I really wanted to like this place because there are limited restaurants in the area with good beers/good drinks and better food than your average pub grub. However, after 3 experiences it is clear that Prezo is making an effort to market themselves as upscale dining (even having a great review on the phantom gourmet), but it is really just Milford trying to pass for Boston food. Our most recent experience here, I ordered the steak tips, which came overcooked, tough, vegetables barely cooked, and the Marsala sauce was so salty I couldn't even eat half of it. We actually had to cut our plans short after dinner when multiple trips to the restroom for my boyfriend as I left us feeling not so great. When you come here stick to the basics, great beer selection, good array of seasonal cocktails, which change frequently. We've had the pizza before, which was decent, very large, thin crust, great presentation. The service here has also been excellent each time we have visited. read more

We ate here as it was recommended by a local relative. We had Caesar salad and it was excellent/crisp lettuce and dressing very good. I had chicken fontina and was very good! Came in the other night with my family for dinner. It was our first time, and you guys have a lot of good reviews so we thought this we be a nice place. I am in the business, so sometimes I can be tough critic, but I am always fair. Service was very underwhelming. Very little attention, I noticed most other tables got bread, we didn't, whatever no big deal. We had the Arancini's for an app, they were ok, but I don't remember them having any filling (usually will have meat and some sort of veggies). I had the mac n cheese burger, not that good. Yes, it was messy, but thats ok. Mac n cheese was very sub par and the burger, wasn't great quality. My fiance had the lobster mac n cheese, which got most of its flavor from the lobster. She loved it. Refills on our drinks were nonexistent, which always brings down the experience. If I go back I would definitely try something else, but with all the good restaurants now a days I am sure it will be awhile before I visit again. read more

Split a kale salad. It was very good. I had pasta Ashley and ordered zucchini on the side and mixed it in. Veggies were really nice and fresh and pasta was excellent. The three stars are for my husbands french fries with his burger. They were obviously reheated in oil that was in dire need of being changed. As an EMC Boot Camper trainee who is living at the hotels nearby, Prezo is one the better restaurants for Italian food and sushi although the sushi is wayyy overpriced. I would suggest going to Tenchi Sushi rather than ordering sushi at Prezo. The only complain that I have for Prezo is that they don't allow separate checks for any parties which is very inconvenient for us EMC employees. We come in groups and need separate itemized receipts, in order, for our company EMC to reimburse our employee meals. Then, we spend the rest of the evening after dinner to figure out how to divide our $500+ bill between 10 people properly. I thought that when you go to a restaurant, it's the waitress's job to fully satisfy the patrons in these aspects of business. Just because of this fact, I don't go to Prezo very often. I've been there only a handful of times and when I leave i realize why. It is so loud in there. Middle aged women being super loud and super obnoxious. I'm all for having a great time but even the waitstaff shook their heads at these women. Food isn't bad by any means. I used to love their sushi which they've since removed from the menu. We are new to the area and stopped in as a friend recommended we check it out. We have been back about 10 times. We've never had a bad meal here. The food is fresh, flavorful and creative. We often split an appetizer and split a dish. It's just enough. The draft selection has great craft beers and there are many cocktails to choose. We have even ridden bikes on the Rail Trail and stopped here for lunch. It's always busy so parking is an issue at times BUT you'll find valet parking available for a tip! The only reason I didn't give Prezo's 5 stars is because the bar staff is slow and not very attentive. I find they are chatting or texting a bit more than they should. read more

WOW! Those are the first words that come out of my mouth about this place. Everything was perfect. My husband and I dined at the bar. When we first arrived, the place was packed due to their amazing $9.99 Lobster Roll deal. We had to wait for 2 spots to open at the bar, which was no big deal. While we were waiting, one of the bartenders, Anne was quick to ask us if we wanted drinks while we waited. I ordered a dirty martini and my husband ordered a raspberry cosmo, drinks we always get. They came out perfect! Upon getting seats and sitting down, we were greeted by the other bartender, Vanessa. Both were warming and inviting! Our drinks were never empty. We enjoyed appetizers, soups, and entrees and everything was amazing! The chicken fontina was to die for!!! I would eat that for breakfast lunch and dinner! I had the chicken saltimbocca, which was also to die for!! Being in the hospitality industry and having worked in fine dining restaurants throughout Providence and Rhode Island, we will say that this place is absolutely one of our top favorites! On our 2nd attempt at visiting this restaurant with a large party: #1 - They lost our reservation with a special request which was celebrating 2 big milestones. #2 - The manager was rude saying, as you saw we're very busy and very full (I didn't see, but then I took a look and there were at least 1/2 dozen empty tables in just one of the rooms). #3 - The manager said, "Oh I see what happened" to the reservation but didn't apologize or try to make amends. #4 - I had to tell them to put 2 tables together (guess they can't figure out 2+2). #5 - They picked up the bag with our cake in it by the handles instead of carrying flat like it was on the counter and ruined a custom cake. #6 - The manager tried to shove the cake back in the hands of someone in our party walking with a cane. Duh! He was very insensitive and obviously oblivious. We promptly left and had a FABULOUS dinner at The Chateau which had great friendly service, wonderful food and was very accommodating. read more

I make the trip out to Prezo from Worcester because it's is a convenient meeting point for me and my family members from other parts of the state. It's always worth the drive. We're always able to sit right down even during peak dining hours. The food is also good every time we go. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. I always take leftovers home. We brought a cake for a birthday the last time we were there. Apparently there was a miscommunication and our waitress didn't know anything about it. So that was a bummer. But every other experience we've had was good, and we'll definitely be back regardless. read more

Hubby was in the area on business last week and he enjoyed this place so much, he ate there twice. The atmosphere was really nice and the food was great. The food was a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it for him. He and his co-worker ate at the bar, which was very busy, but the bar staff was attentive. They enjoyed the local brews from what they think was a sister company to this place. They did say that the pizza was more than enough for two people, so that was an added plus. read more

I'm a fan of this restaurant. Been going for several years and had a function here as well ( sisters wedding shower) a couple years ago. The food and service is always excellent. Their lunch buffet during the week is delicious. Most recently went for Saturday lunch a few weeks ago. Our server was excellent as usual. Very disappointed. I had been here before and loved it, went again to celebrate a friend's birthday. Worse evening out. I had a long black course hair in my dinner and one on the napkin. After pulling it from my mouth, my friend got the Manager. The Manager came to the table and told me it didn't come from the kitchen. I felt like she was accusing me. Came here for lunch and the parking lot was packed! It was crazy how busy they were on this Saturday afternoon (1pm). They had 2 parties going on at the time, because the dining area wasn't as packed as I expected after seeing the parking lot. The bloody Mary was good, my friend wasn't a fan of the Margarita though. The risotto balls were amazing, as was the chicken fontina. The tortellini was very good as well. Also, the pretzel chicken bites with mustard dressing as appetizers were very good, the pretzels were crushed up and used as breading coating the chicken pieces. Definitely coming back! read more

Recommended by locals, it's a lively spot but I found the food (mango lobster salad and sesame-encrusted seared yellowfin tuna on wasabi mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables) to be bland and underwhelming. Went on a Friday night. We had reservations,was seated immediately, meal was very good and the waitress was awesome. My only complaint is that I had a visa gift card and was the only reason we went to eat out was to spend it .upon getting the bill was informed that they don't accept gift cards.
