Make sure to ask for a safety checklist on whatever car you get from here. I went there to buy a car for my daughter. They had a 2006 Equinox which was the perfect size and color. I knew it needed some work done to it however they were willing to fix some things and for the price I was willing to move forward. They delivered it to my house. The driver looked a little concerned until I explained I would be returning it the following week to have additional work done on it. My daughter drive it and said the ABS (Anti Lock Break System) light was on. They brought it to me on a Saturday. I took it to Chevrolet to have a diagnostic run on it. There were several things wrong with it. I called and spoke with the manager explained the situation and asked for my money back. I returned the vehicle and got my money back. I talked to them over the phone for 2 days working out a deal making sure nothing is wrong with the car, they tolled me it was a 2019 Nissan kick with 12000miles asking price $15000!! (Stay away from that car) They tolled me there is absolutely no damage to the car they put me under the impression that everything is stock and from the factory. I drove two hours with a cashiers check ready to purchase the car. The first thing I noticed when I looked at the car was a nail in the back tire, then I notice a big chip in the window and once I opened the door I notice the cover from the fuse box was missing... there were wires hanging by the gas and brake pedal. Then I turned on the car and notice the mileage was 13,600. Then I put the car in reverse and notice the back up camera didn't work and the navigation display was aftermarket lol and the button on it was broken. My friend got in the passenger seat and notice major damage to the passenger site dash where the glove box and the dash meet. Looked like someone tried prie open the dash to take the air bags or something... we even took it to a dealership near by to inspect it and they didn't recommend us buying a car from them bc they had such bad experiences with them. This place is so unprofessional!!! I bought a car there and I never received my tags or registration I paid it in full and did not received the pink slip till almost 4 months. They are horrible I went over to the lot and would call them and they always make excuses for the registration and why it was not there. I ended having to pay for new registration and tags when I had already paid for the fees and they did not want to provide them when I have bought other cars at different lots and they have always provided the registration and that's because you pay for the fees. The car seat head rest popped off in two weeks of having the car and they never fixed it they are just horrible never will go there again and don't recommend it to anyone. bought my car a month ago and the paperwork we signed for the title transfer registration etc was supposed to be taken to the dmv the next day after purchase and they verbally confirmed and on paper we're supposed to handle that the day after, been a month and they still haven't and we've called 4 different times and they say they'll handle it to which they don't. the car came with a broken gas door latch which they were gonna fix a week later and they told us they would give us a call when the part is in. a week passes and no call so we call. i don't know the managers name all i know is they do a real poor job at service. we end up getting the gas door fixed a few days later after having to go to the dealer in person and press them in person about it because they can't do their job the normal way. we've filled a complaint and now have to go get temporary tags because we can't get new tags because they haven't sent the transfer paper to the dmv after asking them several times. very disappointed and fed up with their shitty service. prestige staff you need to do better read more

Ive never reviewed, but others need to know. Not only were they dishonest about financing over the phone (which you kinda expect when you hear a used car salesman say 'trust me'), but the website is completely out of date with few cars on the lot that are advertised. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, the salesman backed into my car as I laid on the horn warning him he was too close. His excuse? "I don't know what happened, it slipped". This a 2017 Elantra that supposedly just came from being inspected. Not only was my car hardly dented, but the Elantra was dented pretty good with a huge paint blister. Furthermore, when that car "slips" and runs over some child, wonder how that will go for them. They got 1 star because I can't go lower and they allowed unattended test drives. read more

