Horrible experience, still can not believe that they received some decent reviews, we went to pick our hardwood that was already paid for and they literally told us we can't pick it up and to come another time mind you we called prior to coming and it was 10am on a Saturday. Then when we came back to pick it up, they had us load the boxes in our car. My husband brought to their attention that a few boxes were damaged and the owner just brushed it off and said no it's ok. This was extremely unprofessional, better off spending a little more somewhere else for better service. The owner came over and gave us a very competitive estimate and let us know that the flooring we wanted to match with our kitchen was going to be discontinued- so he offered a discount on the laminate flooring. They arrived on time, worked hard all day, and finished much faster than I thought they could, they were done by 4:30 in the afternoon. I figured it would take them two days but they completed it within the time they said they could. We had wood floors put in our family room and bedroom before by other companies, so I had something to compare them with. As others have pointed out, PriceCo is not only competitive price-wise, but also in customer service and responsiveness. When we called Ash a few days after visiting their store, once I started describing the job and location, he immediately remembered us, and the floor choices we were looking at in the store. And whether communicating via phone or e-mail, we rarely had to wait more than half a day for a response. His installation crew was also on time, and did fantastic work for the day they worked on our place. We were amazed at all of the small corners and bends they were able to cut and nicely fit the shoe molding into. They put in a heavy work day ripping out the old floor and installing the new one, they still swept and cleaned up afterwards. I have to say that is one of those rare cases where 5 starts isn't quite enough. We will certainly go back to PriceCo when we have more work to do in our place! read more

They did our wood floors and carpet plus removed tile. They were prompt and had great communication. We had furniture delivered and the movers scratched our new floors. We really wanted to change our carpet before our new furniture came. We tried to get our carpet repaired but it still didn't look good. We came in on a Sunday late afternoon/evening and the gentleman came out after closing that night to measure our floor. Miraculously they were able to install carpet in our family room the next day. Priceco installed a vinyl floor in my house. At first I thought it looked great until the next day when I was mopping the floor. It was then that I noticed that they had installed quarter molding over what was obviously damaged base molding. The man that gave me the estimate said that the base molding was ruined by the previous tile and did not know that it would come out like it did. When I got a quote from Home Depot they were trying to explain to me about a molding problem, I guess that is what they were talking about. Priceco said they do not replace base molding. They gave me $150 off but I had to hire someone else to remove the molding that they had used, replace the base molding and replace the quarter molding. It was a big hassle. I would not recommend this company. read more

I worked with PriceCo Floors a few months ago to replace all of the carpet in a new home we purchased. They also installed a small amount of vinyl flooring in our basement. They were excellent to work with! The staff in the showroom were very friendly and helped us pick out carpet that fit our budget and style. The owner, Ash, later came out and showed us all of the different samples we selected from the showroom and took the measurements. The work was done in about half a day and they were able to get it done before we moved in which was really helpful. The workers made a small mistake and carpeted over a floor duct. When I told Ash, he sent them back the next day to fix this. You couldn't ask for better service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future! read more

We installed hardwoods on our entire main floor. Could not be happier.From the first phone call with Ash for him to come measure and give an estimate, he was prompt, personable, he educated us about the different wood types, hardwood vs. engineered, etc. I knew almost nothing about wood floors and now I could explain to someone else if I wanted. We then went to the warehouse and picked out a beautiful cherry oak hardwood, I was able to set up the install for within 2 weeks. Ash spent time with us, never seemed rushed or annoyed with our questions. I also like that it is a family owned business. The 2 guys who installed the floors took care when installing the floors. I'd done extensive research before deciding on PriceCo Floors. I'd called around to 11 different flooring companies in the area and compared price, service etc. PriceCo was one of the more competitive in terms of price, but what really won me over was our point person, Ash. He is incredibly professional, has impeccable customer service skills, is very responsive and just came across as an honest person. I also liked the fact that when he came to the apartment to take measurements, he was thorough, leaving nothing unturned. Ash noted that he and his guys would unplug the range to do the floors beneath it, but that we'd have to hire a plumber to properly reattach it. Several other flooring companies didn't even broach that subject and went through the measurements too quickly and somewhat haphazardly. At the end of the day, it's a business relationship and you want to go with someone you can trust and someone whose work you can trust. His guys came out to do our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment and finished within 2 days. They did a great job and we're very pleased with our new floors! There were a few scratches on the baseboards after they finished, but nothing a little paint can't fix. Also definitely recommend that you hire a cleaning company to thoroughly clean afterwards as there was a film of dust everywhere, as expected. I had done research earlier so when Ash visited, I knew the price was good for the hardwood he brought. The installation was scheduled for two weeks later and the job was done in one long day. The job included a living room, dining room and long hall. Nice showroom in a good location. I was looking for pet-friendly carpet for about 550 sq ft. The owner directed me to 3 different types that would fit my needs. I wanted to look at all the options in the showroom and he brought samples to my home. I ended up picking one of the ones he recommended! The installation guys were very professional, didn't mind my 3 cats sometimes getting in the way, and cleaned up after themselves. The carpet was laid down beautifully. However, there was a slight mix-up with how the carpet was to be put down. During the home visit I specifically stated that the carpet strips needed to be glued down and not nailed because the floors are concrete with asbestos tile - this was written on the work order. When the guys arrived they didn't know this information and I had to show them, thankfully before they started nailing. They understood and proceeded to take out all the nails from the strips so they could be glued down. I felt bad that they had to spend time doing that, but for some reason they were unprepared. They also had to take all the doors off and I ended up needing them to be cut down. I wish this was pointed out to me in advance during the home visit, but you could also say that was on me to realize. read more
