There excuse was they discounted the truck at the time of sale lol. So buy a truck from Arrow and before you pull your first load spend $4k on a clutch and tow woohoo!! Thank you guys!! Update so far installed new clutch, new slave cylinder, new air dryer, new nox sensor and towed the truck twice all while its done 3 loads for me 2 of which it had to be towed from! Total out of pocket 3 weeks after purchase so far roughly $8,000. Worse used truck I have ever purchased and worse experience ever there customer service is useless, the salesman cant help at all and the manager Mike is useless but he gave me a discount! Stay away from these guys!!

You usually have to make 2 or 3 trips to get correct part. They tell you it's coming in next day then there is always an excuse why it didn't make it. They can't figure out anything without a vin number. Waited on hold for over an hour to hear oh we don't have that in stock.

I have been going there for years - Rick, Jason, Ali and the gang always seem to treat me like "family" (and I am not related, and this is an unsolicited review). It is hard to find a good truck mechanic, and even harder to find one you can trust - but Diversey hits the nail squarely on the head on both! They are smart and honest! Most recently I "limped" my Fuso in... It could barely drive. Turned out I had a bad injector #3 and some weird dash light issues - They found the problems quickly and efficiently - AND advised me that my truck was missing a protective cover from the engine that would help prevent future issues! I truly believe no other shop would have caught that and advised me - these guys are the "real deal". Electrical problems are often VERY hard to diagnose and fix - the team at Diversey has so much experience with these trucks that they were able to locate my dash light wiring troubles very effectively and efficiently. Hey there Came to…read morethis place in the middle of the trip from Canada with leaking pump on my Volvo 780 They kept the truck for three weeks telling me to call Friday and then Tuesday and then Friday and over again telling me I am in line. Three weeks later I was truck #3 with another week of waiting I had to fly home and back three weeks later took my truck and moved it to another shop and fix it in three hours. And they charged me $435 for diagnostic that everybody can see leaking water pump. By the way another shop charged me half of what they had on estimate. My wife was talking to them on the phone crying that we cannot wait a month we will go bankrupt ... they don't care !!! TERRIBLE PLACE !!! BAD PEOPLE !!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!

M&k kept my truck for over 3 weeks in their service department. They came up with issue after issue…read morethey claimed I needed fixed which didn't show up in the initial inspection they took. Over priced me ridiculously and threatened not to put my truck back together if I didn't comply with the recommended repairs from them. I pulled my truck into their service department yet they told me I would have to tow my truck because of the state EPA code which is why they wouldn't put it back together because I didn't consent to them doing the extra recommended work. When I asked for them to show me proof of the EPA code they refused and later on admitted they were wrong about the EPA (after the repairs had already been done) I picked up my truck and parked it in my lot. The next day I come to start it and it wouldn't start. Funny thing my truck never needed jumping before and they had no issues starting my truck while it was in their care. So I call them and they tell me my truck needs new batteries and that I would have to pay to jump it then bring it to them and pay them to put new batteries in. My batteries were fine before I took my truck to them to get my EGR cooling fixed (which is all I originally took my truck in for). Absolutely terrible service. They are clearly taking advantage of people and I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last service on earth
