I'm indifferent about this ford dealer. Their staff is very nice but they take their sweet time trying to get repaired and oil changes done. I had my car in there for about 6 days until I had to call to complain because it was sitting outside not being worked on and they'd tell me they couldn't figure out the issue. Probably wouldn't be able to with the car sitting outside Anyway, the inside of the dealership is nice and clean but I feel like I'm going to use a different dealership next time for big repairs. read more

Twice I have brought my vehicles to Curie Ford for repairs. I brought my 2013 Taurus SHO in as it wasn't shifting right, I told them money was no object in fixing this problem, they found nothing but banged me for 1800 bucks for a new waste gate which didn't address the problem in the slightest. And today my wife brought our 2018 Explorer in as it sounded like a heat shield / piece of metal wasn't secured well enough and was vibrating at a high engine idle while in gear (like an overdrive gear). The hit me for just shy of 400 for a cabin filter and a battery, but again the initial problem still exists. Listen to these 1 star experiences here, they tell the truth. I'm out over $2000 dollars with them and no problems were fixed. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Ford dealer with better consumer reviews. read more

Took my car in for warranty work. My warranty was expired so instead on telling me that, they did some inspection and charged me $200 for nothing. I left multiple emails, surveys, and online requests for help and not a word was heard back. Brian the service writer is a joke. He called me once in a week and then blamed me for the lack of communication while waiting to hear why my car wasn't under warranty. The woman that cashed me out was just as ignorant. She said "oh well you signed the form stating we are going to charge you." I wouldn't have taken my car here if I was simply told my warranty expired. I called Currie Ford about a F150 advertised on there web page. The truck was a platinum with a MSRP of $82,225 with a 15.225 savings showing a price of 67,001. I live an hour and a half away so I wanted to confirm the final price beforehand. I was told that they had added a $4,000 package at the dealership that couldn't be removed. And because I lived out of the county there would be a $2,000 additional title fee. They were very vague about what the $4,000 package included. Just plan and simple bait and switch advertising. I am correcting my one-star review because my wife decided to call in to talk to the general manager after my last review, and the lady who is his executive assistant (He was on vacation) was exceptional. Wasn't broke when it went in. The sunroof rod. It looks open and is under warranty. They have had it almost 1 month. No one calls with updates. They lost the paperwork. Through a series of unfortunate incidents I found myself in a out of town experience with Currie Ford. Currie was extremely sympathetic and very helpful. While I was waiting for parts to be delivered I found another truck that I liked they actually cut me a great deal so I could get home and get back to my schedule. Before I found the other truck Currie treated me like a king driving me where I needed to be and updating me regularly. Very professional from the sales staff to people that drove me to were I needed to go and giving me a loaner. Can't recommend them anymore because 100% is the best I can give them. Good going for a great Ford team from the porters to the managers very pleasant experience for a visitor from out of town. I don't know how the could've treated a repeat customer any better. In short, it was an awful experience. I am not going to vent about every detail, but a couple points: Expected completion time--- 1.5 hours. Actual time-4+hours. I no things can add to the time, but I was not updated on the status of the vehicle at any point during my time there. When I entered I asked to address 3 things: oil change, battery cable adjustment, and remove pliers that slipped in the wheel well. After 4 hours only the oil change was done. While I was asked to come out to the vehicle I told Stacy (very nice man) and he fixed the cable immediately. But why did he not know to do this if I stated what needed to be done. He did it in 5 minutes. The pliers---I was told after inspecting the vehicle they COULD NOT find the pliers. I assured them the were there. I asked to please pop off the wheel well shield. Took 1 minute. The pliers were visible upon removal of the shield so I grabbed them. Now clearly I am annoyed at this point. Your service rep, the one who checked me in, was extremely rude and argumentative. He needs a little sensitivity training on how to deal with customers who are upset. Especially when said customer was upset because of how the business handled my whole experience. He kept calling be "bro" and telling me what I needed to do. I asked to deal with someone else. he ignored the reply and continued to follow and chastise me even as I was told him to go away. Antagonizing me the whole time. Never once apologized for anything that transpired during my visit. I accept responsibility that my frustration became visible, but not him. Casting blame while while being rude at the same time. And customers are not BROS. At check out he did not say one word to me. This is the type of employee you want representing Curry Ford? Someone who has an "I am going to keep it real, damn the job" mentality? If this kid worked many other locations he would be either written up or terminated. He does not belong in a position where he must speak to people in general much less people who will undoubtably get upset from time to time. If I would be embarrassed to not only work with this person, but as a manager, have him indirectly represent me. The job was done correctly, if not efficiently. Still could not give more than 1 star, but the work WAS done correctly. The customer service was abysmal. I would rather drive 45 minutes to Fair Oaks than 10 minutes to Curry. read more

