This is a cute little spot perfect for takeout or eating your slices on the patio. I say slices because you're likely going to want more than one. I had their spicy pepperoni and another one that had garlic but I can't quite remember. There wasn't that much spice in their pepperoni slice but it was still tasty. The crust was the perfect amount of softness and crunch. The garlic knots with the marinara definitely stole the show though. I live for garlic and these were so moist and garlicky that I almost got a second batch. This place definitely gets busy though so if you have a large order I would definitely call ahead and if you plan on "dining in" you'll need to sit at separate tables outside or take it to go because the inside space is pretty small. If you're looking for a quick bite and pizza is on your mind then I think you'll find what you're looking for here.

I should start by saying after my first disappointing trip to this location the manager reached out on Yelp and offered to make it right. I never took them up on this. My girlfriend saw that there was a butter chicken special edition pizza out and we wanted to try it and this is the closest location so I decided to give them a try again and this time everything was good. We had the Grandma slice, which is always good buttered chicken pizza was also great. Got a slice of cheese and then a pepperoni to take home and both were excellent like I usually get at the other locations so I think my first experience at this location was just a bad day which we all have.

Less than 1 week ago I had finally tried Prime and I'm already ordering it for delivery . Still very good, just had to warm it up in the oven a little, in any case the pizzas were delicious! Thank you and I'm also excited to see you're opening a location near me (Whitsett & Magnolia)

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to check it out. Upon arriving, I noticed that the restaurant was very small. They offer both outdoor and indoor seating, but there are only a small number of tables available for dining in. The parking lot for this restaurant is an absolute mess. The lot itself is small and only offers a few spots to park. This restaurant offers pizza, wings, garlic knots, salads, and much more! I decided to order a pizza and some wings. As usual, my two go-to toppings are pepperoni and jalapeños. For the wings, I ordered their buffalo wings. Let's start with the pizza. This restaurant serves New York-style pizza. I like the fact that their dough is made in-house. I also like the fact that their slices are pretty big. You can order the pizza by the slice or as a whole pie. I chose to order the entire pie. The cheese-to-sauce ratio was just right, and they were generous with the toppings. The crust wasn't too thin. This pizza was truly a hit! Now let's talk about the wings. I specifically asked the server to bring the wings out together with the pizza, but the wings ended up arriving before the pizza. By the time the pizza arrived, the wings weren't as warm anymore. I personally love my wings extra coated in sauce, and that is exactly how they were served to me here. These wings were in no way, shape, or form the best in town, but they were decent enough to pair with my pizza. I might try their lemon pepper wings next time instead. Overall, this restaurant is a solid, no-frills local pizza spot with some standout pizzas and slices, good for casual meals, takeout, or late-night cravings. Wow that grandma slice doesn't mess around. I'm normally a traditional ny slice guy but it was no doubt today at prime they cook that grandma with love. So much garlic so much burnt cheese and so much goodness. Don't get me wrong the ny cheese still hits but today grandma was queen.

REALLY GOOD!! I've had Prime in DTLA but it wasn't too memorable since I just got a reheated deep dish slice. This time we wanted to try takeout and their regular crust. Omg so good!!! The cheese one is super good. I LOVE that their Parmesan packs come in sealed baggies and that it's FRESH! Same with the crushed red pepper. We also got the sausage one and it was really good. Even tho it is thin crust, it fills you up! Def will be adding Prime to our pizza rotation.

When you get out of the car immediately, you can smell the pizza!! The place is small and cute. Limited indoor seating and limited parking. There is outdoor seating but it is also limited. The establishment is super cute and small. The cleanliness of this place is up to par. Beautiful establishment. When you walk right in you can see a dozen of workers behind the counter working away to make the best pizzas for the community of Burbank. The service was absolutely great! They bring you your pizza to your table. Drinks were great! I love how they really go all out on the toppings. They do not skimp here. The slices are huge too. Prices are great! I love how the mushrooms aren't tiny pieces. They're more like whole pieces. Unlike other pizza parlors they skimp you out. The pizza was cheesy, fresh, and delicious. I would definitely recommend this pizza parlor to anyone in the area of Burbank.

Awesome!! Got the butter chicken pizza. In addition to being super on time and on point, the pizza itself was awesome!! Flavorful and bold, with the crust just right. I have a feeling I'll be back!!

Prime Pizza has hands down the best vegan pizza by itself -- and the vegan pepperoni takes it completely over the top. And I can say this with authority because I love pizza. I could eat it every day, every meal... and honestly sometimes I do. Don't judge me. Also, I was born and raised in NYC, so trust me when I say we KNOW good pizza. The crust, the flavor, the balance -- it hits. This isn't "good for vegan pizza," this is just good pizza, period. If you're vegan, vegan-curious, or just love great pizza, this place is a must.

