Do not go here please, most of the cars on the lot are way over priced for being used. So many scratches and dings, one of the cars the salesmen tried to get me into I opened and it instantly smelled like weed.... I don't smoke so that was a huge no for me, the car was a 2018 and the paint was literally coming off the trims of the windows and the body, most of the Nissans there had 70k miles for being a year old. Where to begin-I almost did go here due to the reviews. We saw the perfect truck online that met all my husband's specifications, so I just had to try it out for myself. So glad we did! We called and talked right away with Jose. He offer to FaceTime or send more photos if we wanted. Jose and the truck were available immediately (on his day off I might add) when we arrived. Then reviews said he would change the price. Not only didn't he pressure me to buy the warranty-cash price was as advertised with a spare thrown into the deal. It was late, and we wanted a couple of things taken care of before we took possession of the truck, so we returned the next day. The truck was ready upon arrival. I honestly wouldn't recommend. I went to a used car lot thinking they would be more genuine people. But instead I get a car with a check engine light AND a drivers air bag light (that is still on today if I move my seat even an inch). It took them 2 times of returning the car to actually fix the check engine light. (And my boyfriend being stern, not me, they don't take females serious) On top of that it's been SEVEN months and I still haven't received my registration for my car. They need to put on two bumper cover and told me that it will only take 5 minutes to do so and it will be done before I finish signing the paperwork. Went into this dealership looking for a car listed on their website. The salesman I spoke to told me it was sold the day prior and instead of showing me anything similar he had me look at a Nissan Sentra they purchased the day prior from auction that hadn't been cleaned inside or out and that still had the paint on it from the auction. He then asked me to test drive it as it was even though it had a check engine light on. After saying I wasn't interested he showed me a VW that was missing part of the passenger mirror and a few other cars with major scratches or dings. So I bought a 2010 Buick Enclave from this place. Anthony the salesman was amazing. Would've been great if the car was amazing. So first off the car was clean and felt fine during the test drive. So I get the loan and take the car home. As I stopped to put gas I noticed the car was making a weird noise. So I took it back and they said they would take care of it in a couple days. Took about 3 weeks and one car payment in. I got the car back and it was smoking white so bad. Then I noticed multiple oil leaks after they supposedly fixed it. I take it back and they say the engine was bad they said 1 week and I'll get it back. 5 weeks later I take it for a test drive and the rear AC doesn't work and I was so fed up I didn't bother taking it to him. 2 months later my cv axle goes out. Attention potential Buyers!! I purchased my car February 2017 Ford Focus. Where do I begin..... At first the sales men seem very reliable and trustworthy, ohh how I was wrong! Once we finally got the numbers going, I felt comfortable with my monthly payment but before I signed all my paper work I took my car to my mechanic to check it out before signing. Everything checked out besides come cosmetic details which I was ok with. When I went back the next day all of a sudden I get presented with a higher payment plan saying one of the guys calculated everything wrong. After we talked and reviewed all my paperwork and payment it wasn't too much of a difference so I was ok ... For Now! .... I was still trying to give them a chance since it seemed like they wanted to help me out. So I finally purchased the car, but I found out my AC was broken the lights inside my car didn't turn on and I had to check a oil change 1 months later. That's just little stuff, what finally got me fed up with this business is the fact that my car never came with a license plate and 6 months later I am still fighting them to get my plates.... In the midst of all that after 3 months of purchasing my car my tags expired. I got a notice in mail saying my tags expired... When I first signed my contract they said my tags were up to date till 2018, well that was a lie! When I went back to dispute this situation they wouldn't return my phone calls, they said they had my plates I just had to pick them up but never got the call that they arrived, I would call weekly to check if they arrived. To sum this up its July 1st and I am still waiting on my plates I've been driving around with expired tags since April they would take ownership and pay for there mistake which is my plates and my expired tags. I had to pay for the tags because I was tired of not getting any answers and going in circles for 4 months. I don't trust them and never will! I've recommended 4 people to this place before all of this and after my story they took there business somewhere else that deserves it! I am a store manager and work at a local business we cherish our customers and do what is right even if that means losing some money but at the end of the day customers make a business survive! I would never trust Mo the dealer that sold me the car or the business in general. Thank you for the car but no longer do I and many others support this business. We had been searching for a Chevy van of the type that Prestige had placed on their web page. We called to make sure that the advertised van was still available. I informed them that we live on the coast so Prestige Auto is some 130 miles from our home each way. I was told that the van was there, no problem. We called again in route, and yes, it is still available. We arrived a few hours later. Funny, but now they could not seem to locate the van. Not to be deterred. They proceeded to try and pawn other vans off on us. Chevy, Ford, Nissan, they are vans. What's the difference? After we rejected these offerings. They spent some 20 minutes locating the "missing" van in their "storage lot". This new presentation was NOT the van that they had advertised. We brought this to their attention and were told "yes, this is the van"!!! As of 11/15/2020 the "missing" van that we had driven hours to see. Was still on their web site. Four days after this carnival had begun. We presented them with their own on-line pictures of their "missing" van via our Phone. Exactly the same. Only different!!! Both prices on the trucks were below Kelley Blue Book, (did my research). We agreed to pay them a down with our tax return though we weren't 100% sure when it would come in- and they claimed they understood and would "help us." Then they started harrassing us by SHOWING UP AT OUR HOUSE and threatening to show up at my husbands work, calling us sometimes upwards of 10 times per day, sending threatening messages that they would take our property- all of this is AGAINST THE LAW according to the CFCDA and FDCA. They are bullies, and were happy to take our rent money instead of WAIT for my return like they said they would. Along with that my car payment is over $100 more than they said it was, my back tire had to be replaced within a week, oil change had to be performed within a week and I had to wash and gas it up myself.
