SERVICE. I am a…read morerepeat customer of Leonardo's Tailoring in Costa Mesa. I needed some custom embroidery sewed onto some clothing. The placement of the embroidery had to be carefully sewn onto the clothing, using an identical color of sewing thread. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Leo at the front counter. After seeing the clothing, Leo took the time to position the embroidery on the clothing. He told me the clothing would be ready for pick-up the following day. When I picked-up the clothing a day later, I noticed the embroidery needed some very minor adjustments. So Leo asked me to wait at the shop for a few minutes so he could complete the proper adjustments to the embroidery. Once again, service was very fast and all of the work was completed to my satisfaction. Great customer service! Everything looked fantastic! Thank you to Leo! LOCATION. Leonardo's Tailor Shop is located in a street level business strip at the corner of Baker Street and Enterprise Street in Costa Mesa (see photos from my past review). It has a small parking lot in front of the tailoring shop. Parking is free. QUALITY AND VALUE. Outstanding value, fast customer service and very fair (cash) prices! Highly recommended!

What we were offended by were your rude remarks, condescending attitude, and unprofessional conduct throughout the appointment. Comments questioning whether my fiance had ever worn dress pants before, dismissing her opinion entirely, and aggressively telling me to take the pants off because you were "not doing the hem if she's that particular" were unnecessary and inappropriate. Your response only reinforces our original concern because instead of addressing your behavior, you chose to misrepresent what happened and suggest we were upset that you were simply doing your job. As customers preparing for our wedding, we expected professionalism and respect. We ultimately decided to take our tuxedo elsewhere and were treated with far more courtesy and professionalism. We stand by our review and will be sharing our experience with SuitSupply so they are aware of how their customers are being treated by a recommended alterations provider.

I don't think I'll be able to afford these services again unfortunately, as I do need frequent alterations. His team does a really great job though. I use to work at a made to measure tailoring shop myself and Robert's team is very skilled, knowledgeable and extremely professional.

My dress was made entirely of embroidered and sequined lace and 5 layers of tulle with a satin underskirt. The bodice was boned and cups were molded, and neckline was crafted with illusion lace embroidered with custom sequined flowers. The train and the veil were both cathedral length, made of the same embroidered lace material. This is typically one of the most delicate and complicated wedding dresses to clean and preserve, and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service and care that Key Cleaners provided. My husband and I called several other dry cleaners in the south OC area before we decided to take it here. Sam and his team did a phenomenal job preserving my dress and veil and treated us like we were old family friends. Unfortunately, the cost to repair it was more than the luggage so it couldn't justify fixing it, but there was a row of luggage that people had brought in ready to get repaired so this is the place to do it if you have a luggage you love and willing to spend the money to fix it. I would give the Customer Service here five stars. The interaction was very trustworthy and casual and I know they would have done a great job and stood by their workmanship.