My experience was the same as many. I requested an internet price and received one. I then further inquired as to whether the vehicle qualified for the 72 month 0% financing offer. I was told it did. Next day I arrive and I get the numbers and it seemed high so I asked for the breakdown. The numbers came back higher. Their price was $7500 higher than what I had been quoted online. I was told the internet price was the lease cost. The lease option was then pushed hard. For the record, the dealership labels the 7500 lease rebate. It's the EV tax credit. YOU won't get it if you buy the car because it doesn't qualify. But they do because there is a lease exemption. So they get the 7500 when you lease. I walked. This is the second time I have been bait and switched by a Currie establishment. There won't be a third. read more

I recently purchased a $80k Truck from Currie. As part of our agreement, a spray in bed-liner was to be added. Today I brought my truck back for the install. I returned to pick my truck back up, and it was outside "drying" in the rain. Already not thrilled, I entered my brand new vehicle ( 300miles) to the immediate smell of fast food and a burger king receipt left in the cup holder for me. I then noticed around 25 more miles on the truck. I approached the manager who related the bedliner was installed 3rd party and they drove my truck to their location. I was never told my truck would be leaving the ford service facility or being used for fast food runs. I was offered an apology and "free detail" when I get the truck dirty. Every single mustang is 4k more than listed online. "For a rust package we do on all of the cars. It's mandatory." I recommended they advertise that cost online as it's misleading. I called prior as there were 3 mustangs I was interested in. I drove 1 hr 45 min total to buy a car. I WAS UNABLE TO TEST DRIVE ANY OF THEM. I tell Cornelius to please run the numbers on 2 of them with current Ford incentives going on. He tells me, "that's not how it works. You tell me which car you want and we will make the payments work for you." Considering there's $4k hidden costs when I walk in the door I want to see my out the door cost for 2 very different cars will be and I can figure out if I want to finance. There was not a single customer besides me so it's not like I came in asking the guy to clear his schedule and perform an oral tooth extraction on a Sunday!! Also, I wasn't given the opportunity to drive one there so how am I supposed to know if it's worth it for me to pay 10k more for a performance package?!? He made some comments about mustangs and if I ever drove one after I told him 3 times I owned an 05 GT v8. Whatever point he was trying to make asking me incredulously what I do for work backfired because I didn't bother telling him I deal with numbers all day as I'm an icu nurse and not only were their numbers off, I was treated like I was an idiot. Called Currie to have a warranty issue and recall issue fixed. Explained in GREAT detail what issues we were bringing the vehicle in for. Made the appointment. Of course at the appointment they have nothing ordered despite the known issues so we have to set a follow up appointment for the actual repair work to take place. Fine. They call us saying the parts are in. We take the car in again. They call us later in the day to tell us the repairs are done and car is ready. We got home to find they didn't even fix one of the main issues we specifically discussed, left the broken part out on the center console of the car, told JOHN the part number of the broken part and still they managed not to have the order correct and not fix the issue. So now we have to take the car in AGAIN. Honestly, we will start looking for another Ford service center. I would work with someone that is not John also. Make sure your requests are documented. Confirm them multiple times or you will be in for the same frustrating experience we have had. read more

