more

Our vents had never been cleaned and when I used a flashlight to take a look I was horrified! Carpet cleaning companies claim to do vent cleaning but there's NO WAY a vacuum can do the deep cleaning you need... or the deep cleaning YOU GET with Precision! Their industrial HEPA filter system pulls all the dust and debris out of the house. Jeremy and John took great care of our home and protected the floors and walls from the equipment and hoses. No only have my allergies disappeared, but our dog has stopped sneezing too! We will never again let our vents get this bad. I called Precision Air Duct Cleaning because I had just moved into a house and noticed a mildewy/musty smell coming from the vents whenever the A/C was on. I did some research and decided the ducts needed to be cleaned so I called a few places looking for quotes and seeing if they could help. Unfortunately, the places I had called before Precision weren't friendly or helpful and I was beginning to reconsider. Fortunately, however, I found Precision and Garrett restored my faith in humanity. Garrett was very professional and extremely helpful in answering all my question so I booked an appointment immediately. Oh, he also happened to quote a lot less than the others. Bonus. He and his crew came on time and were great. He walked me through the entire process, showing me where the smell was coming from and how much dirt had collected throughout the years. Then he pulled out the A/C filter. It was caked with dirt and hadn't been replaced in years. Seriously, it was pretty gross. He also discovered some other issues I would never have found and handled them for me at no extra cost. To make a longer story short, they did a fantastic job. Not only does my house smell fresh but the A/C is blowing colder and much harder than before and I can breathe easier. So far no more headaches!
