The customer service sucks and any positive expectation you'd have throw it out the window. I took my SRT Durango here to get fixed after it had just been stolen and recovered. I called in advance to make sure they had room for my car to be fixed they agreed so I had it towed there. Knowing the car had just been stolen,had a back broken window,unlocked doors, and torn out dash...they decided it was a bright idea to keep it parked on a main road for everyone to see. My car then got stolen AGAIN while in the hands of the body shop. To make things worse I didn't find out until 24hrs after it got stolen. They didn't contact me,my insurance who they spoke to the day it was stolen,or the police. They will blame you on the car being stolen and lie about everything. If you have a nice car do not take it here they aren't capable of protecting it or even fixing it. Oh plus their cameras don't work either :) As your replay states you didn't have a key which you were told about when you called me to say my car was dropped off in your lot. Therefore acknowledging the car was in your possession. You didn't have a problem with the key not working or the tow truck dropping it off the day you called me to confirm I was the owner. Your lack of communication,empathy and professionalism is horrendous. Saying because we are leaving reviews is bullying is so insane when your shop has tried to gaslight me and bold face lie about everything during this situation. I seriously hope you change your procedures and customer service, considering I'm not the only one with a horrible experience.

He worked with me and my insurance to ensure that I was getting all necessary repairs. Although things took a bit longer than expected (due to the insurance / parts), Tony communicated every step of the way and answered all questions that I had. My Jaguar was brought to European Collision after a break-in in which the driver's window was shattered. State Farm recommended European Collision as a certified facility that works with Jaguars, which is why I trusted them with my vehicle. What should have been a straightforward repair has turned into 2 months of delays, four visits, unresolved problems, and significant inconvenience. First visit: My Jaguar was brought in for the broken driver's window, and European Collision had the vehicle for approximately 14-15 days. When I went to pick it up, the battery dead, so the vehicle had to remain at the shop to be charged. After I eventually picked up the vehicle, within approximately 15 minutes, I discovered that the driver's door lock controls were no longer working. I immediately contacted the shop. The driver's door locks and controls had worked properly before the vehicle was brought in for the window repair. Second visit: I returned the vehicle and again reported the lock problem. I was told it would be addressed. There were also issues with the replacement window trim, including a damaged part that caused another delay. Third visit: I had to return the Jaguar because the paint damage from the original break-in had not been properly completed, and the window/trim work was also not properly completed. The window had to be removed again so the paint work could be completed and the correct trim installed. European Collision had my Jaguar for approximately 7-10 days during this visit. The driver's door lock problem still had not been fixed, and I was told another part needed to be ordered. Fourth visit: After the part arrived, I returned the Jaguar to have it installed. The shop kept my vehicle for two days, but even after installing the part, they still could not fix the driver's door locks or determine what was causing the problem. I was ultimately told I would need to take the Jaguar to a dealership for a diagnostic. Now I am being forced to pay for that diagnostic myself because the lock problem was not reported to State Farm as part of the original repair. I may also have to pay most or all of the cost of fixing the problem. This is especially frustrating because the problem appeared within 15 minutes of the first pickup, did not exist before the repair, and was reported immediately. European Collision had four opportunities to address it, including having my vehicle for 14-15 days during the first visit, 7-10 days during the third, and two days during the fourth. There was also a serious lack of attention to detail. The broken glass from the break-in was never properly cleaned. Even after four visits, I continue to find broken glass inside my Jaguar. At every pickup, I also found shop dirt and footprints on the carpet and door trim. The floor mats and work areas were not properly covered or protected. I also paid approximately $1,000 out of pocket for additional paint work. Because the window had to be removed again to complete the paint work and correct the trim installatio I am now being forced to pay out of pocket for a problem that arose immediately after their repair. I also made repeated attempts to resolve this with management. I requested the District Manager's assistance and was given an email address that was undeliverable. I then contacted the Technicraft Group corporate office, was given the General Manager's information, and again the email address provided was undeliverable. I also contacted the company's online customer service and received no response. After trying the shop, the District Manager, corporate management, and online customer service, I still have no resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend European Collision / Technicraft , especially if you own a Jaguar or another luxury vehicle.

I brought my truck here to fix multiple things because they were recommended by a friend. They…read morefixed my hood which was beautiful work besides ordering the wrong color letters and actually putting them on the vehicle without giving me a call first to confirm (he said he was confused why they didn't match the letters on the back of the vehicle when I complained I wanted them changed). They tried to half ass the bumper and paint over my scratches thinking I wouldn't notice but I did. So they needed to keep my vehicle longer for this. They replaced my windshield that was caused by an accident and while replacing it they ripped my leather on the inside that hold the windshield and touched my suede ceiling with glue on their hands. All things that could have been avoided if they didn't do half ass jobs or more attention to detail. They claim to call you back but never do with updates. They shove tools in places they don't belong to get the job done quicker! I could not recommend more to avoid this body shop! Everytime I returned my vehicle to get refixed I left with another problem. Still have issues till this day but I refuse to return. Go there if you want original pieces destroyed and to return atleast once a week.

Paul is the shadiest auto shop operator I have ever encountered. Had his "mechanic" perform a…read more$907.00 front brake job. Then, as soon as I drove off the shop lot, the tires were seizing, and brake light alarms lit up my dashboard. When I went in to complain, once to his "mechanic" and subsequently directly with him, I was told it had nothing to do with the brakes. Paul went as far as to say that it was the rear brakes that were worked on. An obvious attempt to deflect from the shoddy work that was performed. Only after I informed him that I planned on pursuing this through my credit card provider did he instantly change his demeanor from rude and dismissive to a smarmy, huckster nice routine. He acknowledged that the right brake caliper was too tight. That he experienced the same issues I was experiencing when he took the vehicle for a test drive. Yet, charged me full price for the work done, despite his road test! Never even bothered to mention that the car was no longer drivable after the work performed on the car was completed. At the time he called me to let me know the car was ready to be picked up, he firmly stating the car was ready to drive. The brakes were "working fine." Never brought up any issues at the time of charging me for a very expensive brake job. Upon hearing that I would be pursuing this through my credit card company, he flipped to his smarmy routine and told me to bring it in. That he would work to loosen the brake caliper. So, he had me once more waste my time and brought the car in for yet another time. He then flatly told me that he replaced the right caliper with nothing changing (no evidence he changed anything, I marked both calipers before taking the car back into the shop.) This time telling me that nothing could be done to solve the problem. That I shouldn't put any more money into the vehicle. THIS COMING AFTER, 1) he charged me for the brake job, 2) lied about which brakes were worked on, 3) told me he could loosen the calipers, which would solve the issue, 4) with his original price quote, stated that the car would be operational once job was complete. A total FRAUDSTER! Stay away! No guarantee of work done. As a matter of fact, I paid over $900. to have the vehicle turned fully inoperable. An unsavory mix of arrogance, incompetence, and downright deception. THERE IS A REASON THAT WHILE OTHER SHOPS IN THE AREA HAVE THEIR LOTS FULL OF CARS TO WORK ON, THIS LOT IS LARGELY BARREN. TRUST ME, THAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE. GO TO ONE OF THOSE SHOPS INSTEAD!