Finally had a chance to check out Prime Pizza! We ordered slices of the following: white pizza, pepperoni, spicy pepperoni (square), and Hawaiian pizza. Everything tasted great! My husband really liked the spicy pepperoni. My daughter and I loved the white pizza. Inside the store itself is very small. About 3 tables that can fit 3-4 people each. Outside has more seating, but we aimed to sit inside as it was a little bit windy. The shirts that they sell have really cool artwork. My husband bought the one with the pizza on a bicycle. We will definitely be back at prime if we find ourselves in the area again.

I had a recent experience with Prime Pizza, and I genuinely want to highlight how impressive their customer service is. The manager was extremely responsive, professional, and understanding. My BBQ pizza wasn't cooked the way I wished. They handled the situation with real care, ensuring everything was taken seriously and addressed promptly. It's rare to see this level of accountability and willingness to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, which really speaks volumes about how much they value their customers. Great food is important, but great customer service is what builds trust, and they absolutely delivered on that. Looking forward to ordering from them again.

This is the worst NY-style pizza in LA. Gluten free is great! BUT the regular round pie is a waste of calories. I've had the misfortune of eating around five separate round pies over the years from here and each one is more disappointing than the last. I've even tried modifying it by adding more cheese or sauce, but it is the most lackluster, flavorless over-priced disc you can spend money on. You'd have a better meal printing one at Kinkos. Also: Grandma pie is OVERPRICED AF & The Gluten free is great! But for the love of god - add some seasoning and give some love to your regular pie; it's more disappointing than my parents political choices.

It was my last night visiting my sister, so we decided to grab pizza. I ordered online after she insisted Prime Pizza had the best NYC-style pizza and that I had to try it. We ordered a half Grandma pie and half Sicilian pie, plus a side of ranch of course. I had to try the ranch, especially since it's advertised as "world famous"! We had been on the go all weekend and didn't feel like going out, so we opted for delivery. I received notifications the entire time, which was nice, and Uber delivered the pizza. It took about an hour to arrive. This pizza was honestly some of the best I've ever had. Both pies were absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese, the crust had the perfect crunch, and the ranch was so good. Prime Pizza did not disappoint at all. I'm so happy we decided to order from here!

We were given a complimentary garlic cheese bread to start and ordered a New Haven Clam Pizza and a Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken. The garlic cheese bread was just okay; the inside wasn't too tasty, but it did look very good... I was disappointed that this didn't live up to the potential; aesthetically it looked very good with a golden brown top lightly sprinkled with cheese. The Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken is quite the staple, and it was pretty tasty - the pasta cooked to perfection. The cream sauce was also very good. The large New Haven Clam Pizza was a surprise for me; it was a combination that worked, somehow - first time for me, for sure. I wasn't sure what to think of the taste, but it was good with the balsamic sauce that was included. I finished 3 slices and packed the rest to go, disappointed that it didn't come with the unused fig sauce. We enjoyed both along the wall at a booth that was dimly lit. Overall, I wouldn't rank this is high or low but definitely could have been better, and dessert confirmed this. We had the Butterscotch Budino, and it was everything a kid would've liked - a pudding layered in a centimeter of caramel syrup. I only ate a spoonful, and the second spoon was difficult. Paying was easy once a server was flagged down, and we were able to split the bill, too. After paying, the server didn't bring the pizza that was packed away unless asked. (Maybe I should've checked for the sauce here, too, just in case...) The real damage, though, was either the pizza, the fig sauce, or the caramel syrup, because my throat was gone within the next few days. While I did enjoy the ambiance, I unfortunately couldn't say the same for the food. This is going on the list of "not for me" :(

Today I got their lunch special, which is a pretty great deal. You get a personal pizza either cheese or pepperoni, a salad and a drink for $9.99 (add $1 for deep dish). The only bummer here is their soda machine was broken, so had to get a can, won't ding them for it, things happen. But if I come back again in a month or whatever and still not working, then maybe I would have to drop them to a 4, otherwise 5 stars for sure. I also added an order or there cheesy bread sticks with marinara sauce. This was excellent as well, cover with cheese and baked in a Detroit style pan so you have crispy cheese edges all around, get some when you go, I think you will love it. The Salad was also very good, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers lettuce and arugula, very tasty and their blue cheese dressing is on point. The service here takes a little time as everything is made to order, but worth the wait and the staff was nice either way.