Salesman said "Don't worry about it, it's optional". 30 min later when we were working on numbers, add'l $4000 dealer add-on became mandatory. We walked away. Buyer beware! Long Version: Found the price online, called to verify $39,xxx. Sales department verified the price. Asked sales department to send over details of lease. Dealership was 1.5 hours away, so we decided to start driving and hopefully get the details while we drove. Called 3 more times, each time promised we would have the details in 10-15 minutes. Never got the details. Show up, start with test drive. See dealer-add on next to window sticker for $4,000 protection package. Ask salesman if that is mandatory. His response was "Don't even worry about it, that's optional". Continued with test drive, got excited about the car. Sat down to discuss final numbers on the lease. Salesman goes to work on numbers, comes back after 15 minutes. "Sorry, I misspoke earlier. The $4000 dealer add-on is mandatory". Totally changes the deal on us. This dealer-add is not mentioned anywhere in the online listing, and if it's a mandatory, it should be in the listed price, which it wasn't. Offered to cover ~$1300 of the dealer add-on, but they were not willing to negotiate on that. Eventually salesman brought over manager to help explain the situation. I informed him that for the total price he was quoting us with the dealer add-on, I could spend ~$1500 more and get a brand new GT (next trim up, +140 hp). He said there's no way I could find that car. I asked if I needed to pull up cars.com and show him. He said yes. 2 minutes later he is scrolling through ~20 pics on my phone of a brand new GT that was ~$1500 more. I had to ask for my phone back as the manager was trying to find some flaw in the car that would explain how I could find it at that price point. They tried to find an alternative car that would possibly be cheaper than the one we wanted, but it had the same unnecessary $4,000 dealer add-on so we walked. All in, wasted 5 hours of our Friday evening due to their deceptive marketing. Buyer beware! read more

Super friendly and helpful. Guided me through the purchase of my new Bronco and very communicative throughout the process back in July 2022. I recently brought my Bronco in to repair a cracked windshield, cursing my bad luck because now I had to buy a new windshield and possibly an extended repair. When we were informed that our 2008 Ford Explorer needed a new transmission it made sense to look at Currie Ford for a new vehicle. Our service advisor, Joe Klimek, has been the easiest and most honest person to work with . He is always going the extra mile to help us which is one of the reasons we continue to bring our vehicles to Currie for service. We were met by Mark Kischkel and Jalen Reed who made our car buying experience one of the best we have ever had. We live across the street from Rizza Ford, but we find Currie to be a much better dealership to do business with. You are not treated like a customer but as family which when purchasing a vehicle makes it less stressful. They took their time to explain everything and answered our million questions. We never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision. I will continue to do business with Currie Ford and I would highly recommend if your looking for a new vehicle you check them out you will not be disappointed. read more

But when the offer sheet was handed to me it was for asking price. And my trade-in was valued at $6000. When I questioned it, the manager came over to explain why our car was valued so low. This was insulting. We walked out. 5 hours later, CARMAX issued me a $9400 offer which I accepted. My daughter purchased a CARMAX vehicle the next day. Moral of the story: Pigs get fat. I was ready to buy it when the used car appraiser underpriced my trade-in by 4000.00 because he said my check engine light was on and it needed a lot of repairs. My check engine light has never been on. They triggered it to lowball me thinking I didn't know any better. Next day, the check engine light turned off and I traded it in at another dealership. it was worse than surgery spending 7 hours in a dealership. We had spent days looking at inventory on their website and sent over our searches but we had to start over at the dealership. We made the drive because we liked the price of the Limited. One of the cheaper Limited was not for sale even though it was on their website. So we looked at another listed at $53 470 on Currie's website Stock #E9529 but was told the dealer was adding a mandatory $4000 spray mating the vechicle $57,470 which is a lot more than some out there. We tried to walk but they would not give us back our key to the vehicle we were trading in. 7 hours is too long especially when you call ahead to schedule a test drive. We also wanted to know our trade in price right at the beginning not realizing the evaluation is not based on KELLY Blue book but on what car you want to take home. We walked away with an XLT because we felt we had to so our son could eat and go to bed on time. I am not even complaint yet about the carpet coming up on a brand new car yet and sales shrugging going it might be fixable. read more

Currie Motors in regards to their sales are terrible. Multiple locations falsely advertise their price online which I learned that the first time with my experience with them. They try to get you in with that specific price and when you get there it's not even close unless you qualify for every rebate in the world or do a lease which is no where stated on their website, so the second time in tried to do business with them I was well aware and wanted the actual purchase price before committing to coming. I received that information from Brittney which I was ok with and understood. However after going and mulling over I decided to move forward with the purchase then at that point the number increased by a few thousand dollars and was blamed on an error with Ford with destination fee etc. Now mind you this vehicle was a demo and has been at the location well over a year so it's not like it was a new arrival with misprinted information. Very misleading sales team. I would never recommend any individual to come to business at their locations. I purchase vehicles every other year or so due to the amount of driving and I can by far Currie has been one of the worst experiences from a sales perspective.
