WARNING- vehicle damaged and they are refusing to cover repairs!…read more On March 10th, my husband got his oil changed and on Friday April 3rd his car was leaking oil. Take5 Oil stripped the oil pan. I called them immediately after the mechanic told us on Friday April 3rd. Assistant manager Anthony (Take5 Oil)said to email over photos, repair invoice etc... which i did immediately on Friday around noon. No call back until Monday which they inform us they have to make repair or they won't pay the bill... except they didnt tell me that on Friday what the claim process is and the repair was completed. Manager Jordan's response was essentially the long Easter weekend delayed my call back to you. So not only did they damage our car we are now being told we are out $800 repair costs due to the second failure of notify us what the claim process was. Called corporate and its a franchise and have to deal directly with them and the franchise have denied our claim for not getting approval in advance to make the repair. We did our part - immediately notified Take5 of the issue and Take5 is at fault twice here. Damaged our vehicle and failed to tell me the claim process. All Jordan would like to offer to resolve the matter is refund the oil change! What a joke, this is how they treat customers and active duty military families. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Let start off by saying the team here are a family. And when you come here they make you feel like…read moreyou're part of this hard working dedicated team, the professionally they give is compare the that of major car repair chains. They're fair and no job is too big for them. Moving forward. I will not let anyone work on my vehicle but them thank you to Mr. Charles and Ms Lynn and your whole team. For the respect and common courtesy that you give to me. By the way please support Ms. Lynn's detail business she works hard and does a very professional job.

Definitely UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS!! Paid these guys over $2000 for repairs to my 2009 Impala, which…read morehad NO ENGINE ISSUES. After RE-repairing the $400 steering column, the engine instantly blew. Now, when I had it towed, it would NOT crank and WAS not shaking in the least! I was CERTAIN it was a fuel pump issue. Three days later (which I had to CONTACT THEM) they say (literally), "YOUR CAR IS GONE!" NO explanation, no remedy! The owner, TIFFANY, towed my car home for free as her "thanks for being a customer", which took them FOUR hours to bring less than ONE MILE down the street. I told her I was trying to get a mechanic to come there and inspect the vehicle to determine the interconnection between the blown engine and the recent repairs. I was doing that so there would be NO discrepancy in the diagnosis. She said no to that and did not even try to communicate again. When trying to file a complaint with the BBB, this business does not even show up! Still, I will continue to pursue this issue, because THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE HEART OF A POVERTY-STRICKEN, a demographically challenged area. We go there because IT'S CLOSE and they offer decent pricing. HOWEVER, they are NOT REALLY FIXING CARS! I had to bring back THREE of the FIVE vehicles I had serviced, and they were NEVER able to rectify the issues that persisted BUT had been PAID FOR! Over $5000 in services since November from MY HOUSEHOLD ALONE! Why, because we TRUSTED THESE FOLKS! We ALL WORK and NEED TO GET BACK AND FORTH! Service like this can ruin people's lives by leaving them transportation-less. This becomes increasingly bad when terrible service is accompanied by even WORSE customer care. They are not prompt in communicating, their mannerisms are inappropriate for a professional establishment, they lack regular routines and procedures in terms of handling invoices and documentation, and they do NOT have a regular manager/supervisor on-site to oversee operations. She works remote, so has no real idea what's going on in there. Undoubtedly, situations like this may cause many, who do not have or can afford other means of getting around, to be unable to provide for their families. It's almost like they are directly working against the people who are trying to help keep the lower AND MIDDLE classes afloat. Taking advantage of citizens who cannot afford formal representation is an old-school tactic that should be illegal. This lady is a non-resident, profiting off the INTENTIONAL demise of a struggling population. Do not patronize this establishment and empower them to use their financial advantage to oppress YOU AND OTHERS. I have all my receipts to prove what I've spent. My goal is to save someone who cannot afford to lose their car to folks who do not care. I work two jobs, so I will figure it out. BUT, I would not want anyone else to ever have to go through this. Go somewhere that will warranty the work, has a manager on-site, addressing problems head-on, and has sincere regard and appreciation for customer retention.
