Great people to work with. We bought a house with an above ground pool that hadn't been used in a…read moreyear and was a mess. I called them and they talked me through what I needed to do to get it running again. They recommended people to truck fresh water in since we have a well and I didn't want to stress it filling the pool back up. I took my first water sample to the store and they talked though what chemicals I needed and wrote everything down so I could get it all applied correctly. I needed a lot of chemicals initially and they carried all of it out to the van. They took the time I needed and answered all of my first timer questions completely. They were a great help and have definitely earned my repeat business.

This happened twice and it wasn't just a be there the next day type of situation it was a week later. Finally made it out, tech diagnosed it wrong, replaced the heater then found out still wasn't fixed, so put my heater back in. Determined it was the heater board, he didn't have one, but should have in in a couple of days. Again no call about the part, so I call again. Joe tells me two weeks, so I call another dealer and have the part in 4 days, shipping by ground. I receive a bill next month and within a week of receiving bill Joe is blowing up my phone leaving messages for me to call him. Now they want to talk to me. Remember this is a week after getting the bill. My wife calls him back and he tells her he is going to put a lien on my house. What a Poor representation of Hot Springs. I called them and don't really know what they did, just said they would talk to them. Oh and the other dealer that was helpful was Fun Outdoor Living 704-684-0108 call them instead, save yourself some time and stress.

It's a shame, I've had them for 5 years and they dropped me out of the blue. Confirmed 2 weeks…read morebefore that they would open my pool and then wouldn't even take a phone call or text from me. A complete lack of respect and accountability takes every good thing about this company and this is all I will remember. I can live with no being able to continue the service, but the lack of respect to man up and take a phone call is very telling.

The communication was spotty from the start, but Clay assured me we would get on a schedule and everything would be fine. Fast forward a month, multiple missed appointments, no returned phone calls, and a pool that is now green and has algae growing on it, and Clay is telling me to "find another company because he is not the one for the job." Mind you this is after another company has quoted me $3,000 to repair this pool that was perfectly flowing at the time I handed it over to him. Clay has now stopped responding to text messages, claims emails were sent that I never received, and refuses to stand by the work that they promised. Absolutely do not hire this company under any circumstances. They lack ethics, morals, proper communication, accountability, and professionalism.

Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

I love going to Ikea but this time the experience was a bit overwhelming. I waited forever to…read morereturn something and it's a bit confusing and not straightforward on the virtual line versus an actual line. I was really the next in line for a long time and it took forever and then I couldn't even return the item as they change their policy with out my notice on plants. Also for checking out after purchasing stuff the line was so long and it was very confusing. They didn't have any of the self checkouts open. I finally got to the front of the line and the cashier went away on a break so I had to wait longer. I felt like there's a lot of workers but they were just not on the cashier so it was just a slow process.

Having visited IKEA locations in Ireland and Sweden, I've seen how they take the concept so…read moreseriously over there--it's an entire cultural experience. Here, we tend to treat it more like a giant showroom with free babysitting and a cafeteria, but the value is still hard to beat. I had a great run during my most recent trip. The deals were everywhere! I picked up a summer-weight duvet along with a new cover and shams to refresh the bedroom. I also found a stunning set of gold-toned serving flatware -- they have that sleek, high-end look without the boutique price tag. A few highlights and "hiccups" from this visit: The Food & Drink:I tried the fish balls with mashed potatoes for lunch, and they were actually pretty tasty. I also noticed an older gentleman sitting completely alone, casually drinking glasses of what appeared to be wine. Many IKEA locations with a restaurant license do serve beer and wine, and honestly, he had the right idea. Of course, I couldn't leave without hitting the food market for those specific cookies and foreign candies you just can't find anywhere else. The Atmosphere: At one point, navigating the floor felt a bit like an escape room. While the staff seems nice enough, they aren't exactly eager to help--you really have to run them down to get an answer. The Warehouse:I'm honestly not a fan of the self-service furniture selection policy. The whole warehouse environment is pretty intimidating when you're trying to track down boxes. The Strategy:Since I'm lucky enough to live only 25 minutes away I've realized I need to stop coming here like it's a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage. If I visited more often, I probably wouldn't feel the need to drop $200 every time! Overall, it's a solid four-star experience for the unique finds and the reliable "Swedish-lite" atmosphere, even if you have to do some of the heavy lifting yourself.
