The reviews DON'T LIE!!!!! I came here based on the reviews, and due to a previous nightmare with a car shop, I was really hoping they lived up to the hype. Me and my husband dealt with Joe the whole time, and he is exactly what the reviews say!! Fair, honest and works fast!!! I told him what I thought it was (giving ample opportunity to go with it and make more $$) but he let me know what I needed and what just didn't seem to be the problem. Joe did an amazing job with my 2015 Dodge Challenger after I was cut off and hit a curb pretty hard exiting the freeway. My bumper was destroyed and don't even get me started on all of the damage to pretty much everything underneath the car, including my steering. He made it so easy and as stress-free as possible, from beginning to end. I dropped off my car, told my insurance company which repair shop I chose, and literally never spoke to the insurance company again. Joe took care of everything and even made it a point not to allow the insurance company to cut any corners on repairs or parts. Not only did he repair everything damaged in the accident like new, to my surprise he even gave my car a wash/wax and full detail AND even buffed out a few minor pre-existing scratches. I found out about this place when i went to eat at Western Bagel one day and saw that they had a smog check station so i decided to give them a shot. This shop is very small , I have been here twice on two separate occations with 2 different vehicles that needed a smog check.The first time I took my 2005 Toyota Prius for its smog check up, i was approached by the only person there , he told me his name was Joe ,i told him I needed a smog check and he said o.k not much of a talker. He didn't take too long on doing the smog check on my prius , around 20 minutes but when he went to send the car info to the D.M.V from his computer it was a very long process , it took him about 40 minutes to send it in. He blamed it on the D.M.V website for being slow to process the inspection report.After an hour he told me my car passed and it was ready , i then showed him the yelp check in discount, which was $36.75 + $8.25 for the certificate, for a total of $45.00 instead of $60.00, which was a great discount, he said alright but was not too friendly about it.I spent alittle over an hour here for the smog inspection, and i was the only customer at the time.On 3/11/17 I decided to give this place a second chance and came here with my other vehicle which was a modified 2005 Mustang GT, i got there at 7:55 the shop opens at 8am , i parked in the Western Bagel parking lot which is just a few feet from the shop, then walked over and spoke with Joe, I told him I needed a smog check done on my vehicle , he then told me to park my car inside his shop so he can start, i then walked over to get my car , when he saw the car he just stared at it like he was scared , it was kinda strange, i got out of my car and he told me to open my hood so he can inspect the engine, his demeanor changed, he seemed bothered by something , he looked at the engine for a good 5 minutes before telling me that my car will not pass the smog check because of the race intake that was installed on my car , i told him I have had that same intake since 2008 and it has passed the smog inspection without any issues , he then told me if i had a carb # for it , i told him that i was never asked for a carb # by anyone before. So he told me it probably was put on the Dyno then , his shop didnt have one , so he refused to do the smog inspection on my car, stating that it won't pass , i left this place and went to ASAP Test Only in Canoga park , this place welcomed me with open arms , and my Mustang passed the smog , Joe just got out done by the pros , If you have a modified car AVOID this location, you have been warned. read more

If i could give no stars and just a bad review i will definitely do so! i came in and did an oil change to my car because it was close to my job at the time and i was running low, the guy did the oil change and told me my engine light is on check your break fluids, a couple weeks later i was driving my car and it restarted on me while i was driving it was so scary i took it to a mechanic where it was hooked to a computer and states the error code pulled up basically dirty oil or error during oil change as the day went again my car restarted on me while driving and no longer turned on i took it to a local 5 star mechanic where he confirmed what the previous mechanic diagnosed he stated that the filter seemed to not be changed and just dirty and there was hardly any oil on my car and what waS left was dirty and the change wasn't done right where the oil some how was dripping into a sensor causing it to mess with the electrical which would cause my car to restart on its own well it ended up being a $430 repair! i called this place back to tell him and Joe answered who is either the owner or Manager he then told me i shouldn't have gone to another mechanic but to bring it to him, and he declined my refund ! I explained to him i don't live in the area i wasn't going to risk my car restarted on the freeway and get into an accident nor at that point did i trust him to touch my car! After 15 mins of going back and forth on the phone he told me he would refund me. Fast forward to two weeks later when i was in the area i stopped by to get my refund and he tried to argue with me about how it wasn't his fault and he shouldn't have to refund me i should of stuck him with the entire repair bill if you ask me. Save your time money and energy take your cars elsewhere avoid a headache BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and any costly repairs to your car! read more

Brought my car to Precision Auto Clinic when the engine light came on. After scanning the computer, Joe said I needed a new speed sensor and the transmission fluid changed. I paid $475.00 for the work. The next day on the freeway the transmission started downshifting at random and the engine light came back on. This would happen about every other day. Brought it back a number of times but they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I agree with most here that Joe and Jorge are nice guys and mean well, but in my case they were over their heads.
