The ambiance when I first walk in is nice, not dirty. Someone came to me first thing and asked for my service wanted, and asked me to find a color in the back. At first I thought I would come back, but when I sat down in my chair, I had to ask for the Nail Book. I had to request the nail book. The employees were sweet. But then when a white lady walked in the nail salon, they asked for what service should would like, gave her the Nail Book right away when she sat down. *Gasp* I never thought I would be treated in such ways. Clean salon, fast service but great work, and friendly staff. I just discovered this place and I love it! The set up -- super clean. I was especially impressed to learn they've been around for about 20 Years at this location. It's easy to see they take care of it. I love that per every two pedicure chairs there's a curtain, so if you're going to get your nails done with a girlfriend it feels like it's just the two of you or if the salon is a little slow you feel like you have a whole section to yourself. Color selection -- it's great! They have regular colors, gel, and SNS. What i love about their gel selection is they organize heir swatches by brand as well as by color palate (which makes picking colors so much easier). Service -- it's awesome. They're quick but do great work. The price breakdown of their services are also very straight and to the point. I like having the prices in front of me ahead of time at the counter when I check in so i know what I'm getting and if I want upgrades. Pro tip: pay with cash vs card. I have been coming here for a little over 4 years. The pedicures are usually pretty good, nothing great but the standard gets the job done and is only $25. All of the staff is usually really good but the older woman with glasses is definitely not who you want doing your nails. She argues what You need done saying she can't do it or warning you it's going to cost too much. This was my third and final time letting her do my nails. Never again! They looked awful this last time and I'm throwing in the towel on this location-there are too many other nail salons out there. read more

Sara is one of the staff that does a great job and takes her time with the foot massage. The lady that did my pedicure tonight did not. I could barely feel her massage. I am visiting and needed mani/pedi. They closed at 7:30 this day but they allowed me to come at 6:45. Both girls that worked on my nails were very nice. They really did a great job (no skimping at all). They moved me to the drying table as they were cleaning up and again I have to say there was no skimping. I ended up buying a gift certificate for a local friend and the gentleman at the front was extremely friendly and told me to take a note of the certificate number in case it's lost. He wants customers to come and use it, so he'll accommodate if lost. He asked where I was from and we talked about travels. When I was leaving I heard several voices shout "nice to meet you!". I'm writing this 3 days after my visit and my nails are still great and I got French Tip, which often doesn't last this long! read more

By far the most relaxing environment. The curtains give you an intimate spa experience. They are professional and take their time with each individual client. The gel manicure I received was done with intricate detail and I couldn't keep my eyes off of my hands. The nail tech gave me a clean, polished, elegant manicure. Came in last Tuesday to just get a gel polish change and was PRESSURED into getting a manicure after repeatedly declining I finally gave in- they said it would make my gel nail last longer, not that case at all. I've only been here 2x and both times had a pedicure and gel manicure. The first time was okay, but the nail tech was rather snotty and had attitude the entire time. PLEASE, if you are offering "discount" for customers paying in cash you have no reason to be a snot! Give me a break! The 2nd time I had the same snotty tech and she was just as expected-snotty! The pedicure was a joke and they basically do a quick rub and no true callus removal at all. The dryers they use for the gel manicure are old and trashy and have a handmade taped cardboard piece in the middle of it to help you place your hands correctly so that the gel actually adheres. Well guess what, it didn't work and my thumbs were actually chipping the next day when a gel manicure should last 1.5-2 weeks. It wasn't worth dealing with them to go back and have it fixed so instead I'll just let everyone know not to go there and instead go elsewhere. read more

Awful experience. Made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure - they tried to do my manicure during my pedicure! If I am paying for a service I want the time and energy dedicated to provided me the best that they can. During my time there I watched them rudely turn away multiple walk-ins (when they weren't crowded) even though there's a huge sign that says "Walk-Ins Welcome". I will never be going back.
