Before the renovation,I've had lunch with my friend numerous times here-always a pleasant experience. These days, while I appreciate the attempt in making the interior more inviting (think Mid-Century modern vibes), this is "order & pay at the counter" type of service, with significantly reduced menu options (mostly sandwiches), and given the pricing the food itself wasn't satisfying unfortunately (we had Falafel wrap and Pren Burger, both of which I would probably have done much better at home-lacking flavors overall, plastic dishes, falafels were basically mashed chickpeas). As for recommending to others,I'd say this may still be worth a stop for a coffee and maybe a boardgame sitdown-definitely don't expect amazing food :/ Overall, since my priority when eating out is food,I'm disappointed and not returning,sorry..!

This place is really adorable! it has the perfect ambience for your girl group to come and visit. It has giant games it has enough seating and also it's a very cute out of the way area so you won't feel rushed out or anything like that. The food is OK I would say like many cafés in the area. It is terribly underseasoned. Me and my entire group kept asking for sauces on the side and hot sauce because it just really had almost no flavor. You could tell it was fresh ingredients but at the same time I think they could definitely be more conscious of the flavor. The price is OK but again, because the food is under flavored, I feel like I was left wanting a little bit. But again this is not a big fix, and I think even offering like sauces on the side or certain types of additional flavoring could really boost this place up. I would definitely come again.

A lovely cute cafe! I stopped by with a friend on a beautiful day and enjoyed lunch outside. Conveniently located in downtown Chester it makes it the perfect stop while walking around town. It is order at the counter and seat yourself then they bring your food out to you. The staff was super friendly! I enjoyed the Korean chicken salad wrap which was flavorful along with the taro latte. They had such different types of lattes like a carrot cake latte that sounded delicious! I thought it was a bit pricey for the portions but I would return because of its unique menu

An interesting establishment, Pren is tucked away from Chester's main street. The place seems more like a converted home where the interior represents a basic, if not sterile, style although the high prices would indicate otherwise. Although the food is good, the dessert blew me away: Homemade strawberry ice cream with homemade whipped cream over a homemade brownie. Absolutely stellar. The best part about Pren is the service. All servers work in concert to help customers. They're knowledgeable and kind and are the sole reason Pren has a four-star rating.

The place was very cool. I ordered the nachos with pickled onions, which i never thought would go together but they were excellent! ( You get a ton for 20 bucks) They had a few options for my wife who needs to avoid gluten. Great atmosphere, super nice staff. I was to stuffed for dessert but they looked great!

I've always loved Pren Kitchen and I love this new and updated "Pren Cafe" even more! First off, I loved that it's a cafe opened all day (till 7:30p). Next, the menu had such great options and everything was so tasty (the feta onion puffs are a must). Service was also outstanding. The icing on top is that everything is made fresh! And of course, they still have their books and games available, which matches the cute and comfy ambience nicely. It's so nice having a cafe like this in the area. We'll definitely be back!

Good quality and fresh ingredients. Restaurant is small but quite cozy. The staff was lovely.

Went there after apple picking. The decor is very modern. There are board games there you can play with (it kept my toddler busy while we wait for the food). The staff was great, they only had one chef so it took a little longer but they make sure we are taken care of while we wait. The food was really good, it's flavorful but yet light. I don't go for healthy food normally but it felt very healthy. Pren fries was great and not oily, my toddler loved it. Bae was really really good. Chicken waffle is different from what I expected but I'm a good way. The Sriracha was good and not too spicy that my toddler would eat it. We were not sure about dessert because our toddler is allergic to nuts I was so happy we got the blueberry pie. It looks good and tastes even better. Very fresh. Would definitely come back again when we are in the area.

