I was connected to this company through Frigidaire due to my refrigerator breaking while under warranty. Frigidaire scheduled a next-day appointment (on a Friday) with them while I was on the phone. I stayed home from work the next day (my window was 12-5 pm) so they could fix my refrigerator. Late that morning, the technician called and told me he'd be there between 1 and 3 pm, and I asked for a call ten minutes in advance so I could lock my guard dog up before he arrived. He called and said he was ten minutes out. Ten minutes later, he called back to verify that I was home. I said I was, and then he told me he was at a completely different address in another city. I said that wasn't cool because I'd taken off from work, so they needed to figure out what was going on and let me know. The technician said someone would call me. I waited 2 1/2 hours and called Premier directly so I could catch them during their business hours. Their system placed me on hold and no one ever answered. Ever. I looked them up on Yelp and saw that they're kind of famous for missing appointments and called Frigidaire back to request another company. A different technician from Premier called me Monday morning giving me a window in which he would show up that day. I told him no one from his company had ever contacted me or answered the phone on Friday, so I didn't magically know that someone was coming in Monday and had already asked Frigidaire to find another company. Electrolux and Frigidaire sent this company out to repair my ice maker. The ice maker just started pouring out water all over the kitchen. First tech shows up and says okay I'll order it. Never check to see if it was the water regulator or the ice maker nothing. I kept calling trying to get an update, they kept saying that it was on back order. I called to Electrolux and had it delivered two days later. So they couldn't get one for 3 weeks but I could get one in two days sounds fishy. Tech shows today and I use that word very lightly. He was told the water was off because it was leaking and leaving puddles of water in my kitchen. He did not properly install the ice maker, turn the water on to make sure that it was not going to leak again and that it was going to actually fill up the ice maker. Because once you turn the water back on the ice maker should call for water within a few minutes. It will take a while to get cold enough to freeze but it will call for water. This is the third ice maker we've had since November. The tech the sign the work order as the customer. Ran out of the house like his pants on fire and told my husband oh you need to go turn the water on. I tried to call him and because he knew what a lousy job he did he blocked her number. We had to block our phone number to call him. Absolutely the worst service ever. Luckily Electrolux is sending their own tech to get it done correctly. read more

It is sad that I have to leave this negative review. But here's why: 1. GE Appliance scheduled, one of their many contractors, "Premier Appliance" to visit my house a week later from my initial request, to be Friday, June 14th, to have the non-drainage issue looked at on my five month old GE Adora dishwasher, but the tech guy did not show up on that Friday. I even called GE Appliances about 2PM, and the GE employee told me the technician was in route to me, but no show. 2. So I scheduled for GE to send a different contracting company, but then I get a call on Tuesday from a Premiere dispatcher and the technician saying they will be arriving today, Tuesday, they said that GE scheduled it for Tuesday and not Friday, so they ordered a new water pump and said they would get it in 5 days. 3. Seven days later, on a Tuesday, I call Premier about my part and to schedule the repair. We schedule it for 3 days out on a Friday. 4. Friday is here, and it's been 3 weeks since I first reported this non-draining issue to GE, but now the technician tells me he does not have my part. Apparently they have someone drive parts down from Dallas on Wednesdays and they just didn't bring my part on that Wednesday. Fridays seem to be tough for getting work Done. So I call the parts guy at Premier and he says that they will get my part on the next Wednesday parts trip from Dallas, but the problem is that they can't schedule me for that Wednesday because the part will be in transit, but the day after, Thursday, is the 4th of July and on Friday, July 5th, they are off for holiday, as well, so we schedule the following Monday. 5. Monday, July 8th, now a month and half since I contacted GE, the technician was scheduled for noon to 5. He is able to get to my place near 6PM. He verifies the old water pump is bad and installs the new water pump. He also informs me that he tested it and it's now draining. It was late, and he was in a rush to leave. 6. So I finally get to load dishes into the dishwasher again. Next morning, soapy dirty water did not drain and is sitting at the bottom of the dishwasher. read more

