I took our truck and SUV here for a hand wash and hand wax for both cars. I was told it would be 2…read morehours, but waited nearby. One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. I just didn't get all I paid for, and if that is the caliber of work you can expect there...I'll pass. Gas lighting behavior from the owner is atrocious. Thanks for actually reading the full story!

Mario is very professional while being super friendly and informative. He is responsive, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of detailing. I am an engineer and very picky and detail oriented. Mario exceeds all my expectations and provides amazing results. I had never experienced ceramic coatings before, but on his recommendation, I had him apply it to my new 2024 Subaru Outback a couple years ago. Wow, it was worth the extra work as it makes the car stay so much cleaner for longer periods between washes and is super easy to clean once it's dirty. Two years later it still looks like it's just been detailed after a simple wash. I trust Mario implicitly and highly recommend him for any detailing work you need. His fees are very reasonable, and his work never disappoints.

When I purchased a new car, I immediately came back for a full front PPF and ceramic coating package. I was quoted a 2-day turnaround and promised regular updates, but communication quickly became inconsistent. After multiple delays, excuses, and missed deadlines, responsibility for my vehicle was passed between employees without clear communication. I was eventually offered a complimentary full-body PPF for the inconvenience, but despite agreeing on several deadlines, the work was never completed. One employee completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, and I later found out he was no longer with the company without my knowledge. At this point, my vehicle still does not have the promised PPF installed, the interior ceramic coating was never done, and the exterior ceramic coating wasn't even completed properly. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I'm honestly at a loss for words. UPDATE: Danny eventually got back in contact with me and finally completed the PPF work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the quality of the install was terrible. I brought the car to multiple reputable PPF shops for inspection and received the same feedback from every single one. Several shops told me it was one of the worst PPF installations they had seen. They also pointed out that my clear coat is now lifting, and warned me that removing the PPF from my bumper will very likely peel the paint completely off, meaning I may now need to have my bumper repainted. After everything I went through with the delays, broken promises, lack of communication, and being completely ghosted, I'm now potentially dealing with paint damage caused by the improper installation itself. I have completely lost trust in this company and am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. I asked for a refund and he is purposely ignoring my messages, I don't think he realizes that I can see when he reads my messages. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!
