I found the car I wanted on Autotrader first and before even driving down to look at it I had extensive conversations with Ray and Fred to work out all the details. Once we agreed on price and everything I drove down for the test drive and drove off with it. They're a small dealership so you aren't going to be amazed by some fancy office, but at least you feel like they are treating you right.

I can tell when he's serious or getting close to a purchase. He'll have an appointment. He has been loyal to CarMax since 2015. He loves that they do not hold you hostage while searching for financing. The space is lovely and open. There is water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and vending machine snacks. They also have a nice, clean bathroom. Frenchie came to grab us to keep us from waiting too long. A beautiful, older brown-skinned woman with a lot of patience and a good pair of walking shoes. She explained that she is retired and CarMax was effortless to her. We test drove three different cars; Honda Pilot, Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Infiniti QX60. My husband has to feel the car, literally there has to be a connection. I understand because a vehicle is a BIG purchase, so get what you want and be happy.

They…read moreare all true I bought my car a Mitsubishi Outlander on March 18, 6 days later the transmission broke, the owner says that the car was in good condition when it was at the dealer. He informed me that the cost to fix the transmission was $3,500 I instantly I told him to give me my money back because he sold me a broken car. He told me that this cannot be done, I told him that I won't pay nothing and he finally decided to paid for the repair. Now today June 16 (three months later) I finally have my car repaired (I hope so) three months paying for transportation, every week was an another excuse, "the transmission the one they ordered was the wrong one" "they said it will arrive next Friday, then another Friday, then another excuse" One day I decide to enter the reviews section of this place and I read all the bad comments. And I wasn't wrong, this Mr. PETE sells damaged cars. I didn't went to court because my husband stopped me, honestly this place should be closed down. I made a report to the police, because I was already desperate. Were three months paying a car that I wasn't using and for transportation. Thank you for fixing my car (I hope so) and making my life more stressful and complicated for three long months but don't worry Pete, you won't get more business from me and of course no recommendation from my side and any of my relatives, friends ANYONE
