When I was walking around downtown, I did not realize the Padres had a home game the same day. Place was busy when I stopped in but managed to get a table relatively quickly. I started off with a Scottish egg which I have never had before. It was very interesting to try. Main dish was fish and chips. Very good. Battered fish is three smaller strips instead of one large piece of fish which I am more used to. I had a flight of three beers. They offer a flight of three, four, and five beers. I tried Father Ted Belgian Blonde, Spring Training IPA, and Gimmick Ale White Chocolate Peanut Butter Golden Milk Stout. The first two were good. The Milk Stout was different . Service was good. I like the converted house into a restaurant. Each room can be different and it feels less crowded. Overall, a great place for food and drink.

We stopped in and ordered a couple brews from the super friendly bartender. She then told us to go upstairs and enjoy the rooftop bar. Whhhaatt??? Did you say rooftop bar?? We both headed upstairs and what a great space. Lots of tables, views, music and the vibe was perfect. We enjoyed our brews and shared the best protein bowl. Wonderful service even though I was from the opposing team. Ha! Ha! I will definitely return here n the future and highly recommend. Fun Fact: This building originally housed the Showley Brothers Candy and Confectionery Factory.

For starters being this is a brewery they've got some solid beer so that makes it worth checking out. The rest of the place is just great. The main bar when you come in has the usually bar seating and high tables, they have a lounge type area in the back near the elevator, and speaking of the elevator that takes you upstairs to the nice bar deck they have with a cool view of the area and as additional covered bar area upstairs. The upstairs is the perfect spot to hang out on a cool afternoon and enjoy a few beers.

My friend got fries for the table, and they have battered fries which are my favorite! This is such a solid spot to do a casual social event. They have indoor and outdoor seating.
