My family and I really enjoy it, it's really good , but the pizza is never ready ! I even called in my order , they told me 10 minutes I get there and , guess what not ready ! I order 1 pepperoni, and 1 pepperoni and jalapeños. The pizza with jalapeños had no pepperoni so they had to remake it . They charged me twice , I must say they did correct it but I have to wait 2-3 days for the refund., I get home and the pepperoni and jalapeños pizza was under cooked so I had to cook it more at home . I wish the workers would pay a little bit more attention to what they are doing . read more

The pizza alright nothing special could uses somemore pepperoni Cheap Pizza. When got it i added bacon bits save a few bucks that way.They charge you for parmesan cheese which is NOT right. Other pizza places don't. read more

Last time I gave them a 1 star for the pizza since it did not taste the same and then changed it to 4 star for management since they got back to me right away. Today I decided to reorder the pizzas and see if it went back to the way they use to make it. I was not disappointed. We love the pizza here, but lately, yesterday my husband "tried" ordering a pizza on his mobile. First, a recording came on, then a female named Jessica answered and said hold on and hung up on him. He called back. A male answered, after the recording, and kept saying, "Is that it?!" After my husband mentioned what he was ordering. My husband didn't like the manner in which this so-called sales person handled the order so we didn't follow through on the pick up. Hopefully, PP will hire more reliable and mannerful workers not ones that behave like they're bored or don't want to be working there in the first place. I can't say enough about this particular Pronto Pizza store. These guys are awesome! They seem like a great crew - always being so friendly and kind. AND... AND... they always remember my order and always give me a great pizza. That pizza is actually for an 82 year old gentleman who I caregive for and Friday is pizza night. He loves it and loves to hear about how much I love getting our pizza night pizza at this great store with the nicest staff. I just had the worst experience here... Our order was incorrect and we did not realize it until we had already paid, mind you we never walked out of the facility and checked our order in front of her. The assistant manager Gabriela, became extremely defensive when we asked her if she would correct the order. She became very rude and angry, she refused to refund our money, as well as make the correct pizza we had initially ordered, she stated " what am I supposed to do? Throw it in the trash ", we are not allowed to throw any food away. She threw my hot wings into the box with such force that she nearly dropped the container. Gabriela did not want to give me her name or a corporate number to call and complain. Her lack of customer service skills and over the top rudeness have convinced me to take my business elsewhere. read more

The pizza here is five bucks, and its not too bad. Only thing is make sure to order your pizza slightly custom so you dont get one of those ready pepperoni pizzas that have been sitting on the shelf for like hours. I place pick up orders here all the time why? Because its one of the two best pizza shops in wilmington i always order 2 large pepperoni with EXTRA SAUCE and they always go beyond my expectations even when i go to pick up my order they show me that they added the extra sauce so i can know that I'm picking up exactly what i ordered, and save me the hassle of going home and back if they happened to screw up my order. Also the extra sauce not only helps with flavor and re-heating the next day. Also the crust is actually pretty good as well warm and soft kinda chewy but non the less this shop is dope and last thing the young lady's that work there really put effort into there jobs with there customer service good job and keep it up PRONTO PIZZA. read more

Really bad customer service I pre-ordered by phone a cheese bread pizza when I got there to pick it up they had messed up on my order completely and gave me a regular cheese pizza I didn't order I let them know that wasn't what I had ordered and and Gabriel G. the assistant manager was really rude she stated she couldn't do anything about the pizza I ask her if she could just give me a cheese bread pizza and charge me the difference HER WORDS! with an attitude what em I supposed to do with the pizza no body wants a cheese pizza and while serving my chicken wings and tossing them with such force just took my appetite right away.... I don't really know where to start except by stating the obvious: Pronto pizza is my life. Upon discovering it around the corner from a place I started attending on a daily basis almost 2 years ago, I have gained over 30 pounds. I literally had friends start asking me if I got pregnant. I would respond by telling them that I am indeed pregnant with a Pronto pizza, and am really anxious to find out if its going to be a cheese or a pepperoni [proceed with laughter]. In all seriousness though, I consider Pronto to be the best tasting affordable pizza in all of LA County.. and I have tried many other pizza joints. I don't know what it is about getting a Pronto pizza that is so satisfying, even after having done so hundreds of times before. Perhaps its because you can literally walk in, grab a pizza and immediately go enjoy it; there is absolutely no wait time. Well that is partially true... They always have pepperonis ready and waiting to come home with you. However, if you are vegetarian or just prefer a cheese, give them a call prior to arriving and they will have it ready for you in 10 minutes or less. I have honestly never had it take longer. So yeah, I am completely head over heels in love with Pronto Pizza. I could honestly marry it and never cheat on it with another pizza for the rest of my life. Pronto, you mah #1. read more