We dealt with Anthony and truthfully our interaction with him easily made our purchasing experience to be such an enjoyment. My inital visit to Prestige Auto was pleasant, albeit suspect. I got what I thought was a decent deal on my car (ignoring the fact that they didn't know what year it was until they printed off the paperwork, after which they told methat it was not a 2007 but rather a 2012) and was financed through them. Upon leaving the dealership, I found that any bump in the road caused the car to swerve, so I alerted the dealership and they paid to "fix" it. The people at the repair shop told me that the last time someone repaired the suspension on the car, they repaired it incorrectly, and the car was actually missing a part. So much for their thorough pre-sale inspection, right? So whatever, they fix it and I'm fine with that. Shortly after this, I take the car on a trip of 1500 miles, which shouldn't have been a problem for this car, as it was presented as being in such good condition. However, at mile 600, my car starts acting up on the freeway. I step out to see that both of my rear tires are completely bald and flat. I paid for a tow truck to take me in to the nearest town to get it checked out and repaired. When I go to pick up the car, he shows ms that the suspension components are so weak that he's able to compress them with his bare hands. Thats strike 3 for Prestige. Fast forward about a month, I haven't been billed a single payment for the car, and Prestige calls me up saying "Hey, we were able to get you a bwtter interest rate for the car, so we're gonna overnight you a new contract so you can make lower monthly payments. I'm stoked, so I agree. They send me the contract, I send it back, and await the first bill. Fast forward another month, and I get a call from the lender saying they can no longer honor the loan because they overnighted me the contract rather than having me fill it out on site. I call Prestige to ask what the deal is, they give me an "oh well" and start getting aggressive, saying I have to get the car back to them on my dime (no cheap feat, as I had moved to Texas for work). I decide to get aggressive back, and as soon as I threaten legal action, they're suddenly able to make a deal with me, where I go through a lender of my choice and have them send the money to Prestige. So here's a recap: 1. Sold me an incorrectly-labeled car with poorly repaired suspension (negligent and dangerous) 2. Had my car repaired poorly which resulted in a middle-of-nowhere break down (expensive and dangerous) 3. Sent me a contract to sign at my residence, not realizing that this would, in fact, nullify the contract (negligent) 4. Blamed me for the loan falling through and aggressively pressured me to send the car back to them on my own dime (bad business practices) 5. Magically found a solution when I refused to back down and let them know what kind of legal resources I had at my disposal (lack of integrity) All in all, I wish I had just sent the car back and that I had taken these guys to court to pay for the vehicle transport fees. I would die before I'd recommend Prestige Auto to anyone. read more

I bought a pick up from this dealership and I have to say it was a rocky experience. I ran into a lot of promises that did not come true. I was feeling quite defeated. I discovered two front tires that were bald on the inside and illegal for a dealership to sell a vehicle with tires in that condition.They would tell me they would replace the tires but not the same tires that are on now. I wanted all four tires to match. Bottom line is they did not want to put the expensive tire back on, it would be replaced with a cheap tire that did not match what was on now. But let me say that they did finally come true to there motto on the back of there business card. They put two brand new Michelin tires on my pick up and I was very happy. Talked to Mike about car shown on Cargurus. He said available, I said you sure it will be there when I get there, he said yes. Called back about another car, spoke to Marquis. He said that car was available too. I said I would come and look at both. I called again to make sure both cars were still there before I left. Took me 1 1/2 hours to get there with traffic. Marquis said car I talked to Mike about sold "last night." Car I talked to Marquis about earlier (twice) wasn't there, he said it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours for someone to get it from another town, and then he said the car wasn't safe anyway and that it needed a "lot of repairs" and that he would NEVER put his son in that car, and btw, how about looking at more expensive cars on the lot. There is a reason they have no photos of the cheap cars, they don't have them and that's that. Perfect example of bait and switch. Don't waste your time. read more

So I do not do this, but this has been a horrible experience. We lost one car due to an accident three weeks ago and found a van on Trucar.com that looked nice. Wife, toddler, and I go to this dealership, van I wanted to look at was already sold. No big deal as they have others we can look at. We pick one out and start figuring out the numbers. Get everything set up, paperwork done, they offer to detail the car and fix a flat tire the next morning so we can pick it up the next afternoon. Pick up the car, looks like they just barely vacuumed and could not be bothered to wipe the cup holders out even though there is spots full of soda residue. A couple days later the tire light comes on. Take it to America's Tire in Turlock and they find a screw still in the tire, same one Amir at Prestige said he fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone, although they did come down on the price the overall service and lies are not worth anyone's time. read more
