Called to inquire about a vehicle. Dodge Ram 1500 (used) was listed at $32,999.00 when initially inquiring. After speaking to the sales associate over the phone, told it was no longer available. Emailed the same dealership to inquire about the same truck and was told that it's available. The website price was raised overnight to $39,999.00. Received a text from a salesman asking if I had questions. I replied via text about availability and questioned the change in asking price. No reply. I was texted the next day by the sales assistant requesting if I was still interested. The initial questions weren't answered. I figure a used car lot that isn't interested in answering a couple simple questions isn't worth a full cash deal that I intended. Buyer beware. read more

I showed up to get the car they were alright, they just gave me the keys and that's it, when I inspected it it was missing lug nuts... Absolutely unacceptable. The studs even rusted from sitting like that. Part of the car mirror was missing and the interior was dirty. When we turned on the car heat it smelled bad like the filter was never changed. It had an old battery and there were cobwebs under the hood, wtf? The back wheels were smaller than the front, mismatched or something, it had a bumper that wasn't the same color and it was sticking out of the mounts as if it ran over a curb. I expected the car to look like it has only 57k miles and instead it looks like it got bought as abandoned until someone buys it. It also didn't perform that well, maybe because of the person who serviced it last and put the incorrect oil filter. Not sure what was up with the car but I had driven the same kind with double the miles and it had a smoother clutch and acceleration. Very confusing. I am retracting my previous rating that one of the salespersons made me submit prior to the purchase of my vehicle. The driveline fell out of my vehicle after 6 months of purchase. After taking it to a mechanic shop and providing the service clerk with the phone number to the extended warranty service that I purchased along with the vehicle, the service clerk informed me that my claim was rejected. I called the warranty service to figure out what was going on with my extended warranty and why they rejected my claim. It turns out that supposedly the warranty service "never received the requested documents from the dealership", therefore, nullifying my warranty since those "documents" were never received. These people are snakes and the dealership itself is a snake pit. Do not buy from these people. They will take your hard-earned money, wreck your credit score, lie to your face, and then pretend it was all of your fault because you bought the vehicle "as is". Imagine driving down the freeway and the driveline falls out...do you know what would happen to you? You would flip forward due to such great velocity and you yourself surely would be ejected through the windshield. read more

Went in to look at a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan on August 3. Loved the van! Low mileage, very clean and at $10,995 it was a great deal. Oz was a great help and patient. I took down the VIN number of the van and ran home to run a Carfax. The Carfax checked out so I went back to talk numbers and financing. They did offer to run it for me at no cost. Me being a bit of a turd, I wanted to go do it myself and have the time to really look at it. My credit is in the tank and I know it. I am also self employed. I also knew that to obtain any sort of financing I was going to need to have some money down. I had $4,000 down and they were able to secure financing for me along with an extended warranty. The original stated interest rate was 22.9%. Yeah, ouch! However, in order to rebuild, you gotta start somewhere. To my surprise the lender, CIG Financial called me a few days after the purchase to verify some information and let me know that they gave me a lower interest rate. Went down to 15.2%. YeeHaw!! The entire team at Prestige were really great to work with. They have a good selection of vehicles and were very accommodating. Test driving was no hassle and they offered to show me anything I wanted to see. I was greeted immediately when I walked onto the lot. I am on the road to recovering and rebuilding my credit and I really do see myself buying from them again. Thank you so much guys!! read more

Very bad company! Don't recommend to anyone. After 3 months of leasing a used truck for $16k, they had our trade-in car left on the side of some road in a neighboring city where the title was never transferred so the tow company was sending us bills in the mail for the tow and sheriff's tickets. Once we called they said they had the vehicle "in one of their shops" being worked on and I had to explain to them how that was impossible because we just paid for it at a tow company. They hung up and never answered the phone after that and never answered any emails. Now, the used truck we did lease 30 days after buying it, started having major jerking and transmission problems which falls outside of time line for the warranty. The truck has been sitting at a mechanic shop for 2 months that we had to tow there, where they now state it needs an entire new transmission which would be $6-$7k to fix. The loan we have is $11k remaining and the truck isn't drivable. Strike Acceptance is now pursuing collections and legal action against us for a truck that's undrivable. Literally the most horrible experience we've ever had with a company. read more