Their technicians seem to be OK especially Derrick, but they are not worth thee frustration unless you have no choice like me, as my repair is a Sears Warranty issue and honestly I will never spend another dime with Sears no matter the value as this experience has been unbelievable. My Samsung washing machine broke and was still under warranty. Samsung contracted this company to do the repair. The morning that the repair person was supposed to come out he (the repair man) called me and tried to diagnose the problem over the phone, then told me he needed to order a part and it would take 2-7 days to come in. 7 days later I'm trying to call and get an update on the part and could not get someone to give me an answer. Turns out they didn't order it. They told me it would be another week! I called Samsung and they are just sending me a new washing machine. When my washer stopped working I called the manufacturer who gave me this authorized repair service. They did the repair and since it was covered under warranty I paid nothing. Four months later the same thing happened so I called Premier first. The warranty expired so I had to pay a $93 diagnostic fee and it was the same faulty part. After about a week I asked about when they would do the repair and they said they were waiting for the part. After a couple more weeks I called and they didn't return my call. I texted and was told to call the office, which I did, and never got a response. I've reached out a couple more times before writing this bad review. I contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that the part is in stock so I lodged a formal complaint with them. Long story short, avoid this business!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I received a GE fridge when I purchased my new home and it broke in the first week not cooling properly all my food rotted in the freezer while I was out of town for a few days and refroze to the bottom freezer was about 28 degrees on a 0 degree setpoint. Not this places fault. I put in a request using GEs warranty website and got put on the schedule for service. I took the day off work and The tech came out and looked at my fridge for a few hours finally saying it must be a software glitch and there was nothing they could do. I argued that they couldn't just come out and fix nothing so they ordered a motherboard. Took about 1-2 weeks to come in. Keep in mind I'm buying ice bags and filling coolers this whole time. They swap out the motherboard and tell me I'm good to put food in the fridge. It seemed cold so I did and it seemed to work for a day or two and then my wife noticed dripping coming from the freezer. All our icecream was completely melted and our steak tips from Costco and two butcher boxes worth of meat had turned green. I'm pissed so I call them back and get no answer (I have yet to get them to answer when I call) I put in another request with GE and they get assigned again. I get scheduled for the next day and get a confirmation number and email If they can come out and fix it the next day that is awesome. I take the day off and wait. They text me later in the morning that they wanted me to confirm my appointment for Monday. I double check my confirmation email and the texts they sent me everything says Friday. I give them the confirmation number thinking it's a mistake and they say sorry earliest appointment is Monday with no explanation. Well crap now I have to take another day off work to appease these people who can't show up to appointments. He comes out Monday and says he couldn't fix it and will order a fan. Two weeks go by and I'm pissed no word from this place. I call GE and try to escalate my case. They said this place wasn't updating my warranty ticket with them so they need to call them to confirm my appointments happened. They call me back 30 minutes later and say they could not get ahold of them and will try again over the next few days. Three days go by with no word. I've tried calling multiple times with no one answering the phone. Finally they get back to me and say they are ready to schedule another service call. Keep in mind this is the 4th call and I've lost two full fridges worth of food and these people can't even keep me in the loop. Then they push my appointment out 4 more days and they come and swap the parts they had ordered previously. It has not been long enough since the appointment to see if my issue is finally fixed as of writing this email but then I get a text from them saying they are going to charge me for my warranty repairs because they can't figure out how their own warranty system works. Note that GE corporate already had all my information by then and had opened an escalated ticket to try and get me some service. So now they want to charge me for parts and labor on something that took over two months made me lose two full fridges worth of food ~$1000 worth and that I HAVE A WARRANTY FOR because they can't do paperwork. My Home warranty hired this "business" to complete a repair on my appliance back in June. I paid them the deductible and was told they should be back with parts to complete the repair within a week. 3 weeks later I called the number I was provided, no answer. Left a message. Again, called.. no answer. Finally was able to get a rep on the line only to be told that the parts would be delivered