Consistently return shirts with stains and over charge. DO NOT use these dry cleaners. Yes they are cheap and yes they pick up and deliver from work. BUT each of the two times I've used them they have returned white shirts to me with huge black grease stains on them that were 100% not there before. Then they attach a note that says this is the best they could do with my stain as if it was there before. They also randomly charge $2.50+ for certain shirts that are no different than any other shirt. I'm not a negative reviewer but seriously, stay away. Not worth it. read more

Love Pressed4Time! Prices are comparable AND you get your dry-cleaning and alterations delivered to you. I love the convenience as I have a busy schedule, and Pressed 4 Time helps with this. In addition to the competitive prices, they have specials each month and provide you with a bag to drop off your items in. I take full advantange of the laundry services as they press my skirts and shirts for me, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. Additionally, I've heard horror stories of other dry cleaning services that just don't do a good job anyways or they ruin your clothing. Scott and his team at Pressed4Time are merely awesome! I've enjoyed their pick up and drop off service for over a year now and at two different employers. They have even come to my house to service my laundry while working from home and made my life much easier with the convenience and 5 star customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I see other folks who have given less and don't realize what a low price they get for the service that Scott and his team provide. Called this company last week to schedule a large fluff and fold with the company I work for. They did such an amazing job. Incredibly professional, they came and picked up the large order and within a few days it was delivered back to our company nicely folded and smelling very fresh and clean! I would use them again! This company has been doing cleaning services for our office for about a year, but I never really thought of using them - I always went to this place by my house. Well, by the time I would remember to pick up my cleaning, they would be closed. So I thought I would check them out. I am SO glad I did. For two suits, it is about $17 - whereas the cleaner by my house is $22. Plus they pick up & deliver - and will bill my credit card once a month. They even do residential pickup & delivery. Affordable Dry Cleaner that PICKS UP AND DELIVERS your clothes. Very helpful for busy workaholics like myself. They also mend clothing, fix broken zippers, fix purses and do shoe repair! I've been using these guys for a couple of years. Having them pick up and drop off at my office is really convenient. Their prices are okay, but have been inching up lately - I think that they just went up by 20 cents per shirt, with no notice given. They're fine for clothes that are just worn and need to be washed and pressed, but I'm no longer going to be bringing them any clothes with stains - they never get them out. In summary, fine for most things, but take complicated jobs somewhere else. read more

The convenience of having them come to the office is nice (although it is only two days a week - so if you need something fast, that's not the standard service. However, I've been consistently overcharged, and this last time was the final straw. Their "$2 laundered shirts" are consistently more - and seemingly random between $2.50 and $4. The last order I had ended up with a fairly plain cotton short sleeve shirt in it. I got the shirts back and found I had been charged well over $4 for it. When I called to question, I was told that 'they couldn't "figure out" what the best way to launder it was, so the *dry cleaned it* (for over twice the cost)" No question to me, no explanation - just a bill for over twice what I had expected. There's a cleaners a block from my house - time to give them a try and see if they can do better. In the end they do perform the cleaning well, but the charges (and lack of explanation) left me feeling gouged. read more

Seriously - where have you been all my life!? I happened to meet a nice gentleman who was dropping off shirts for a co-worker and as we chatted I learned that they also fix heels/shoes. I sent in my first "test pair" last week and HOLY Cow this will not be my last pair sent! They were black booties I've been wearing for so long that the entire heel was simply shot - worn down to a crazy angle as well as beat up to the point that I was attempting to keep them black by coloring them with a sharpie...Yeah, I know. Jim and Pressed4Time are great. Prices for dry cleaning are less than the local dry cleaners, and prices for men's laundered shirts are on-par. Regarding the reviewer that had an issue with the pricing of the shirts--I had questions too and called Jim and he answered all my questions (note that starch costs extra, shirts that cannot be auto-pressed (i.e., that have unusual detailing) cost extra to hand-press, and some shirts have to be dry-cleaned, which costs extra). Jim is always responsive to phone calls and emails, which I also really like. Love the convenience of not having to stop by the dry cleaners on the way home. read more

I sent an alternative down mattress pad to Pressed 4 Time to have dry cleaned, not washed. I specifically stated "dry clean" and the tags on the item said dry clean only. The mattress pad was washed causing the down to form large clumps that were permanent. I had to throw away the item which cost over $200.00. I told the dry cleaners and was not compensated nor did I even receive an apology. Will not use them again. I guess you get what you pay for! read more

We are from Mississippi and my husband was on a business trip and suffered a heart attack and was rushed to Sharp Memorial in San Diego. I quickly packed my bags not knowing how long we would be there and off to San Diego I flew. After 4 days in the hospital I noticed I was running short of clean clothes. I called Pressed4Time and asked if they picked up at the hospital. Jim, the owner apologized and told me that was their usual route. Evidentially he noticed the "southern" accent and asked where I was from. I told him my circumstance and he then said "no problem", I'll personally come and get your clothes. Within 10 minutes Jim was in the front parking lot. I gave him my clothes and within one and a half days he was calling me ready to deliver. I met him in the parking lot, got my clean garments, and asked the charges. Jim then told me there was NO CHARGE. It was his pleasure to help someone out in my situation. A totally refreshing feeling of compassion and care came over me and I'll never forget this man for making me feel so special in such a desparate situation.