Not even worth 1 star. My son went here traded his car for a truck. the day he went to look at the truck they told him the truck was at the shop being fixed. The check engine light was on, he went back the nex day it was at the lot he checked it out made a trade. the next day the check engine light comes on he calls the dealership they send him to a lot down mchenry the guy there puts something in his gas tank, unhooks battery light goes off, a little while later the light comes back on. son calls the dealership back they tell him to go to a mechanic on s. 7th street, leave the truck there overnight. mechanic says the dealership needs to order part. week goes by sons calling no response, finally the dealership has the part, they have my son go pick up the part from them and take it to the mechanic, mechanic has truck all week, finally he calls to see if trucks ready. after no one calls him to tell him. go to mechanic to pick up truck he didn't even pull out the light comes back on. this is on a friday. drive truck home for the weekend. today we go to dealership. the owner is sitting at the front desk when we walk in. son is asking for the guy who sold him truck to tell him it still not fixed (a month already) hasn't been able to drive the truck has already made the first payment. dealership starts to tell him to take it back to mechanic, i cannot stay quiet anymore! I said no he's already taken the truck 3 times to the mechanic they need to give his money back if they're not going to fix this lemon. how did it pass smog? the owners on phone walks to the back comes back and says we're going to make appointment for you to take it to toyota to get fixed. no phone call yet. i said you need to get him a rental and they should pay his first month bill since he couldn't drive it. they'll give him a loaner if it takes more than a day to fix, what about now until it's fixed! So I called and scheduled a test drive on July 17, 2019, at 11 am for a car that I wanted. I drove 2 hours to get there today July 18, 2019, to find out it was already sold the day before. They never called me back to let me know if the car was sold before I got there. The location is very shady and would not trust at all. Their office is very dirty and disorganized. I should have listened to the reviews before I went there but I decided to give them a chance and at the end of the day, I wasted my time and gas just going there for nothing. They also do not know any information about the cars they are selling. This used dealership is a mess I had got a used car from them in February 2022 not even four months later the transmission had broke down, I had purchased a warranty from them called "Alpha Warranty" and supposedly they had fixed the car through there, only to find out that it had got repaired through a Chevy dealership because it was still under factory warranty. They still charged me the $100 deductible supposedly for the warranty which they should not have since it didn't get repaired through the alpha warranty. I had got a call from alpha warranty saying that my dealership hasn't activated my warranty for my 2009 Lexus!! Which was not the vehicle I had purchased. I had a 2020 Chevy spark that I had purchased from Prestige!!! Long story short I asked for a refund and a cancellation on the warranty that had costed $1,999. It was canceled on June 2, 2023 and they were supposed to refund that money to my lien holder before June 30th, which they did not. They finally issued the refund yesterday only because I kept insisting. The manager Nick is rude and all there staff are unprofessional. Do your guys self a favor and never purchase a vehicle here!! The manager Nick was rude while I was asking for them to send the refund to my lien holder that he claimed he had sent on June 24th which was a lie!!! After being ghosted after repeated calls to purchase they put me on hold and then told me they had someone else willing to now purchase it with the warranty and they were going to sell it to them instead. Shadiest car dealership we have ever been to. Online pictures hid the amount of damage to the interior and the big scratches and pits in the paint on the hood of the car. Car was a rental for only 1 year before this dealership got it on their lot. They did not bother to clean it at all. Interior was horribly stained and felt like it had just been returned to the rental place. On the phone when we called they were willing to budge on the price of the car, but after test driving and inspecting it, even after pointing out all of these flaws, they were no longer willing to budge on the price, they were fake on the phone. They were very pushy in person, and even rude. The car also smelled funny. Do not buy a car from this dealership. We drove 2 hours to view this car based on their phony pictures and phone call. Bought a car, a blue 2021 Nissan Versa. They didn't even tell us it had been in an accident. They knew it because they had to fix the front windshield and since the sensor on the windshield didn't work, they had to own up to that. But then the AC wouldn't work. They tried to just put Freon in it and it still wouldn't work. We took it to our Nissan dealer and THEY showed us the evidence that it had been in an accident. CLEAR evidence that was easily seen by their service department so the people at Prestige would have seen it. What a bunch of low life thieves!!!! Don't do business with these jerks! It doesn't matter to me that they are going to take the car back and give us our money back. Now we don't have a car and they are going to sell the damn thing to someone else without telling them. My son had purchased this car from prestige auto sales and within less than a month it started giving my son problems he took it back to the dealership and they told him they needed to replace the motor but charged him $500 within the next 2-3 weeks the engine was giving him problems again we took it to a mechanic and the mechanic advised us to get a new car because the motor was no good I tried to drive it back to my sons house and the motor blew up, the dealership does not want to take responsibility for selling a car that had a lot of engine problems from the beginning and sold it to a 19-year-old young man, knowing he did not know anything about cars. Eddie is the worst very unprofessional. The shop for the warranty where you take the car if it makes noises. Is shit too it doesn't look like a shop. Gives you car dirty not even detailed. We got a time to take my car to the shop at 8:30 and then it they said no that it was at 10; 30 that we have to take the car. Car got taken to the shop this is the 3rd time and they car brakes are still making nosies. My dad called me to check if Eddie called and he hasn't called back.