It was fairly easy to find though going there, my map told me to go down a treacherous gravel road which I wasn't terribly fond of. They have a moderately sized parking lot and you'll see this large, red barn. That's where you get your goodies (there's often a line) and where their store is. We stopped by for a treat first. They sell ice cream, cider floats, and what is a "TikTok famous" coffee float with donut. We got: Cider ($4) - I didn't actually drink this. I got it for my kid with food allergies. He wanted ice cream but they do not know if the ice cream they use contains eggs or not so we played it safe. My kid thought it was okay but finally finished it later. He typically prefers regular apple juice. Cider float with donut - you have a choice of no donut for $2 less. It's like a root beer float but with cider instead of root beer, black and orange sprinkles around the time of the cup, whipped cream, and a powdered cider donut over it all. I shared this with my daughter. That donut was delicious! Warm, tender, and crisp on the outside. The drink was great! I do wish it came with a spoon because it got difficult finishing the last of it. Warning: if you have one of these, the bees are coming for you. They use some sort of caramel-like sauce to get the sprinkles to stick. Overall, quite good. Maple cider donut ($3): my sister got this and she said it was amazing, but she said she thought $3 was a bit much (the unglazed donuts are $1.25 each). She's vegan, so didn't partake in the float, but she also wasn't going to ask if there's milk in the donut. If you're getting only donuts, they are purchased in the store. They have tables and chairs nearby for you to picnic and enjoy your treats. Going through the gates, there was a table but they were busy with other people so we walked right in. There is no entrance fee, which was nice. You go through the apple orchard first. It seems like most of the apples have been picked through, though there are a lot of developing apples. Some of the nicer ones were way too tall for us; they don't provide ladders. We only managed to find one that looked nice. At the end, there used to be a sunflower field and the corn maze. It's epic but you don't know how formidable until you're past the point of return and realize it's not a kids maze. We were in there for a while! Even met other kids that thought they'd be lost forever. The corn stalks are taller than a human and they're pretty dense so you can't look over or through them. It's a true maze and I was impressed. I wish they would provide a paper maze puzzle of the corn maze because I'm so curious how it is from above. Lots of dead ends. What I can say is don't lose hope. You'll get there! (When we finally found the exit, it was almost like a dream because we had been staring at corn for so long.) In hindsight, it was good we ate something first. Once done, we explored the sunflowers and saw the pumpkin patch. As we headed out, we went to pay for our lone apple and we discovered THE CORN MAZE IS NOT FREE. It's $10 per adult and $5 per kid. They charged us $1 for the single apple. I guess they work on the honor system? I didn't mind much because that maze clearly took planning. Before we left, we visited the store full of baked goodies. I got a few cider donuts, a dumpling, and a piece of crumb cake because they just brought out a fresh tray. Plus a lattice harvest pie. The pies with crumble aren't vegan, but the lattice pies are made of vegetable shortening. Restrooms! They have a row of port-a-potties by the parking lot. They're actually the cleanest ones I've been to before. No sinks but they do have a dispenser of antibacterial hand gel. The openings are a bit large so if your kid needs to use the toilets, hold onto them. Overall, it was quite enjoyable and I definitely think everyone should go through a corn maze of this caliber at least once in their life. The apple pickings were sparse but at least you get delicious floats and donuts! Note: they have gluten free goodies in the store but they are nut based (almond flour). They also had one gluten free-vegan item.

There wasnt any pumpkin left in the field to pick and the apples were not event there on the trees. I would definitely have to say hand down to the cute little store - there was a bakery side and oh my gosh the donuts , the cookies and the Tik Tok famous drink was out of this world. So the 2 hour trip was definitely worth the drive. The service was okay the individuals behind the counter to order the Tik Tok drink had a bit of a attitude when I was asking about questions. Just stay patient. Other then that I would highly recommend coming here and trying a piece of all of there different donuts and cookies are soo soo good. They even had a pumpkin cider donut which I never had before. Don't forget to stop by and check them out.

On a nice summer day, it's a great place to spend a few hours with family. If you have kids, they'll absolutely love it. There are pony rides, horse rides, wagon rides, bounce houses, and lots of farm animals like chickens, roosters, sheep, cows, horses, alpacas, and more. You'll also find tractors, haystacks, and all the little farm-themed things that make the place fun. Just remember--it's a farm, not a theme park! Depending on the season, you can pick strawberries, apples, berries, and other fresh produce. There's also live music, and the food options are surprisingly good. One thing I noticed was that they host a lot of private events. During our visit, I saw several birthday parties, a baby shower, and other family gatherings. They have spaces that you can rent for different occasions. Parking: Plenty of parking is available. It's not paved, but there's lots of space on grass and gravel, and we had no trouble finding a spot. Overall, this is a wonderful family-friendly farm with plenty to do. Whether you're visiting for fruit picking, a special event, or just a fun day outdoors, it's definitely worth a visit.
