The juices are great, but my review is for the service. I frequent this location and get the juices regularly. In the past month, I've been treated rudely. Customer service is bad - they are not friendly, not patient when you ask questions and their faces show they don't want to be there. I spent over $250 for the family, and I at least expect some good customer service. I even tried the online order option to see if they'd be nice just for pick up but they weren't. On one online order, their system glitched so they didn't get the order and were annoyed at ME for some reason. Where has good customer service gone? However while still outside, an employee asked my order and I wasn't sure what I wanted yet and she was rushing me and asked me to choose before I could even see the options. I told him I was interested in doing a cleanse. He handed me a brochure that explained their 3 different types of cleanse. So glad they finally opened up a Pressed Juicery in the East Bay! I live in Fairfield and have travelled as far as Roseville and Palo Alto (and of course San Francisco) to purchase their juices. With their excellent customer service, they truly made me a fan. This place is a bit on the expensive side, but there was a sale going on. It was five juices for $29.50. We got matcha, greens 2, strawberry Apple lime, vanilla coffee, and citrus two. I personally like juices a little more on the sweeter side so if you like that too, these are really good to try! Also, I think the matcha one may be limited edition so I definitely recommend trying that one. We also tried most of the different freeze flavors. We ended up getting fruit because it was on the sweeter side. The greens flavor isn't bad though. It gets better with every bite. I think next time I'll get that instead of the fruit one. I love coming here for my pressed juices. They have so many selections! I also love the different cleanses they have. I have done a one day cleanse twice. I'm still a newbie and it's great that they offer an option for new cleansers-Cleanse 1. It comes with two protein drinks. I did not feel starved at all. I have tried their three day juice cleanse set now twice and they are delicious, at least as much as a juice cleanse can be. They number the bottles for you and all the ingredients are labeled in the front of each bottle. Each drink taste really fresh.