to my home and that they didn't know when that would be. Here we are in August.. no parts and again no answer. I get a notification today from my home warranty that the service provider has informed them that the job has been completed. I waited 6 days for an appointment with these people, and the tech said our 2 month old GE refrigerator needed a new control board and a couple of new switches. He arrived the time he said he would. However, never ordered the parts and I can't get ahold of them to tell them I finally got a brand new replacement refrigerator from Lowes. They just don't answer the phone during their work hours. The tech had not even ordered our parts as of the following Friday afternoon at 4:45. I have quite honestly never seen anything like this service (or should I say lack of service) at all. They are awful! Don't use them! GE needs their heads examined for contracting with this so called company. Only reason I gave 1 star is because you seem to be required to check one! UGH! read more

Terrible!! Been trying to get my refrigerator fixed for almost a month. First apt guy shows up says he has to order parts. Parts were shipped to my house OK so I try to call premier to get them back. Only reach answering service. A week later I finally get call back that guy was coming on friday. Just before apt time they cancel say tech is injured. He came out Monday couldn't install parts needed someone else to help him. It going on two weeks now no one has returned and all I get is answer service. They were sent by my warranty company to fix the ice dispenser handle and I now need a new refrigerator. Whatever Derrick did caused the ice maker to start leaking water and it does not make cubed ice anymore. Called them and left a voicemail to let them know the issue. They responded by text saying the claim was closed and to contact the warranty company. They don't even have the decency to speak to the customer. Terrible service and even worse manager named Joe and Technican Named Derrick. let me start off by saying I own a Maytag washer and Dryer and after just two years the washer control panel and drain pump went out on me. I called Whirlpool and they informed me the washer only has a 12 month warranty? how can that be on a $1,500 dollar washer? well they informed me that I needed to call a company called Squaretrade owned by Allstate and luckily I had purchased an extended warranty which I thought I was getting a three year warranty they lied it turned out to be only two years, that's another lie. Apparently Square grade has this exclusive contract that Premier Appliances handles all their claims. Premier is ill equipped to handle all these claims they only have a few people working for them and are spread so thin the Technicians cannot honor their time appointment. They are retarded, I booked an appointment one week in advance with them online and they use the old cable company time slots your choice is either 8-12 or 1-5 I booked the 8-12 but requested to be one of the last stops so it wouldn't. e too early we'll the dumb technician calls and wakes me up at 7:30 am to tell me he won't be to my home till later in the morning, I said yes I already knew this but since he woke me up I waited and waited and then I decided to call and he said it would now be 1:00pm ? what would have happened if I did not call. so two more hours I waited till 1:00 again nobody showed up this went on till 5:00 pm and then the tech finally text me that he needs to re schedule another day, so now I'm upset they wake me at 7:30 I wait all day and took off work to take care of this and now I have to rinse and repeat again. Another Technician named Derrick was assigned 8-12 and I be Damn if he didn't do the same thing all over again except he did finally show up at 2:00 for a morning appointment. Derrick was so proud at his great service he showed me all his 5 star ratings and he even gave me his personal cell number saying if I wanted to cut a side deal he would fix all my future appliance problems for cheaper, I should have known right there he was slippery and dishonest.They sent one of the wrong parts and he had to come back out a week later only this time he no showed me and the so called poor Manager Joe who is a poor excuse for a manager and has zero people skills argued and argued it wasn't their fault because I didn't answer my phone at 7:30 am for a appointment I set the week prior for 8-12 , again I asked why do you insist in waking me up for an appointment I knew already he was coming out for ? In the end manager Joe with the lousy customer skills said to take my business Else where? can you imagine that I have no choice with the warranty company Square Trade chose Premier Appliances and now I must start all over again from scratch. The point is do not use Square Trade/ Allstate as your warranty company and for sure do not let them assign you with Premier Appliances and for sure not Technican Derrick all three are terrible choices and oh Manager Joe should be immediately fired as he is no more better than a monkey. Good riddance to all of you and I hope you go out of business because of your poor people skills.
