We had to replace our heating & air system, inside and outside and Kevin Arthur made sure I knew all my options so I could make the best decision for us. The options started at about $1,000, with a second option around $2,000 and a top-tier option around $3,000. As I recall, the $3,000 proposal included replacing the toilet, while the first two were various levels of "repair." That seems like an awful lot of money for what turned out to be a bad wax ring damaged during a flooring install. I have since removed the toilet myself, replaced the wax ring, and everything is fine. No major repair was needed and certainly no $1,000-$3,000 solution. No wonder their address is on "profit dr." If this company isn't private equity-owned, they're sure doing a good impression of the private-equity playbook: upsell aggressively, present multiple expensive options, and turn a simple repair into a major sales opportunity. What a rip-off. Get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. Buyer beware.

She asked for a bandaid in order to save money and he offered to put her on a monthly service plan to "save money" (which she absolutely did not understand and had no idea she was being charged monthly) and change out the coil and charge the unit for $5000! We checked the price of the part at a Dallas supplier and it was approximately $500 to buy the part, which they charged her $4000 to install, with a total bill of $5000. When we discovered what had happened we offered to assist the homeowner with canceling the monthly charge and getting to the bottom of why she was told she needed a $10k replacement of a 7 year old perfectly good AC unit, then grossly overcharged for a repair. I called Infinity Air, explained the situation, was told someone would need to call me back. I got a call back, explained again, she told me someone higher up would need to call me back, and they never did. The homeowner call to ask them to call me to discuss, they never called me. I'm shocked and very disappointed that a company like this would lie to this elderly woman telling her she needed a brand new unit, then overcharging so much to replace a coil, signing her up for a monthly program she didn't understand she had or was paying monthly for. I purchased a new full home replacement system in April 2023…read more I have required service three times as the contacts(not any related) and the blower fan, Oct 2024 and June 2026, in the air handler has failed twice. I scheduled service and was told someone would call thirty minutes before tech. No time window, just a day. I contacted them at noon to confirm still scheduled and was told early to mid afternoon. At 5pm I was told the tech was an hour out. The tech arrived and confirmed that the blower was out and would have to be ordered. The tech then went into upsell mode and from wanting to estimate for more insulation to complete duct replacement. Three year old system and multiple techs from this same company having either installed or repaired and now this tech is recommending complete duct replacement as my family sits in mid 80 heat waiting for ac to be repaired. This tech says that the old techs from Lyons "don't know as much as he does" and that is why they never recommended the upgrade. I purchased from Lyons because of the great reputation at the time. In my opinion, this is not the same company and the customer service had taken a back seat to upselling.
