This was hands down the best car buying experience we've ever had. Bob is very particular with the cars he brings into his inventory, and is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. The car we were interested in exceeded our expectations (after searching for months) and the whole purchase process took under two hours and couldn't have been more pleasant. We hope to give him more business in the future. Highly recommend!

Overall, I had quite a memorable experience at this dealership. Embarrassingly enough, while I was on my way there, I realized that I was actually purchasing the manual version of the GR86 Premium I had been searching for over the past several weeks. Up until that moment, I had only ever driven automatic cars and was specifically searching for an automatic GR86 Premium. Not only did they beat every written offer I had received, but they also allowed me to complete a pre-purchase inspection, taught me how to drive manual, and even had their wonderful porter drive me home afterward. I wish I could give 5/5 stars, but unfortunately, they fell short on their promise to remove the black tar(?) stuck to the back of my car before we drove off. I'd especially like to recognize the people below who helped me throughout the experience: Cody - Not only did he continue teaching me how to drive manual, but he also drove me home for 2 hours from 10 PM-12 AM! He is one of the most genuine and kind people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kelly - The definition of personable. She not only taught me how to drive manual, but also taught me a lot about myself. I wish she were my aunt. Ashley - The salesperson assigned to me. She was communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. Mr. C - His enthusiasm truly shined through. His service is impeccable. Chris - Competitively beat my written offers with a smile on his face. Mike - Explained every single detail about finances and the world of manual sports cars. Really fun to talk to! A dream experience for my dream car!

Avoid Mazda of Valencia at all costs…read more I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment on 7/26 after multiple calls and texts with Romero regarding a Mazda CX-50 Preferred. Romero presented himself as though he were handling the sale, but upon arrival, I learned his role was apparently to call prospective customers, quote preliminary deals, and entice them into the dealership. I drove from Los Angeles after confirming the pricing. Once there, the numbers were materially different, and the two vehicles I was told would be washed and ready were both dirty. We were also passed among several employees and repeatedly had to explain what had already been discussed. The entire process was disorganized and poorly managed. Around 2:30 p.m., General Sales Manager JT Taylor, also known as John, entered the conversation with what he called the final offer. I showed him my text exchanges with Romero, and JT pulled out his phone and photographed my screen to capture the messages. Despite seeing what had been represented, he returned with numbers that were nowhere close. At that point, I understood that no deal would be reached and was prepared to leave. I calmly stated that this was the classic dealership experience I intentionally avoid, which is why I used brokers for my last three vehicle leases. I specifically explained that my frustration was with the overall experience and was not directed at JT personally. Nevertheless, he became defensive, raised his voice, and refused to de-escalate despite my repeatedly asking and gesturing for him to calm down. He then announced that he was "ex-military" and that he "doesn't get down like this." I am still unsure whether that was intended to address the pricing discrepancy, intimidate me, or demonstrate a very large ego with very little managerial judgment. Whatever the intention, it was inappropriate and remarkably unprofessional. The most absurd part came when I asked for his business card. JT repeatedly responded, "Nah, it's okay," because he believed I would leave a negative review. I requested it three times, and he only provided it after another employee intervened. For context, I have worked in financial services for nearly two decades across retail, private, and investment banking, serving clients from all walks of life. I cannot imagine refusing to provide a client with my business card because I feared negative feedback--or one of the associates I lead doing so without serious repercussions. This was not an inexperienced employee having an awkward moment. This was the General Sales Manager displaying hostility, poor judgment, and an apparent fear of accountability. A business card is not permission to leave a review, and hiding it does not prevent a customer from documenting an experience. After his repeated refusals, I recorded the interaction, including him saying, "Nah, it's okay." I also have the text exchanges, call records, and supporting documentation. Mazda Corporate has opened a formal case, and I will provide them with the full record. We also had an appointment at the neighboring Kia dealership, but two Mazda employees told us both locations were under the same ownership. After this experience, we skipped that appointment rather than risk encountering the same lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. JT Taylor, respectfully, if you are comfortable invoking your military background during a disagreement but frightened by a Yelp review, customer-facing management may be the wrong profession. Reviews are not threats; they reflect the service provided. I have leased two Mazdas over the past ten years, and this was easily my worst dealership experience. Save yourself the drive and aggravation. Professional management addresses concerns--it does not raise its voice, make intimidating remarks, and hide business cards.

They had lots of loaners, including a cyber truck. All loaners come with free supercharging. On this day, I got to try the new Y. My 3 was in service for a coolant repair, which was covered by my XCare warranty. They have a coffee and tea station with a snack station. All communication was through the app. Everything went smoothly. The loaner even alerts you when your car is ready for pick up. I was able to return the loaner during after hours. Very convenient. Definitely recommend.

It took three calls before anyone would even escalate the issue to a manager riestrada@tesla.com…read more When we finally reached one, the response was dismissive: we were told the order "processes immediately," that plenty of customers who ordered at 11:50pm on the 15th got the incentive, and that in their years at Tesla they'd never seen a delayed confirmation. Except our own order confirmation didn't arrive until three days after we placed the order -- directly contradicting what we were told. If there's a system delay on Tesla's end, customers shouldn't be the ones penalized for it. At minimum, Tesla should be upfront that promotions require ordering several days in advance, or through a live person, rather than letting the app accept an order and deposit and then quietly failing to honor the terms. Aside from this, we're happy with the vehicle itself. But this experience has made us far more cautious about ordering from Tesla when we were told it would be fine. Tesla should make this right. They can see all search history in the ap, but as a consumer you cannot, they want proof that we don't have. Balls in their court.

My service advisor was Christopher Rawlins. I emailed him multiple times, called him, and even contacted the service manager, Robert, about an issue with my bill. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when someone else picked up my car, the total was suddenly $100 more. At that point, it wasn't even about the extra $100 -- it was about the complete lack of communication and customer service. I sent emails and left calls, and nobody bothered to respond. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing. If you're going to charge customers more than quoted, at least have the professionalism to return a call or email. Valencia BMW seriously needs to improve their customer service and communication.
